Milwaukie Pilates is top-notch! The teachers are highly skilled, professional and make working out pure joy. The studio is welcoming, clean and well kept.

We tried this studio on a whim because we wanted to try Pilates due to different health reasons for both of us. We feel very lucky that we chose this studio as our first in class Pilates experience. We’ve worked with Sharon and Francesca (not to leave out Katie, we hear she’s great too!) and they are both very knowledgeable and give great guidance even in group settings. It’s been amazing and it’s not become a regular part of our daily routine thanks to Milwaukie Pilates’ instructors.

Milwaukie Pilates is wonderful! The owner and instructor, Sharon, is kind, patient, and supportive of each individual. I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment I started working with her. Believe it or not, I prefer a pilates class here to a massage- my body feels stretched and strengthened every time. Sharon pays attention to every detail and has enhanced my fitness journey. The space is also beautiful, calming, and convenient.

I've been taking classes with Sharon Carlisle for almost a year at a previous studio and now since she opened her own studio at Milwaukie Pilates. She's an awesome teacher - very experienced and intuitive, and good with metaphors that help me get my body aligned. She's been very good at working with some of my old injuries, with modifications to the movements so that I don't re-injure myself. Milwaukie Pilates is in a lovely north-facing studio with lots of natural light. The equipment is brand new. I highly recommend!

I've been hoping for a Pilates studio to open near Milwaukie for a long time and this place is great! I had not been on equipment in years and was glad to get back on it, especially their brand new top-of-the-line equipment. And the teachers are very experienced, skilled and so nice!
