Adam has a unique coaching style focused on knees over toes which shifts the focus towards range of motion and mobility to promote healthy aging. As a hiker, backpacker, and mountaineer, his training session was perfectly tailored towards my goals of increasing lower body strength and stability.
I've dealt with IT band pain throughout my life and am looking forward to learning new skills to strengthen the connection between my knees, ankles, and toes so that I can continue hiking for years to come. I met Adam through Dr. Dann at iMove and was impressed. He offered me a free intro training and I am now even more impressed. Adam is the kind of trainer who makes you do things you didn’t know your body could (or should) do—but somehow, you’re glad you did. I came in expecting some squats and maybe a few lunges. Instead, I’m out here doing Nordic curls and walking backward like it’s a spiritual practice. And weirdly… it works. I feel stronger, more mobile, and like my knees might actually survive adulthood. Adam keeps it approachable, focused, and even fun—which is saying something, because I don’t usually call training fun. Highly recommend if you want real results without the gym bro energy

I haven't worked out in about 4 years. I felt weak and the thought of jumping back in gave me worry, but No Easy Feet made the transition back easy. Listening to my wants, needs, worries, and history, they were able to come up with a program perfectly suited for me. Even when I was feeling depleted, they noticed it first and had me rest. Adam is an incredible fitness instructor. I recently joined a friend for a week of his workouts, thinking my usual gym routine (3–4 times a week, jogging, lifting, etc.) had me in decent shape. I was wrong—in the best way! Adam’s focus on functional fitness and barefoot balance work lit up muscles I didn’t even realize I’d been neglecting. I've got chronic back problems and have tried pretty much everything under the sun; Physical Therapy, Yoga, Acupuncture, Massage, Chiropractic, etc.
I reached out to Adam in the middle of a flareup that had been going on for a month and was resistant to everything, and within two weeks of trying his workouts, I was feeling better -- able to move without pain and get through my everyday routines again. Now I'm back to actively working out, practicing martial arts, and doing everything I love again.
Adam worked with me to customize a program that was perfect for me, taking into account my time limitations, space limitations, and the tools and techniques available for me - it was truly personalized and has helped me improve so much in a short time, but also doesn't get boring or repetitive. I can feel my body working, but without pain or stiffness, and it helps me feel stronger again, which makes me want to keep going. The pacing is perfect, and the personal attention is great.
I can't recommend Adam enough - he LISTENS and proves that he's there to help you with what YOU want and need instead of just pushing off whatever sort of products he want to sell you or bully you into signing up for more services. Anybody wanting to improve their physical abilities and functional strength should reach out to him and start that conversation, it's totally worth it.

I’m a drummer that plays very involved, physically taxing music. A three hour practice or one hour live set can be quite grueling. I have had chronic neck and shoulder pain for three years. I tried to manage it with stretching, massage, and ibuprofen, but nothing kept the pain away, and it was actually getting worse. Adam surmised that the problem was due to weak muscles in specific areas (caused by sitting at a computer for long periods of time) and showed me some exercises to do. I did them as he suggested, and within a few weeks, I was waking up in the morning pain-free. The pain still pops up some afternoons, but it's steadily getting better, and I'm sure it'll be completely gone soon. I just wish I'd known about these exercises three years ago! Thanks Adam!

I have been training with Adam since December 2019. He ranks as one of the best personal trainers I have ever worked with! In our 2x week sessions, he is on time, prepared, positive, encouraging, and focused on my well being. I've felt and seen results in whole body functional movement, strength, and body composition, all of which support my daily life at a desk and pursuits like hiking, biking and swimming. While we may focus on a series of movements for 4-6 weeks, the workout is never the same and is tailored to my body's needs every time. My weekly sessions with Adam are on Friday afternoons, and they are the best way to kick off my weekend -- better than wine, hands down. My lingering shoulder pain was GONE after several weeks of training with him, and it has not come back (7 months of training with him). I'm stronger in every way.
