OC Sports Performance has successfully trained hundreds of athletes. Middle School, high school and College athletes have all gotten stronger, ran faster and jumped higher! OC Sports Performance is a a metrics based training facility that produces high level results.
We measure and test everyone that trains here to ensure the athletes are all making progress. The results are outstanding. Come experience the difference!

This gym is awesome it got me ready for college sports and Sean is one of the most helpful people I know and actually cares about you and will help you succeed in any way he can, with his amazing staff this is a gym I recommend for any younger athletes or any athlete to train and get better at. OC Sports Performance is the best thing that ever happened to me as an athlete, Sean and his team know how to train athletes. Personally I have seen a 10 inch increase in my vertical, drop of half a second on my 40 yard dash, nearly 15 mph added to my Exit Velo, and over 10 mph to my pull down. Sean ensures that these increases in speed and strength are also accompanied by premier knowledge in recovery. I would not be the athlete I am today without the work that Sean and OC Sports Performance puts into the program.

The OC Sports Performance program is by far one of the most successful, injury preventing, and performance increasing programs I’ve seen and used in my athletic career. I’ve been to commercial gyms and tried using those for a preseason program going into my sport (track and field) and had nowhere near the results or confidence in my season. Although injuries happen sometimes, regardless of the training you do, I believe I’ve had the success and zero injuries because of this program. It focuses on the strength and power needed for each sport while also targeting the muscle groups that could might get ignored and go on to cause injuries. On top of that, this gym is full of athletes and people that are constantly trying to get better and putting their all into the lifts. I’ve never seen an athlete enter the gym, show up and put in the work, and not PR in any area (speed, jumps, overall strength maxes).

The best part of the gym for me is getting to talk with Sean and have his support. He’s taught me a lot these last 3-4 years, especially about advocating for myself to coaches and trusting myself to know my limits. He also knows a lot about recovery and safety, which makes me even more confident about the lifts and programs he has up everyday. Thanks Sean!

My son joined the BMX kid training program for 2 months and really enjoyed it. Coach Olivia was excellent with keeping the training fun and engaging while also getting a solid workout in. All the other parents I spoke with had the same experience. It sparked a strong interest in my 9 year old to train at home with me and has him feeling ready for race season.

Enrolling our teens in programs that are designed to build self confidence, that enable them to grow into and become comfortable in their bodies and push them out of them comfort zone are critical to developing humans that can realize their potential, are resilient and able to see a future of possibilities.

The OC Sports Performance program is one of those opportunities. This program is not just for teens seeking the opportunity to play a sport at the college level, it is for any teen wanting to build strength, coordination, speed and flexibility. This translates to playing high school sports, joining the military, going on to play college sports or simply becoming a strong individual. The program is designed via science and the coaching staff has years of experience, education and knowledge.

Our son started at OC when he was 10 in their Tweens class. He loved it and went on to develop his skills in power lifting and is now playing high school football. He quickly learned that the standard high school athletic program is not designed to develop and maintain an athlete. The training has deficiencies that lead to injuries and being ill prepared for the physicality of the game. He has recently joined the OC Sports Performance program and feels like he is “back home”. He never complains about showing up, he comes home post workouts happy and looks forward to the next workout. As a parent, I love experiencing my teen content, strong and knowing he is creating habits that he can use throughout his lifetime. He is confident, strong, knows he hasn’t tapped into his full potential and is excited to see where his training takes him.

I have been apart of OC sports performance for about 5 years. For my athletic career, it was the best decision I have ever made. Staying consistent, putting in the work and trusting my coach, Sean changed my athletic career and mentality towards sports. It made me one of the top players physically on every field I stepped on. I never went into a tackle, sprint, collision not thinking that I was the stronger faster athlete. I had many college coaches amazed at my physical ability and ask the question “what are they feeding you in those mountains” I could only ever answer the question one way by sharing the amazing coaching I received at OC sports performance. Sean taught me many things about what it means to be an athlete and to be dedicated to something, but his coaching also taught me how to be not only physically strong but mentally strong as well. The program pushes you and you have to adapt in order for the training to pay off. But once you start, it is addicting to see yourself run faster, jump higher, lift more and pass your opponents on the field. I would never not recommend OC, it is a one of a kind community where you are surrounded by other athletes striving to the same goals you are. It’s extremely motivating and rewarding. If you are an athlete in the area this is by far the best place to train.

I started training here with my soccer team three years ago and I can say Sean and the team at Oregon Crossfit are unmatched! My experience at OC sports performance was second to none. I began lifting here when I was about 14 years old and wasn’t the most motivated to put the gym work in to excel in my sport, but regardless, I was able to learn all the lifts and more about my body in the process. This is a top notch gym for althetes. Sean has created workouts that provide consistent and amazing results. I went to OC for just over a year leading up to when I left for college. I attribute so much of my success to Sean and this sports performance program. Training within the Sport Performance program at Oregon CrossFit has made me the best athlete I could ever be. I have never been stronger, faster, or more agile. Sean has worked with me for over four years and in my time there I have not once experienced any injuries while teammates around me have had torn ACL‘s, and other season or career ending injury’s. He works on both the preventative measures of being an athlete as well as the physical ones. Sean is someone that you wanna show up every day for and work hard for. I would not be as successful as an athlete or even playing at the collegiate level without Sean’s help. I started training 8th grade initially for soccer with a couple of my girlfriends and my brother started a couple months before me, it soon became a lifestyle as I saw started seeing improvements when I played. OC Sports and the coaches within it, more specific Sean have definitely changed my life for the better. Whether training to more prepared physically for a sport, or if you just want to stay in shape and be healthy, there’s no other facility and members I could recommend. They have top of the line equipment, and very helpful coaching that ensures you do an exercise correctly, and won’t get hurt. I personally went there for a year, and had my squat go up 90 lbs, my deadlift go up 100 lbs, bench go up 50 lbs, and my vertical go from 24 inches to 33 inches in that time. And definitely instilled my love for the gym, and continuation to still go to the gym. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone, no matter their fitness level.

We have been sending our boys (11yr. & 13yr.) to OC, for nearly 6 months. The progress, strength and agility that they have gained is astronomical. This program has taught them to be self motivated, push themselves and strive to do better. They love every bit of it, so much that they wake themselves at 5am to be at the gym by 6am to workout for 2 hours, before heading to school and then their sports programs! I played soccer and basketball my entire life and it wasn’t until training with Sean that I starting to see tremendous growth in my performance. OCSP is a great environment and not only trains athletes to be faster and stronger but also teaches proper recovery in keeping athletes injury-free. Now, being in college this program has taught me the work ethic, discipline, and consistency necessary to achieve my own health and fitness goals. I always look forward to going home on breaks and seeing all the friends I trained with. I can’t recommend this program enough to anyone that wants to take their sport to the next level!

Sean has helped me tremendously in my soccer career. I started training with him as a freshman in high school. I knew I wanted to pursue soccer in college. We worked hard at building my strength, speed, and athletic ability. The results were undeniable. Unfortunately, I took a bad hit during one of my games during my senior year of high school. I tore a few ligaments in my knee. I worked with Sean in my recovery gaining my strength and conditioning back quickly. I went into college as the strongest girl on my team, and close to the fastest and fittest. Despite my setback, my coach was quite pleased with how I played, and I continued to have a successful few years. I fully attribute that success to the OC Sports Performance training program and would recommend it to anyone who takes athletics seriously. As someone who played both soccer and basketball in high school, participating in the sports performance program ensured injury-free seasons and allowed me to preform physically at my highest level. Without this unique program and coaching by Sean, I would not have been nearly as prepared going and playing soccer at the collegiate level and having the successes I did during my four years. Sean’s commitment to each athlete in the gym and making sure they are reaching each of their sports-specific and/or personal goals is a difficult thing to find as a young athlete. I wanted to take a moment and tell you how much we appreciate what you and your staff have done for our boys. It is very clear to us the gains they have made from your training. In the last 24 hours it was obvious in both boys how much your program has done for them. Brett was able to see Camden jump in the gym and get about 3 inches over the rim. He was no where close to that a few months ago. Then watching Ry wrestle we saw him use pure strength to just stand up over and over with a guy on him. I am so glad that I came and talked to you at the end of last school year and brought our boys to OC. You told me we would see results and wow have we ever. Your weekly workouts/assessments allow the boys to see their progress with chances of earning PR's. That has kept them motivated to continue building strength and see that the hard work is paying off. Again I can't thank you and everyone that has worked with them enough.
