I love Muscles in Motion. The staff is amazing. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging! When I started at MIM a year and half ago I had never been able to find an effective and consistent work out routine that gave me results and didn't take up my whole morning. I love coming here because I know I can give it everything I've got for 30 minutes and thats all it takes to see a HUGE impact on my overall health and strength. 10/10, best thing I could have done for myself.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Every Trainer is excellent, and they keep the workouts interesting by varying the speed and reps They’re always throwing in new exercises which engages your mind as well as your body. After more than 10 years of weightlifting at other gyms. I’ve seen the most results from Muscles In Motion after only 6 months.

I love turtles -- plodding, very slow and very steady! So, when I met Diana (the owner of Muscles-in-Motion) and she explained that their method is, totally, slow & steady, I fell in love again! No clanging or dropping of weights, no rapid-fire curls, and no high speed bench presses. ONLY slow & steady muscle resistance exercises. Having been supervised by well-versed trainers for over two years, I have significantly advanced my muscle strength, endurance & confidence. At the same time, I've successfully undergone shoulder replacement surgery and over two years of targeted chemotherapy for leukemia caused by Agent Orange exposure. COME & VISIT! The trainers and staff are very professional I do the PTI for golfers and this has improved my swing tremendously. I have gained stamina as well as strength and mobility. I am amazed at the level of strength i have gained in one year. I highly recommend this style of training. Thirty minutes 2x a week is very duable

I have been coming to Muscles in Motion consistently for a few years and my experience has been nothing short of amazing.
Their workouts are effective, challenging, and extremely convenient for anyone with a busy schedule. I have been able to improve my strength significantly more by coming to Muscles in Motion compared to going to the gym on my own. Having workouts scheduled at Muscles in Motion has also helped me stay consistent even on days I didn't really feel like working out :)
My trainer Patrick has always been attentive to my needs, catering every workout to my specific goals. He is friendly, funny, and genuinely cares about the well-being of his clients. Mollie at the front desk is responsive, kind, and patient. The owner, Diana, is absolutely wonderful and her passion for helping others is evident!

Diana has been amazing. I had a severe back injury which happened in 2013. Since that time I have dealt with repeated injury leaving me unable to walk at times. After working with Diana for only a few weeks I've been able to recover strength which I have not felt for years. Her understanding of my lower back/sacrum injury and how to tailor strength training around it has greatly decreased the amount of constant pain I almost constantly feel. My recent MRI showed 3 bulging discs which was alarming at first but her reaction was "Thats nothing, we can fix this" Which is just what I need to hear! And I'm sure we will! Also, when I train here I don't feel so much like a cripple receiving just physical therapy. While I'm getting the kind of professional therapy I desperately need to recover I also feel like I'm training as an athlete again. The gym is clean, and inviting. The equipment is top quality with several specialized pieces of equipment you wont find at a standard gym, and the staff and trainers are excellent. I'm confident there is no better place that could help me make the best recovery possible.

Diana has helped me to overcome injuries I thought I’d never get rid of. I used to play golf and live through the pain in my shoulders, hips, ankles and back but was always on the injured list. No longer! I’ve played golf injury free for over 7 months now and am WAY stronger than before. And more importantly, I’m healthy and enjoying my health and time off. Stefania also gives a great massage! I’ve seen multiple massage therapist and she has proven herself above the rest. A potent combo for an ailing golfer! My wife also loves working with Kelsey! And Mollie is always so great.
I teach golf professionally and recommend many students to this gym.

The staff and trainers at MIM have gone above and beyond to make the gym environment safe for clients to continue weekly workouts. They clean the equipment after each use and make the added step part of the workout experience. After the first day back it felt completely normal. I was SO HAPPY to find these guys. I have been doing HIT exercise for several years in UK. When I moved here, I was worried that I wasn't going to find anyone with same mindset/approach to exercise. I was so wrong. I love my 30 min sessions. They fit my personality and attitude perfectly. I hate the idea of mindless 1-2 hr sessions sweating it out. The Muscles in Motion approach makes so much sense and follows what I read in the book "Body by Science". I really don't know why everyone else is not coming here!

The custom workouts and one-on-one attention are spectacular. I didn’t believe that a half hour was long enough to get a sufficient workout, but I was very wrong. The scientific approach to maximizing the exercises done in a half hour is astoundingly effective.
The employees are all so friendly, and accommodating. I can't say enough nice things about them.
For beginners MIM the perfect place to start your health journey. For experienced fitness minded folks, this place will change the way you view and approach working out and give you more time in your life and better results.

When I first had an appointment with Diana at Muscles in Motion, I was coming off a series of serious health problems where I had gotten out of shape, had gained a lot of weight, and was just generally feeling lousy. Diana was amazingly encouraging and gave me the motivation I needed to get into gear. I ended up losing 45lbs and feeling SO much better. I cannot recommend them enough!

Excellent personal training, excellent equipment and trainers. It is very time efficient. All equipment set up for you. You don’t have to think, just do the work! Their philosophy is to train with low injury risk by doing one set to exhaustion in 1 to 1.5 minutes. Very friendly and kind staff. I went thinking I would just stay for a month and am now on my 4th month!

I love going to Muscles in Motion and I have been very diligent with my training in the last 12-14 months.
Their training program is based on scientific data and you can build muscle and get in great shape with 2 sessions of 30' each and you don't even need to shower at the end. Very time efficient and brings great results.
Their trainers have all a degree in exercise science and are specifically trained for high intensity training.
The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly, and workouts are tough and challenging

Took advantage of their Kickstart trial program...and just committed to a longer program. Diana and her team are very supportive - motivating and attentive. The facility is spotless. Their exercise approach uses controlled, focused movements - and takes only 30 minutes. I love the personal training at Muscles in Motion. I was able to do a free initial training session to get a feel for what they do. I first did a body analysis on their cool machine, that was worth it alone. Then we went to the workout. It was the best 30min workout I've every had, every effective!
