Love this place! Coach does a great job engaging everyone on a level that fits their needs!! It's a positive environment that creates opportunities for personal and physical growth!! I've been to regular gyms on and off over my 53 years, but none stack up to what Coach Ryland and Revolution Parkour offer. I started with the Movement Matrix Method class and ended up a member!! I'm stronger, more sure footed, more confident, have better balance and working on the body I've wanted for years! I've also gained a new group of friends that I consider family!! You will never get all the gains at a regular gym that you'll get here! I'm not just talking physical gains either! I encourage anyone to give it a try, you'll be hooked after 3-5 classes. The first couple feel a little awkward, so give yourself 3-5 classes before making a decision.

Training with Ryland is just plain fun! I started training to increase mobility, agility, bone density, strength, and all that other good stuff. All that good stuff has happened but it's the fun that keeps me coming back .... and being able to say "Look what I can do!"

I'm so glad I started working out with Ryland. My flexibility and range of motion was almost non-existent when I started. I could barely bend over and I couldn't realise my arms past my shoulders. After 6 weeks I'm so much more flexible, and I've lost 10 lbs. This is a great program.

Up until the first lockdowns, I was social dancing almost every day of the week as well as taking Ballet classes 2-3 days a week and exercising the other days. A month or so into the lockdown, I realized I needed some activity to replace what I had been doing. For some reason, Parkour came to mind. Honestly, it was never something I looked at and said "I want to do that..." But, it was cheap, relatively easy, I could do it at the parks I was already going to, and it required 3 skills I thoroughly enjoyed as a child: running, jumping and climbing. So, in April of 2020, I started doing Parkour, following the guidance of several YouTube videos. Outside of banging my knees very badly on concrete and a few not so good falls, I was having a good time. A few months in, I met Ryland Lanagan. He told me I needed to start a training regimen to take my Parkour to the next level. I was like, "Dude, I'm 65 years old, having a great old time, and I'm happy just doing my own thing." But, after a little persistence, he finally talked me into it. I had a shoulder injury a couple years back which restricted my range of motion on the left side. Because of the pain, I had stopped doing upper body workouts -- so consequently, I had almost no upper body strength in addition to limited range. After a few months of training, my endurance increased dramatically, as did my upper body strength -- I was doing push ups and pull ups and climbing walls and lache-ing off bars and balancing on rails and a bunch of other stuff no one my age has the right to do and live to tell. Whenever I had a question, Ryland would make videos to demonstrate the answers. And many times he makes videos pushing me to try new stuff. All in all, it's been a great experience for me, and if I am not exactly in the best condition I've ever been in, I'm petty darned close to it! Being physically fit not only helps the Parkour, but with your outlook on life in general. You feel good and positive and happy. Lots of benefits. Thank you Ryland!

Okay, I am not skinny nor have that 6 pack abs going on. I have been overweight and just unhealthy for many years. Then I met Ryland. Talk about a change in my life. I had to lose 75 to 100lbs in order to have knee replacement surgery. Not an easy task to do. He offered me options to have a new way of life. Ryland makes it simple plus gives you that push of encouragement to keep at it. He is also a no judgement zone. I have easy to understand work outs and challenges to keep me going. . I have lost 67 lbs with his help. The approach he has isn't the normal gym standard to me at all. You have his help and guidance to help you succeed. If you want to lose weight or just tone up, I would not hesitate to work with Ryland. Without him, I would be stuck being heavy. Now I can walk 3 good miles without breathing hard or needing to sit down. I have lost inches. I am very blessed to have him as my personal trainer. Life has been just better now.

This has been my first experience using a personal trainer to help me lose my weight that have been lingering for way too long. Ryland was super helpful, engaged and helps by giving you progressive programs that will help challenge and accomplish the goals that you need in weight loss, strength gain, endurance, etc. My wife could tell a difference in my muscle gain and tone which has been great.
As for parkour, my boys and I have been going over a year and I can testify that this has been one of the best decisions that I have made. Not only is it a good way to stay in shape, but it also teaches you methods in rolling, climbing and traversing through obstacles safely and efficiently. This has also been a great way for my children and I to connect in a sport that we enjoy together. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have recommended this place to many people and if you are looking for another way to stay in shape (and have fun while doing it), connect with your children, learn how to be an "American Ninja", etc. then this is the place to be.
