I started going to Now Yoga in January 2024 after moving to Portland from New Zealand. I love it! Great location, beautiful studio and awesome, welcoming instructors each with their own style. There is a good range of classes as well as regular special events. Highly recommend!

After my favorite beloved yoga studio closed down during the pandemic, I spent the last 5 years searching for my yoga "home." I knew I found it instantly when I took my first class at the NOW Division studio last year. Every teacher I've met is wonderful in their own way. They do a great job not only guiding us through the asanas (whether vinyasa, slow flow, or yin), but also going the extra mile to connect with their student community. So glad I found NOW, highly recommend checking them out.

I love NOW yoga studios. I began my yoga practice early this year and it's become an integral part of my life. NOW has incredible yoga instructors, and is a wonderful community of folks all around. I am learning and growing continuously thanks to their teachings and am profoundly grateful to be a part of their community. Highly recommend joining NOW if you're a yogi or interesting in developing a yoga practice.

SE Division has such good energy β€” open, light, and calming. The space feels like an exhale the moment you walk in. Every teacher I’ve practiced with here brings care and intention, creating a really supportive and grounded vibe. Whether you're new or seasoned, it’s a great place to come home to your practice.

NOW yoga is a beautiful studio with the sweetest teachers! They are so welcoming and the classes are excellent. They offer a free outdoor class on Saturdays, too! I highly recommend this studio.

I had the most wonderful experience on this yoga retreat to Todos Santos, designed by Augusta and Melissa. I didn’t know anyone and came back with 10 friends. The time together was well thought through, classes were soulful and inspirational, food was super nurturing and we had plenty to time to just rest, sit, meditate, sleep, go to town - answer to whatever our soul needed. Highly recommend joining any event organized by Now Yoga.

We are monthly members and take class here almost every day (mostly vinyasa yoga). It's our favorite yoga studio that we have experienced. The instructors are all excellent, and there is a lot of flexibility, kindness, and understanding for a broad range of physical needs. If you want to get a great workout and work up a sweat, there is plenty of opportunity for that. If you are at any level of yoga expertise, or just want to have a calmer practice, it is encouraged by all instructors to find what you need.

This is my home studio! It drew me in when I was shopping around for a new place to practice. The space is inviting with its cleanliness and fun features like cork flooring and lantern lights. And the people are exceptional. I love knowing that I’m contributing to a space that cares about community and is willing to invest in it.

My friend has loved New Yoga and suggested I join a class with her to try it out. I have shopped around at multiple yoga studios throughout the Portland Metro Area and let me tell you New Yoga is the only studio I would confidently purchase a membership from. Their instructors are very authentic, knowledgeable, and flexible to all experience levels. Make sure you check out New Yoga!

I call NOW YOGA NE home and now I have a second home! Now yoga on division is a warm, inviting space filled with kindness. I feel comfortable and encouraged to practice at NOW. There is no pretentious yogi vibes going on and the space is gorgeous. All the instructors I've met have been incredible and I always feel better after a class at NOW. I also love that NOW has regular events and workshops that are unique and affordable, and they regularly have special offers, so follow them on Instagram to see when they come up! (Not sponsored, just love this little yoga fam).
