MVP Performance Training is based on functional training-style programming for both adults and student-athletes with goals of losing body fat, building skeletal muscle mass, and making improvements in power, explosiveness, balance, mobility, and stability.
We are not a drop-in gym. Rather, workout routines are already programmed and displayed for members to walk in and get straight to work. Each of the workouts include the major compound movements including vertical push/pull, horizontal push/pull, knee and hip dominant exercises.
Examples of exercises include various forms of dealifts, squats, bench press, shoulder press, chin/pull ups and various core exercises.

Love love love! MVP is an incredible place - Sean sets a tone that is welcoming, inspiring and encouraging. He gives individual attention to everyone at the gym and has an art to pushing and moving you forward. The culture and community feel at MVP is unmatched.
The space itself is clean and well equipped with everything needed to move through sets, the playlists & music genres change daily and always at a perfect volume - high enough to get you moving, but also comfortable to talk & hear one another. Hands down would recommend MVP at any level of training, you’d be in great hands!
