We are a wellness and personal training boutique business. We offer small group fitness, personal training and wellness/nutrition services. One of our main goals during our small group fitness classes is to provide individualized attention that you normally would only see in a private training session. We strive to build your confidence and improve overall movement. Any fitness level is welcome and we will modify the workouts to keep you safe as possible. Our classes utilize a variety of equipment to give you the best combo of cardio, balance, aguilty/performance training and strength in an hour. We have co-ed classes Monday-Fridays.We are located at 803 SW Industrial Way, Ste. 203, Bend OR 97702. We are next door to Monkless Brewing.

I turned 50 recently and was looking to switch up my fitness routine which consisted mainly of barre, yoga and hiking. As a yoga instructor, I know the importance of building and maintaining muscle at my age; but gyms have always intimidated me.
💫Enter Blaire and NW Bod! 💫
I reached out to Blaire and asked about doing a few personal training sessions that could help prepare me to feel comfortable and successful in her group classes. Blaire is a professional, personable and knowledgeable goddess of fitness. She immediately made me feel at home in the gym, and made learning something new a lot of fun.
After a handful of one on one sessions with Blaire, I was ready to join her classes which are carefully crafted to challenge each participant right where they are. Blaire offers great modifications, helpful nutrition tips and plenty of motivation as well as encouragement.Her gym is clean and welcoming and never feels too crowded. I’m so excited to continue to get strong at NW Bod❣️

I am so impressed with this fitness studio. I am certain that most of the students don't realize the level of subtle detail Blaire and her team put into curating each class for each person. I have only gone to their group fitness classes but I see the way I am paired with either an instructor attending, or another student who is integrated more when I'm in a new class. They remember everyone's injuries, which in the sports world you must know that's a task, so they suggest different holds, etc. the classes are very challenging, but in a way where everyone can adjust to their level of desired intensity. My friend and I go and she's more consistent than me and so she may be guided to adjust her position for a more advanced option and so we both get an equally good workout. The results don't lie. Additionally, everyone is so kind, and integrative. We continue to be blessed in this town with high quality options that keep getting better and hold themselves to new standards. Thank you!!

Northwest BOD is a true gem in the fitness space. We are so lucky to have Blaire and her team in Bend. I started attending the Northwest BOD classes a few months ago. I wanted to do more resistance training but didn’t know where to start and had a difficult time staying motivated. I also knew I wanted something geared towards women. I am so grateful that I found Blaire and her team! Blaire is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive. I love that the classes are small and all of the workouts are different. I appreciate that Blaire provides modifications and guidance on form. The workouts are challenging and exactly what I was looking for. I always leave in a good mood. The other women in the classes are friendly, uplifting, and feel like community. I would 10/10 recommend Northwest BOD.

Blaire is the best trainer and gym owner! I was looking for a gym that had an afternoon class. I haven’t had great experiences with other gyms in the last few years, finding this gym was a blessing! The work outs are fantastic and different every class. I love the smaller class sizes and the great community feel. I would highly recommend trying a class, I was hooked after the first class!

As a former collegiate runner, I've always loved cardio workouts but have felt less excited (and a little lost) when it came to weightlifting. When I started having neck pain and poor posture due to breastfeeding x3 and computer work, I knew it was time to incorporate strength training into my routine. NWBod has been such a game-changer for my fitness and posture. Blaire's workouts are fun and never boring. Going to the gym is now my happy place! And one of the best parts has been working out with other women who are friendly and encouraging. I highly recommend NW Bod!!

I was probably at rock bottom of my fitness. I was recovering from a devastating hamstring injury and battling weight gain because of menopause. A friend, who had a lovely transformation after her hamstring injury, recommended Northwest Bod. I've been going since October and I'm stronger, leaner and have more confidence. Not only are the coaches true coaches, the community of people attending classes are supportive and come from all walks of life (which I love). You're never bored, you'll most likely be sore, you'll laugh and make friends and in the end be stronger and healthier. This isn't a fad, it's functional strength training. Thanks for helping me make a positive transformation in my life!

This is THE BEST workout place in Bend! Here's my personal experience: in my past I have completed 21 marathons, several olympic triathlons, several century rides, 2 1/2 ironman and one full Ironman. In all that time, even though I was in good shape and had endurance- I never had muscle definition- which is what I actually wanted. Then I found Northwest BOD and I was hooked. It's a mix of weights and cardio- ever single class is different- so no boredom here, but the best thing- is my body is changing- I notice It and my friends and family are noticing it! Thank you Blaire for being the best trainer, for making me feel good about myself. For helping my clothes fit better, but mostly building the muscle definition I need in my 40s to stay healthy. You don't need to be an athlete to do these classes- They are for all shapes and sizes. You will not be disappointed. I can attest to that!

Being a multi sport athlete, strength training and cardio is an vital part of my overall fitness. I've spent time in and out of the gym with personal trainers as well as solo training missions for fitness. Blair and the entire staff at NWBOD encourage a professional, supportive, fun and challenging workout! The new studio space is beautiful, bright, and in a wonderful location. I’ve been going to Northwest BOD for 9 months now and absolutely love it! The trainers are all so kind, welcoming and accommodating to all fitness levels. They’re able to modify any exercise to fit your needs and are incredibly knowledgeable if you have injuries, are pregnant and so much more - NWBOD is truly one of a kind. Northwest Bod has created a community of women who focus on strength rather than size. Each class is different so you never know what the instructors are going to throw at you! The music is loud and motivating and the people, fun! Women cheer each other on, rather than compete with each other. I have recommended Blaire and Tiffany to all of my friends. I love this business and so will you! Working out at Northwest BOD is unlike any experience I have ever had. The workouts are affordable and amazing and geared toward women. The workouts are always changing and consistently challenging, regardless of your fitness level. Blaire works with you wherever you are at on the fitness spectrum and is even knowledgeable about providing workouts for individual’s with injuries. The women who work out at NW Bod feel like family and the environment is always welcoming and encouraging.
