The staff at this gym is rude and unprofessional. I had not worked out all summer and I pay a year at a time for membership. Today the front desk woman walked over to us in the middle of lifting to talk about an annual fee that needed to be paid. She felt the need to talk loudly about this in front of a lot of people lifting and absolutely humiliate me. As she talked people around us stared and listened. I immediately paid the fee and left and when I tried to explain that she embarrassed me deeply and that finances are personal she wouldn't even listen. We are long time members and I will never go there again.

Visited this gym for a day pass.

The facility was clean and had very good amenities, including 24 hour access, tanning and a recovery room.

Great customer service. John was wonderful to work with. Though some of the equipment is old, it's still in good condition. They have everything you need for strength, conditioning and cardio. They also know their equipment and can answer your questions if you know what you want.

The hydromassage was great also. I prefer the simple, Mom and pop aka family owned gyms where they don't sell you a lot of hype and have the basics. This gym is that.

Geriatric clientele that wasn’t friendly & the few younger patrons all had earbuds in, did their workout without speaking to anyone and then left with their sweaty clothes still on; treating the facility as if it was a generic Anytime Fitness, Planet Fitness etc.
👎🏻There was no sense of community.

🟢The YMCA Klamath Falls had a far superior facility with a better layout, with a more youthful spirit, people chatting, even with a newbie like me. And their facility director = extremely direct, empathetic and friendly.
If I lived in KF, the Y would be my home gym!!

My wife and I went in to renew our membership that we let lapse over the summer. We got to meet the owner this time, and he was super friendly and caring.

The facility has way more stuff than any of the other gyms we looked at in Klamath while being half the price. It could use some repair here and there, but overall, it is well worth the money.

We paid for the year upfront, so we deal with the owner instead of a third-party billing company if we need to cancel or pause the membership.

Join with caution! Equipment is often in disrepair, always busy, very difficult to get an efficient workout in. But more than that, they make it INCREDIBLY challenging to cancel your membership even when you have moved out of state. Clearly if I have a lease agreement in a state that’s 1000+ miles away, I am not going to be utilizing a membership any longer. We were told this would be no problem when initially joining, but now corporate is being very difficult to work with. Shady.

I’ve been coming here consistently for almost a year. It’s always clean and the staff are friendly. The owner is a super nice guy that comes in on the unstaffed weekends just to make sure things are going well and is very kind. Plenty of equipment, open spaces for stretching, and even I never thought I’d get into it, but racketball is really fun and the room is nice.

First visit since joining. Got there about 1030-11 am. Not crowded. 2 miles on bike thot I'd die. So out of shape since back surg. Hardest part was figuring out which equip 2 use & then HOW to use it. For a novice it doesn't make perfect sense. It'll get better in time.

I’m a frequent visitor here. Yes staff is very kind and welcoming but they need to clean. I mean hire a cleaning service to come around 12am and dust, mop, sanitize, at least once a week. Then let the other employees merely wipe down counters. When was the last time the sauna was hosed out or the mats in the showers bleached?
Also, please make some remodeling updates to the locker rooms. After owning the business for as long as you have, the upkeep is very poor.

They have really good services, machines, trainers, location. I really dislike the yearly contract, the fact they do billing out of house, and the price for the basic set up. Cost more for the massage chairs. Also it's a fiasco canceling the auto renew feature. 1 u have to download app, 2 then register on app 3 call customer support 4 they give you an email address to update the info 5 you have to get the info all right on email and it takes up to 5 business days for them to reply. 6 still waiting. Wow, what a great Gym, a really beautiful family owns and runs this gym. The gym is spotless, good equipment, they have fitness classes, they have childcare, tanning, hydro massage chairs, nails, hair and they also do your eyelashes there.(Jim) who is the owner is a doll, he two daughters that work there, one runs the desk and the other does the nails they are both excellent.We also met Jose and Paul part of the staff who were also so helpful and knowledgeable. The clientele at the gym, were friendly and nice.We were only in town for two weeks, But when we come back through, we will definitely choose this gym.

Gym is great and has a wide variety of equipment. Staff was always fairly nice and they also have daily classes to join in on. Regardless of this, DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU ARE MOVING SOON. I switched here from Planet Fitness as I wanted a gym with more options. They informed me of the different plan options. I decided to do the month-to-month plan as I knew I would be moving during the summer time. I am moving next week so I called the third party billing company (you can't cancel at the gym itself, you need to call a call center and be put on hold) and they told me that I would have to email them to cancel? So I email the third party billing companies email, I explain that I am moving and need to cancel. They tell me that they need proof of my address change. I send them a screenshot of an email from my new apartment stating that my lease agreement has been accepted. They then email me back and state that they need a signed document by me and the lessor. Not only that, but they charge a $50 cancellation fee. Due to this I actually can't recommend this gym. Staff is cool but the billing company is literally a scam and it's insane that I have to pay money to cancel my membership after already paying a monthly AND a yearly fee.

The gym itself is nice. However when I signed up, I was not told about the year long contract with a third party billing system and to get out of it is almost impossible (either a medical release, military deployment or moving) and even then it’s 50$ (That’s if you’ve paid up all dues as well). Any time I tried to get a hold of the owner I was never given a call back and he was never available at the gym. Even his own daughter told me this... once my 30 days til my contract is up I will not be resubscribing. I’m very disappointed for my first gym experience.

Two words: Day care!!! It really doesn’t get better than $1 for an hour of day care. It’s the reason why I chose this gym, and the day care is great. It’s a nice clean space with so many fun toys. Mary, the day care worker, is so sweet, and she always tells me what my son did while there. She even sets out toys for him if she knows he is coming. I also love the High Fitness class with Susan and Dani! This is one of the most-loved gyms in town, and most of my friends are members here. 😊👍

There are only two real downsides to this gym. First is that they seem to be a little lax on mask mandates, which might not be a problem for some, or it might be a huge problem for others! Second, the membership cancellation experience was a bit of a task. I tried to cancel for personal reasons (not because anything the gym did) and it was almost laughably difficult to do so. I’m not writing this to be spiteful, but just to alert potential members to what they are signing up for. Basically you call the gym to cancel, they give you a phone number for a third-party company, you call that company and a recorded voice tells you to log onto a website to cancel, you go to the website and all you find is a cancelation policy (no way to cancel online), so you call customer service and they tell you to send an email to the company, and then they will advise you on how to cancel your membership (basically, what fees you will be responsible for). It’s not for the faint of heart! But if you're diligent, it is possible. Also, they refused the refund me the money I had set aside there for daycare, even though I am closing my account. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The fact that National Fitness uses these tactics to keep memberships saddens me, because I earnestly like this gym and I had hoped they would treat their customers with greater respect. Just so you know, I know for a fact that Planet Fitness allows you to cancel right there at the help desk. 👍

When I first signed up I told them I was only going to live here for 2 months. So they told me it would be cheapest if I got a year membership and then cancel, and I was told if I cancel due to a move that I wouldn’t have to pay a cancellation fee. All the equipment is very dated and/or broken. Things are not kept clean or in operating conditon. Ive known of multiple people who have injured themselves due to equipment breaking while they were working out. Any type of constructive customer feedback on thier Facebook page is deleted and accused of "being negative". I had a friend who got thier membership cancled because of giving constructive criticism online. Even though they cancled thier membership without notifying them, the continued to charge them every month. I wouldnt recomend this gym to anyone.

If I could give this place no stars I definitely would. They do not maintain equipment. When a machine breaks it's down for several weeks. It's not clean, clumps of dust bunnies by all the equipment, spider webs on the top of equipment, and they have one rag with all the spray bottles that everyone uses. The owner doesn't take any feedback from members positively. They say they care about their members yet they cancel memberships for people who make comments on their business practices (comments that other members have talked about). If you're looking for a gym, don't waste your money at a place that doesn't maintain equipment, clean, or accept feedback.

This spot is SO cool. I was traveling through OR and WA from Oakland and found this spot while staying in Klamath. The staff was so friendly and helpful showing me around and making me feel at home. The facility itself is amazing. The machines are in great condition and there was everything you could ask for. The lifting/CrossFit section was super nice, spacious and the roll up door kept a nice breeze while working out.

Also there’s a sauna.

Love this spot so much I’m staying an extra night just to come back tomorrow.

I no longer go here due to re enlisting into the military. But I make sure to come here every time I visit home. I came to this gym for a year when I got out of the Marines and the customer service is great and they have all the equipment needed to have an outstanding workout. They even remember me every time I come home and help me be able to come without paying a high day use fee. The daycare is great as well, they watched our baby girl and were extremely friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a great place to workout where you can makes lifetime friendships while getting swoll come the National Raquet Ball Club. The owner treats you like family and always remembers your face.

I come here at least four days a week. Nikki Crawford, the owner, lives up to her reputation as Ms. Fitness. She will get you in great shape, if that’s what you want. The racquetball courts in the gym (two total) are a lot of fun, and the weight machines/treadmills have not been broken, or if they have, have been repaired quickly enough that I didn’t even notice. Lots of medium-sized lockers (I don’t know about the women’s, but if you come when the gym is not staffed there is not really two full-service “locker rooms”) and plenty of free weights/bikes/medicine balls. They’ve got various scheduled fitness classes, such as spin, on the bulletin board. They even have a place for children (I don’t think it’s a miniature gym, but they have toys and a play area outside). It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but once you get in, it seems pretty huge. Everyone from the average person to fitness buffs can find something healthy to do here. Clean, well-maintained, and you can come here literally 24/7 as long as you have your membership card. They offer different prices for different plans; a staff asked me what I wanted to do, then offered me something also based on the fact that I go to KCC (the college, in case you don’t live here).
