Had my 6 year old try out Parkour for the first time this Summer @ Parkour Tualatin. He has been hooked ever since! Great way to get him off a screen and running around. Will be a great indoor option as the weather starts to get cooler and the rain is back in full swing!

Updated Oct 2024 - our kids have continued to take classes her since spring 2023. Alex has been a great instructor, very patient with the kids. Jevin teaches the intermediate classes and subs for the beginner class when needed. There are other good instructors, I just don't know them as well. They've also accommodated my other grandson who is deaf, which Alex has been great about. He is doing the things needed for him to understand the instructions. After a year and a half, I can still say this is a great place to bring your kids both to burn off steam / learn how to be safer jumping around and for those who want to, to prices through the levels and start to compete. Give it a try!

Original review: Spring 2023 - Got a Groupon this afternoon for 3 beginner classes to try it out, and was able to schedule a class for my grandson this evening. They keep it basic at first, to avoid injury, but he still walked out with wobbly legs and will be sore tomorrow. Good way to get exercise this summer! Instructor was patient, considering he had all tweens to early teens in the group. They'll be back next week!

Brought my daughter here for her first class. The person at the reception desk did not greet us or anyone - was on the phone the entire time. At the start of her class, the instructor checked us in and gave us a laminated rules sheet to review. That was the entirety of the instructor’s interaction with either of us. The other kids were return students and knew what to do. The instructor did not pay any attention to my daughter, she didn’t get a direct look or instruction the entire class. I could tell she felt very out of place. We won’t be back.

My son just had his first class there and I was so impressed! When he first checked in somebody sat down on the floor with him and used a visual guide to go over the rules. The instructor was paying close attention with personal feedback for each kid.

Had my son’s 7th birthday here on Saturday 7/1/23, and him and his friends had a blast. My son kept saying how this is one of his favorite days. All the parents were impressed with this place and loved that we had the whole gym to ourselves for the party. The crew working were great and they provided all the plates, napkins, and plastic utensils.

We used to go to Beaverton Parkour, but left when it went downhill under new ownership.

Our daughter missed Parkour though, so when we found this place, we were happily surprised to find the people and structures that we liked before all in Tualatin! Now we happily drive down from Beaverton a few times a week.

We've had a hard time finding a sport or activity that works for my son, but this place is it! The format of the class is perfect for a kid who needs a lot of motion and the instructor (Alex for us) is just wonderful. We recently had my son's birthday party here and it was amazing - everybody had a ton of fun and it was a day to remember. Highly recommend.

Thank you for an amazing birthday party! My twins had their hearts set on a nerf party and this is the only place to offer it and they had so many games to play with and without nerf. All the parents say back and enjoyed as the kids were really entertained. We will definitely be spreading the word and going back again!

My son is 10 he loves his classes. His teacher is very helpful and meets each student exactly where they are. He helped my son learn the moves and provides individual attention to each student. The studio is clean and organized. They is something for every skill level. They sell water, Gatorade, and one kind of snack bar at really reasonable prices. All the equipment I saw looked clean and not broken or damaged.

Held my sons 7th birthday party here today and it was above expectations. Having the gym to ourselves was awesome and our party hosts were so much fun! They really interacted with the kids so well and got the fun going! The kids all had a blast! They played games, got sweaty climbing and jumping and running. We had time to eat and celebrate and more time to play. Would highly recommend this option for a party!

Kids tried out beginners class today and loved it. Great class and instructor. Very good customer service when I was having problems setting up account. I can't recommend this gym enough! Jevin, the owner, is very personable and greets each kid/member by name as they arrive. The gym has a video game theme which makes it extra fun for the kids. Safety is obviously important, and they work very hard to make sure kids are adhering to safe practices. But where this gym really sets itself apart is in the instructors. They are all great, but Ian is amazing with young kids! He is fun and full of energy but still takes the instruction seriously. All of the instructors that we had experience with were very good at explaining and demonstrating skills, interacting with kids and keeping order while maintaining an enjoyable environment. My son absolutely loves this place. Highly recommend!!

I've been here quite a few times, and every time that I do Josh (my instructor) always made sure for me to have a great experience. He'd made sure everything is safe for me to learn, starting me out with vigorous warm up so I don't hurt myself, and always do a cool down so my body doesn't go into shock after a session. The gym is always super clean and ready for any new class to come in and start right away. The other staff members are always super nice and helpful even if they're not my instructor. Definitely a great way to work out and get swol

Out of all the Revolution Parkour gyms, this one is my favorite. I’ve always been really shy when it comes to training around other people, but the instructors here are so friendly and gentle. The encouragement and chipper attitude has pushed me further than I thought possible in my parkour experience and I always look forward to coming back. COVID has made things difficult, but this team has really put in the effort to make things bearable and safe for everyone. I was frightened to come back during reopening, however they’ve proven to enforce sanitary conditions and upped my confidence. I love the atmosphere of this gym and I’m so close to landing my flips!

Listen I am not unexperienced. I taught aerial silk and my gym partner taught parkour in Salem. I am a trained instructor in fitness and a teacher now in school district. My first experience with revolution was incredible about 8 or so years back I remember Nico and Ryland being incredible. Today, I think Josh, was rude the second we walked in, son was still getting his mask on when he was told he would be kicked out, we were all wearing masks he was just adjusting his plus we were tue only ones there and again, we were wearing masks and things get to be adjusted. This was a class my son had been waiting weeks to do and brought 2 friends. Now that he is older and Parkour Infinity is closed. The instructor barked orders, not once sat with the kids as young as 10 to show warm ups but walked around the whole time, would yell to change a warm up kids couldn't hear because music was blaring and a few had no clue what the warm up move was. Kids did a really long warm up he never once stayed to show, but mocked instead if done wrong. Then once class start did 20 minutes of only precision jumps, nothing else, while he was up on the bars the playing. The kids did not learn proper form and he would just scream to start over. He also continually yelled if the boys swung on the bars though he ran a course under them, while he was on them the whole time. Even having the audacity to say "just because we can do something doesnt mean we should." From the teacher who was on the bars the whole class. He stopped class 5 minutes early to do cool down, once again not leading but walking on the bars high above the boys on the floor once jumping as a joke off about 6 feet down next to a kids head about 4 inches away. He played on the bars leaping and jumping through the whole cool down. They then sprayed disinfected around the same boy he jumped at. Crazy unprofessional, dangerous, kids were annoyed class ended early the class part was so short. This guy is too immature to be teaching and there only himself. I will go back Thursday because there is another teacher, hopefully better and my first experience for myself was good. Rude isnt clever or funny. Fortuantly I was using a groupon, but that was still over 50.00 and we drive from Dallas Or.

So my 8-year old son attended a friend's birthday party here this evening. They were playing a game of tag with foam projectiles and all was fun and games until the instructor (who was playing with the kids) threw a hard foam axe and struck my son in the back of the head cutting the skin and leaving a quarter-size goose egg. He apologized and admitted to throwing the axe way too hard. My son was provided an ice pack by the staff, but I wonder what the hell this instructor was thinking and if the waiver we signed covers injury caused by staff. I have no problem having my kids go here again, but I do hope management talks to their staff about this incident.
