In each 45-minute MegaForm class, you’ll experience a challenging workout that combines cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility. The movements are slow and controlled to activate slow-twitch, fat-burning muscle fibers. Transitions between exercises are minimal but quick making the workout more effective. Each MegaForm class is different so your muscles stay challenged — and so you never get bored!

I had an awesome time working with Christine Miller today, she kicked my butt!
I am far from the typical pilates client but Christine did well to make me feel welcome. Her knowledge shows. I am a friend, ex-classmate, and fellow trainer and I can say I was thoroughly impressed by her performance and attention to detail.

The classes here are great! The instructors are all energetic and push you you while providing encouragement. I would challenge anyone who might think these workouts are less challenging than weight/strength training - the time under tension on your muscles helps build up muscle and strength quicker than you might expect. Cannot recommend MegaForm enough!

I am so happy I found Megaform. Courtney’s classes have taken my athletic abilities to the next level. Her classes have challenged me more than any of my other activities. Her coaching, her cueing, and her attention to detail is phenomenal. Her classes are almost always full, but it feels private, because she is so in tune with every student. And, every one in the class is so welcoming and supportive. I highly recommend Megaform and Courtney!

This place is single handedly saving my life post breakup, moving back to my hometown and single-moming it. That might sound dramatic lol but it’s true. I have done pretty much every form of boutique fitness/gyms and this is the only thing that has made me feel genuinely stronger in a single week. I feel like my abdominals are working for the first time since I got pregnant over 3 years ago. I feel like my body is re-shaping in the best way and I feel so much more confident. Cortney is AMAZING and so good at helping first timers like me. It’s also just so fun and so so freaking hard. Will definitely be a life long client!

I’ve been going to MegaForm since late last summer and I absolutely love it. I’m a slow workout kind of girlie and this is that! It’s one of the hardest workouts I’ve ever done, but at a pace I love. All the instructors I’ve had have been encouraging and helpful. The owner is an absolute GEM of a human! I have always hated going to workout classes, until now. I love the dark atmosphere and music that amps you up in the morning! Hands down best Lagree gym in town and the only place I want to go workout at publicly!

I’ve been coming to Megaform since February and I have never in my life experienced a workout I love this much. Each and every class pushes me to my limits. It tests my mind, body and strength in the best possible way. Clean studio, always able to book my classes far in advance, nice amenities, knowledgable instructors and a very welcoming, kind atmosphere. 10/10 recommend to anybody looking for a new place to start or continue your fitness journey!

Ok, this is my favorite place! The dark room and small class sizes are my favorite. Having them correct my form is always comfortable and I’m never left feeling dumb only supported. They always give individual attention. Lots of “you got this” motivation over the mic. The music completes it for me.

Hands down the best group fitness class I’ve ever taken!! Group fitness can be intimidating but the welcoming staff separates this studio from others! Each workout has modifications to help personalize the experience! The blue atmosphere and fun music are a bonus!!

Not impressed! Tried the classes a couple times and the music was way too loud and the trainer (owner?) was extremely rude when I couldn’t figure out the next pose and asked for help. Also the clothes were overpriced and size exclusive (no XL) I won’t ever come back here :(

Looooove Megaform!! This is a great for all skill levels! Such a positive environment for anyone!! Very uplifting!! My brothers and husband love these workouts!! Every single instructor puts their heart and soul into the classes and really motivate you to dig deep and challenge yourself! You have to try one class, be warned you'll more than likely want more!! A huge shout out to Courtney for choosing such dynamite staff!! FEEL THE SHAKE!!😊

If you're on the fence about taking this class... just go for it. This class is absolutely amazing. It's no impact, but relatively high intensity. You sweat, you shake, and each class comes with a new challenge, even if you've been going for a long time. Fabulous instructors, welcoming and clean environment and I would recommend to absolutely anyone.

My favorite group fitness in Eugene! The instructors are passionate and knowledgeable. The classes are upbeat and challenging while being low impact. Many workouts hurt my knees, but I have never had issues in these classes. The Lagree workouts are quickly strengthening my core!

Instructors really care and help you with the moves (first timers) so you can feel confident as you get stronger after every class. . Prefect if you want to tone up without the bulk. 45 mins challenging never boring. Mega has really cute workout clothes too and more..
