Love this gym! Open 24 hours makes it so easy to fit it in your schedule. The owners are amazing and will answer any questions you have! They now have two locations and a great variety of equipment to use.

Verbally asked them to cancel my membership, which they agreed to do so. They kept charging my credit card anyways. They would not stop. I had to call my credit card company to keep them from charging me any longer because Iβm no longer a participating member of their tiny little gym. Now they continue by sending threatening emails sayng they are sending me to debt collectors for debt they say is owed after they did not cancel membership as requested. Good thing my credit card has my back or these criminals would still be robbing me.

I love a gym that has integrity and care for its members! Great in my book! I saw a previous complaint about gym attire guidelines and I personally appreciate that they do have rules on that.

Very helpful staff on duty at time if visit. Offer free tanning with membership, have a wide array of equipment, option to shower in restroom, no pool or sauna.

They are on the up about cleanliness and respect all around. Definitely nicer than a typical 24hr fitness. Great selection of equipment and they even have a heavy bag in the back

Wish I could give negative stars! They are trying to dictate what women wear to work out. Though it's by preference, there are some people (both genders) who would agree that they feel more comfortable working out shirtless, crop top, sports bra or booty shorts. How can a gym think they could dictate what someone wears to work out? As long as they have clothing on and the obviously aren't working out nude, it shouldn't matter! Do better Pacific Fitness!

They have posters in the gym which tell women what they can and canβt wear! When did a gym become a dictatorship! Absolutely disgusting! AVOID AVOID AVOID, Iβd rate zero if I could

Wish I could give this a negative five star review....you guys treat women with zero respect and make them feel bad about their bodies. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!! Makes this worse when you treat your male customers better than your female customers

This was a really great gym. I had to cancel due to relocating. I wish they were closer to Dixonville. The staff was very nice. The main event for me was that they are open 24 hours. Small but comfortable which I loved more than some of the larger gyms. I used to go to Downtown fitness and the Y and they all feel so big. I like the coziness of this little neighborhood gym.

Iβm in the Winston location at least 3 days a week and focus on lifting weights. The facilities are new enough, clean, and there is perhaps more equipment than the space can accommodate (more a positive than a negative in my mind, but itβs not a huge facility and can get packed during peak hours). Certain staff are a bit rough to deal with at times. I saw the woman who runs the senior fitness class yell at a patron using equipment in that room as though he were a child without any prior warning to him well before the start of that class. Thatβs an extreme example of her generally aggressive and unfriendly treatment towards patrons not attending her groups. I get the impression she resents not having a dedicated space and feels she has to protect her class from the rest of gym activities. Front desk staff are quick to take an authoritarian stance instead of problem solving. When I tried to sign up initially they refused me because when I provided ID it wasnβt specifically an Oregon Drivers license, but when I came back later, my ID was not a concern and hasnβt been for almost a year. (Iβll update if they choose to use this review as a reason to make this an issue.) I donβt know why local driving qualifications are a prerequisite to gym use. The check clears without issue every month. On several occasions Iβve seen certain staff give patrons trouble about weights making noise during the course of their intended use. I get enforcing norms to keep everybody comfortable, but staff donβt seem to have any trouble shaming folks when a simple reminder would work. The negative reviews on google seem to mostly be about authoritarian billing practices and people stealing services. For a small business, I could see such enforcement as necessary to survival. A personal opinion: the facility doesnβt have the space to host classes and operate effectively as a gym of any other sort at the same time given the arrangement of equipment, but with some creativity, you can still get a modest workout in. I tend to come away from those days unsatisfied. Recent swap of equipment exacerbated this issue somewhat; instead of putting all the leg workouts in one room, arms in another, back in the third, etc., they sprinkled a bit of each in each room so you canβt decide to do full workout targeting any group if one of the rooms is unavailable. I think the rearrangement was to try to make better use of the space and perhaps add yet more equipment, but it doesnβt seem well considered. Perhaps my needs are different from the average patron. This place has the potential to be amazing. I love the assortment of equipment, the location, 24 hour access, pricing, discount for additional people on your account (I think I pay $70 for two of us), and serious-gym vibe. The old school fitness materials, motivational posters including magazines and Franco Columbu bodybuilding books are great. Somebody in leadership has construction skill; when you look around at the 2x4 overbuilt cover on the front desk window, the maple plywood protectors on the walls, and the handmade deadlift platform they project an attitude of rugged individualism and success through personal strength. I plan on renewing my membership.

Has alot of equipment to use. The equipment shows how to use it and what muscles it uses as well. Not only that but you can get a 24/7 membership and come in any time of day including night time as well. Works really well if the best timing for you to work out is at night. Really good incentive for working out more because the more you work out the more it will be worth it. Its got equipment for every muscle and is an all around good place to work out especially with a wonky schedule.

For how small it is, there is a lot of equipment. It doesn't have a locker room or sauna, just a single unisex bathroom. My problem was the billing. My bank gave me my paycheck at 2am on the first, and they charged at 12:05 on the first. They then added a fee for a "bounced check", then charged my account again and it went through. The owner refused to drop the fee so I left. He first said there was nothing he could do, then revealed he could but refused. I wish this didn't happen, but oh well.

First off everybody that works there has so far been really kind and supportive, nobody here really judges if you're a super out of shape skin and bones guy like me which is great.
Second off the wide variety of machines means you'll almost always have one available that caters to your specific goals.
Thirdly the place is open 24/7, though the office hours aren't you can still use the equipment any day, at any time, so even nightowls can get some exercise here if they consider this as their gym of choice.
All in all, it's a nice gym whether you're just beginning your fitness journey like me, or an avid gym junkie, don't let it's smaller appearance fool you, the place is a lot bigger on the inside.

This place is a GEM. I really love this gym. it has something for everyone whether you are a powerlifter, weightlifter, bodybuilder, into general fitness, crossfit, or even strongman - this is the place for you. personally I was really impressed with the powerlifting equipment! I'm talking chains, bands, boards, specialty bars, squat rack, dead platform, Elite Fts power bar, rogue bars, farmers handles, sled, and more. 24 hour access, super clean, friendly staff.

The ownership has employed a great staff. They are constantly cleaning and keeping things tidy. They have an excellent selection of both free weights and other equipment. The space is separated into three separate rooms. The front room is aerobic and free weights. The middle back room is devoted to legs and the very back room is devoted to circuit training and additional free weights. They have multiple restrooms, wheelchair ramp access, as well as a tanning room. I am enjoying and value my membership!

Pacific Fitness is a great gym! Very clean, well equipped, and above all great owners and nice staff! They are expanding and getting better as they go. If you're looking for a nice gym that's 24/7 and 365 in the Winston or Myrtle Creek Area both places are great and you can use both!

I've been to a lot of gyms in my life and I would have to say that this is one of the most immaculate gyms that I've been a member of. Equipment is extremely clean, weights are ALWAYS racked properly and the work out equipment is abundant. Easy 5 stars. Best in the Roseburg area, by far.
