I brought my granddaughter for the first time 5 weeks ago. She loves it! I’ve taken her to gymnastics classes in the past but she became bored after a few weeks. The staff at My Gym keep the classes interesting by moving the equipment around and changing the weekly instruction so it does not become a predictable and boring routine. They work on basics while splicing in free play time. This class holds her attention and she always looks forward to returning the following week.

Cute story - after our first visit, she asked me, “Why was it so short?” I explained that it seemed short because she was having so much fun!!

We've been a My Gym member since my daughter was 5 months old! She's grown up doing this and made such amazing progress in social skills, confidence and physical gross motor skills. Most importantly it seemed to help her learn to LOVE movement and enjoy pre gymnastics skills. It's also a great outlet for the "wiggles" toddlers get and I love how clean and uncrowded it is here. Alexis recently opened this second location which is a better drive for us than Sherwood, but both have amazing classes and teachers. Highly recommend for your baby or toddler!

We've been going to MyGym for almost two years (Sherwood and SW Portland). Alexis and her team are fantastic! My daughter participates in the preschool program and loves the teachers and activities they get to do (ZIP LINE!). My daughter is constantly playing MyGym when she comes home. I can't say enough nice things about them.

We recently celebrated our two-year-old’s birthday at MyGym, and it was absolutely wonderful! The staff made the entire experience easy and enjoyable — everything ran so smoothly from start to finish. They took care of setup and cleanup, so we could just focus on having fun and celebrating.

All the kids had such a great time — the activities were perfect for their ages, and Alexis kept everyone engaged and happy.

We’re so grateful for how well everything was organized and for the friendly, professional team that made the day special. We would highly recommend MyGym to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free party experience!

Kids' birthday parties here are AMAZING! 🎉
We just had our 3rd birthday party at MyGym, the previous ones were at the Sherwood location, and this was our first party at their new SW location (both under the same ownership). As always, it was absolutely fantastic!!!

The staff goes above and beyond to make everything run smoothly — we didn’t have to worry about a thing! From set up to clean up, and even wrapping all the gifts in a giant bag ready to go home!

There were so many fun activities that kept the kids engaged the whole time, and they truly know how to make the birthday kiddo feel super special :))

The space was super clean, organized, and safe. Parents were able to mingle. It was a stress-free experience for all of us, and a blast for the kids. And you can tell that the teachers and staff genuinely love their job!!

I highly recommend for anyone planning a kids party!

My kids (1 & 3) love My Gym. The teachers are patient, kind and caring. They've answered all my questions regarding the numerous classes offered which helped immensely in choosing which classes are best suited for my kids. What I love most about taking my kids here is that every activity and free play is tailored to each child's ability and age. And the teachers are receptive to an individual child's desire to do an activity or not - there isn't pressure to do something if a child doesn't want to. Another great amenity here is their big open lobby that has toys for siblings who can play (and watch!) brother or sister taking a class. Cannot recommend enough!
