Do you want to get in shape? Whether your jam is barbells dumbbells kettlebells weightlifting powerlifting gymnastics or functional fitness OTL CF has got what you need. It's personalized workouts in a group fitness setting to keep you accountable, honest and legit. OTLCF is not for everyone. Simply put we're going to hold you to a higher standard. Some people won't want to be held to that standard.
Let us introduce you to the Level Method, a fitness ranking system that spells out your strengths and weaknesses. By clearly showing you the weakest portions of your fitness, we can develop a plan to turn you into the athlete you've always wanted to be. Let's be honest a goal without a plan is a wish.

So far this place has been totally awesome. Haven’t worked out regularly in quite awhile. No judgement. Just helping me where I’m at and I already leveled up!
UPDATE: Still going strong at this awesome place! My body is changing so much every week! I always feel like I get a good workout, just the right amount of challenge everytime! I’m getting stronger! And I feel so much better. If you need a gym with awesome coaches, and no brain(for me) workouts, this is the place.

I LOVE OTL. I’ve been coming here for a few years now, but ended up taking a 2 year break due to life, life-n.
I finally started back up this past July, and my experience is even better than before. The encouragement from EVERYONE is so special. I’m
pushing myself more than I ever have, and with the coaches support, making sure my form is on point, I’m able to do things I never have before.
I’m 37, with 3 kids, and I look forward to coming to the gym every day with this group of people.

I seriously love coming to each and every class! The coaches are so down to earth and explain everything without making you feel dumb. I started in March for a 6-week round, and I’m still going strong in August! They have a variety of classes for all types of fitness levels and for the kids too. Love how community based they are. I have been going to this gym for a little over a year, for a twice-weekly women’s fitness. While most of the women are younger than my own kids, and many are *quite* fit, I have never once been made to feel “less than.” There has only been encouragement! The trainers are able to show how any movement can be modified if necessary. Highly recommend!

OTL is one of the best gyms I’ve attended. They have a child watch option so us mama’s can get in a workout without having to worry about where to take the kids. They scale the works out so you can workout to your comfort and skill level but they also encourage and push you just enough to get you out of your comfort zone and achieve things you didn’t think you could! OTL is an amazing community of people and I HIGHLY recommend trying a class. You’ll never look back!

I love this gym. The coaches are all very welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive. It’s clear they want to make sure you not only succeed, but that you are also training correctly and pushing yourself forward. This gym is also amazing because the people who attend are wonderful. There is such a great community here with a very team-focused vibe. Having belonged to many gyms in the past, including OrangeTheory, this is by far the best. As an avid runner, biker, hiker, and yogi, I always thought my physical health was more than adequate—perhaps even excellent. I stopped believing this when my 14-year-old dog was diagnosed with cancer. Tasks like lifting him onto the couch or bed, into the car, or up the stairs felt embarrassingly difficult, despite his weighing only 20 pounds. When he passed, I made a promise to honor him by truly getting strong.
In November 2024, I signed up for OTL’s women’s strength classes—and I was SO nervous. I had never swung a kettlebell or done weighted squats before, but six months later, those two exercises have become some of my favorites. The classes are fast-paced and fun, perfectly suited for my ADHD brain. Our coach, Jessica J, is amazing—she gives clear instructions for every move, even for exercises we’ve done before, always reminding us to engage our core, avoid overextending, and more. She’s always there to offer guidance and modifications when needed.
Now, I’m proud to say I can easily lift 20 pounds, even 50lb bags of chicken food on my own (though sometimes I still let my husband help 😜). Thank you for existing, OTL—you all are truly a treasure in Canby!

OTL is a great place all around. Don't let crossfit scare you. The coaches take you thru 6 personal training sessions and you find your level before your first solo workout. You have a guide the whole way. The level method is truly for anyone & you can see where you're at and where you'd like to go from there. People at the gym are welcoming and kind. This is such a welcoming, encouraging gym, and it's exactly what I needed to find my rhythm again. I love how it feels like a community even though I've only been going for a few months. I never thought I would like group fitness as much as I have come to enjoy the ones at OTL! Coaches are very knowledgeable about exercise and tailoring movements for people at different levels of fitness and with specific needs in mind. I especially appreciate this because it allows me to get a full workout in despite previous and ongoing injuries. Really encouraging atmosphere and always nice to share workout time with other people on their own fitness journeys. It really does foster a sense of community and I am beyond grateful to have found this gym. I especially like the 24/7 access so that if I can’t make it to class, I can still go get my workout in. In 2022 I was struggling with my weight, lack of strength, and limited mobility along with so much back pain. My really fit friend convinced me to try OTL. CrossFit style exercise scared me, I felt I was too out of shape to do it.
I gave it a try, with my assessments it personalized my workouts to meet me where I was. I have never stuck with a gym or fitness routine for this long ever! Now 2.5yrs later OTL is family and going to workout is self care supporting both physical & mental health.
Highly recommend OTL level method for getting in shape and building confidence & muscle of course. The small classes, amazing trainers and constant encouragement is everything I need to succeed in my health journey.
In Sept 2022 I had bladder prolapse, and hysterectomy. After 10weeks I came back and Coach Jessica had a custom woman’s strength workout for me to ease back into moving and build my strength so I could get back into regular functional fitness classes. I will be forever grateful for Brandon & Jessica for the love, support, and encouragement in all aspects of my life, not just at the gym. OTL is like no other gym.

I can’t say enough about this gem of a gym in downtown Canby! I’ve had friends who have been long time members and now that I’ve joined, i truly understand why! This gym is like one big, caring fitness family. Coaches and fellow members are so friendly and welcoming! And the atmosphere is always fun! It has been years since I’ve stepped foot in a gym. I also have never done CrossFit style training before so I was a little intimidated. HOWEVER, I am so happy I decided to take a leap and just try it!
The level method system used is a game changer. I can be working out alongside all fitness levels and we are all getting a workout specific to where we are in our fitness journey. Something to push and strive for always while being coached and encouraged every step of the way! The care and dedication the owners have to make sure everyone feels empowered, strong and successful is amazing! Definitely worth trying a class!

I have been looking for a gym for a while. I have always hesitated because I don’t really know what I’m doing what I’m doing but didn’t want to hire a personal trainer. I can't say enough good things about OTL. In the past, I have intimidated and felt out of place during workout classes, however, the classes at OTL are designed to meet each person at their own fitness level and the instructors are amazing at providing modifications for every skill level. I have felt welcomed and supported since day one. If you’re on the fence or struggling to get started, just come to one class and see how it goes, I’d bet you’ll be glad you did!

They had me a childcare. As a busy mom, I never thought I'd find a place that truly works for me, but OTL has exceeded all my expectations.
I waited to write this after completing my first 6-week women’s strength class. It was challenging in all the right ways, pushing me beyond what I thought I could do. I’m feeling stronger and more empowered with each class.
The real star of the show is Jessica, our coach. She's not only amazing at what she does but also incredibly down-to-earth. Her approachable style made me feel comfortable and motivated, even as someone who usually avoids gyms like the plague!

I joined OTL almost a year ago, and I LOVE IT! There are so many things about this place that make it unique. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or already pretty fit, you join a small group of people each doing a workout that is tailored to their abilities. The workouts are varied but have an overarching theme each month focused on improving in a few areas. And the progress is quantifiable, so you can easily see and celebrate improvement!
The coaches are fantastic at explaining and encouraging, and just overall wonderful humans that I want to be around. My husband and three kids also come, and we're all huge fans.
If you're on the fence, try OTL for a few months - you'll be converted!

Easily, the best gym in the area. As a medical professional, I will only go to places that have knowledgeable personal trainers. At OTL they never force you to do anything that you do not want to do and will always be able to modify any workout specifically for your needs. They are also great at focusing on building a community around the neighborhood and gym, so that you feel welcome and not forced to workout but that you WANT to come work out. Great class sizes as well and able to go to open gym to work on supplementing your fitness goals.

I recently just started at OTL this month and loving it so far! I am 4 months post partum so I was a little nervous to jump back into CrossFit but the coaches here have made me feel so welcome and always making sure I’m comfortable. I’ve done CrossFit in the past at a different gym and they just throw you in with everyone expecting you to know how much weight you can lift, compete with all this amazing athletes but here at OTL they do 4 assessment one on one classes to go over where your body and muscles are at before you get into the big workouts with the class which I LOVE! Thank you OTL for pushing me and helping me guide to a healthier/stronger self. Can’t wait to keep working with them.

I was very skeptical when it comes to crossfit style working out. I have had some bad experiences before or just thought was not my style of working out. I have done it all small group women's training, personal training, LA fitness, Orange Theory, at home video workouts etc. What I have not done is a level method gym. If you haven't heard of it look it up;) every 6 or so weeks the type of workouts change whether it's more cardio base workouts, to gymnastics style, to heavy lifting. Keeps you from getting stuck or bored and continuing on improving on different things and or forces you to work on things you may not enjoy like myself never a person who enjoys lifting heavy but I'm coming around. What's better is having coaches who will not allow you to do something you don't know how to do and will literally coach you through movements to prevent injury. They pride themselves in technique and form. What's more amazing is family friendly, and the community you build and everyone comes from different backgrounds to come together and workout!

I have been a part of this gym since the beginning, and I am so thankful for this amazing community! I came here with some prior knowledge of exercise, but I have seen a lot of improvement since coming here. I have been able to run a mile faster than ever before, increased my weights in every area (Olympic lifting, powerlifting, etc), and have improved my technique in body weight movements like the push-up and burpee. OTL-CF is an amazing place to improve your overall health and get true functional fitness!
