I have been training with Justin 3 times a week for the last few months. I have never hired a trainer before but wanted someone to help guide me. To say Justin fit the bill is an understatement. He brings a history of knowledge and experience. He brings positive attitude and support. He explains things clearly and then listens to you to make the experience work for you. I'm activating muscles I never knew I had. At age 62 I feel closer to fitness goals I've imagined my whole life but never took enough personal initiative to get there. Justin helped me find the strength to do it. I thank him and recommend him highly if you're looking for the same thing.

Justin is an amazing trainer. He always has a super positive attitude and is very knowledgeable about powerlifting.
When training with Justin, its clear safety is always the top priority. He keeps a close eye on form and is quick to provide constructive feedback when needed.

Justin is an exquisite trainer. Very attentive, always watching and critiquing form. He is extremely knowledgeable in comparison to most trainers out there. My favorite thing about Justin is that he’s adaptable. For example, if a particular exercise isn’t working out for me he doesn’t get offended, but rather happily shifts gears to something that works better for me. Another minor benefit, he is in excellent shape himself. I have a hard time taking trainers that aren’t in shape seriously.

During my pregnancy and 1 year into having a baby, I found myself always exhausted and totally out of shape. I knew I needed help getting back into exercising. Justin is very thoughtful and mindful of what your needs are, he always asks and works hard to incorporate what you’re looking for during your work out. He has been very flexible with my schedule when things come up and have been super understanding. He makes sure you’re comfortable with all the machines and can also change up an exercise if there’s something you’re not comfortable with. Justin has really helped me get back in shape!

I am “later middle age” and recently moved to the area. I work from home in IT.
I find:found it very easy to make excuses not to show up for myself. I.e. going to a gym and making time for myself.
Justin makes SHOWING UP fun and positive. I work in a highly stressful job and I can “not show up for me” all day. He is helping me restructure my thinking on that. Thank you! I’m getting strong and fast

I have done crossfit over the years sometimes consistantly sometimes not consistantly. I decided to try something a little slower paced than a crossfit style work out. I wanted to look good without breathing too hard as I my health and lifestyle changes haven't quite addressed quitting smoking. I found Justin through the Redmond Athlectic Club's website as a personal trainer and signed up for a specialized program tailored towards my personal goals. So far so good. I am happy with the results and Justin is a great trainer to work with. I have noticed some of my fat curls are starting to change form into rip curls.

Lucky to find Justin. Needed to get in shape and perfect my technique in order to avoid injury and he is helping with both. At 65 I am set in my ways and he also helps to open me to new ideas and has gone so far as to introduce me to others at the gym for a fuller experience and greater comfort in this unfamiliar environment. Definitely one of my weakest things, is the gym, being there makes me feel vulnerable, stupid and awkward. Making a commitment to give back to my body the tools it needs to help me live my best life at 40 years old, I decided to get a personal trainer. I am super glad unfortunate today was directed toward Justin and I made that step to hire him as my gym coach. He has not only listen to every single need and wish list that I would like, he has taking the time to explain different machines and different targeted work out areas that has allowed me to feel more comfortable going to the gym. Even so much, that I’m able to go on my own and actually get a good workout independently.
If you’re at the point where you’re ready to pull the trigger on a healthier you, but just don’t know where to start, I would strongly recommend reaching out to Justin and starting there.
