Gus is such an amazing coach! I thought I hired him to get my strength back after two injuries and an autoimmune flare left me struggling to workout. As it turns out, he’s helped me with so much more! I’ve gained range of motion, balance, flexibility, mental fortitude and strength! I’m in remission from my autoimmune condition, off the nasty medication I took for it, and both injuries have stopped plaguing me. I’m having great success with his programming, which is fun and interesting and keeps me motivated to keep going. He has a wealth of knowledge which he shares with compassion and kindness and I’m so pleased with how much I’ve gained while working with him. If you’re considering hire him as your trainer, do it today!

Gus is an amazing trainer who will help you reach your goals. I started training with Gus 3 years ago at CrossFit and then transitioned within a few months to personal training. My husband and I train together with Gus and it's not only fun, but has helped me reach my fitness goals like never before. I've been working out my entire adult life on my own and with trainers and I have never gotten to this level of fitness. I tore my rotator cuff a few years ago and Gus helped me go from not being able to lift a thing with my left arm to doing more now than I've ever done. Truly grateful.
