I've been in there before, I'm not sure how it is now but when I was attending for some reason the janitor would come into the restroom and be really loud is seemed, the personal trainer would often come near me and invade my personal space, the machines that resemble a gynacological exam are still facing the windows and strange people stay in parked cars outside lol

one morning I came in and it was only hispanic music the whole hour, some of the other races seemed umcomfortable, I dont mind it as long as its peppered in or what not ya know

there are some shady and intimidating characters (some a little too buff for planet fitness... haha) it used to be a modest gym but sometimes I feel pushed around or feel the need to defend myself

so I stopped going, I finnaly decided to pay a visit yesterday and while I was in there I was going to see if my account was still active because my mom had been paying for it and she lives in a different state, well some young man named mason with long hair and glasses got in my face and when I asked for space so that I may finish reading the sign before engaging in conversation with him he got really agressive, so I said ok I can take the sign outside and read it then

he then proceeds (wow google doesnt have auto correct i guess) to leap onto the counter!!! like spiderman or something!! hahaha

anyways the manager comes out and yells at me too but I'm able to talk him down and he check the computer, once he saw that i was a previous member he became nice so that was a relief

long story short, I probably wont be going back or recommending this gym to any of my friends until they seem to clean things up :(

I typically refrain from negative reviews, but I am appalled at the lack of customer service with this locations employees today — 10/6 at 1250pm. I had a very helpful employee yesterday, who said a manager would reach back out to me today. I've been calling (total of 6 times now) and each call has been picked up and hung up immediately. I will be bringing this up to the manager and I hope they can teach their employees good work ethic. Embarrassing for the individual acting this way, giving a bad reflection on the establishment.

With the new addition of serious body building machines such as the hack squat and lateral raise, the rating went from two to 3 stars.
With the remodel of the work out areas, creating triplicate areas for Legs arms and core routines they went from 3 to 4 stars.
With the improvement of the Black Card members room they took their gym to 5 stars.
Maybe that should be reversed order of what gained what star but its all the same.
The only drag is that there always seem to be the group of friends dominating a particular group of machines for a ridiculous amount of time and that still irks the crap outta me. I otherwise also enjoy the chill nature of the gyms vibe. They really dont judge. Come here with your own app for guidance or world knowledge to get the most outta this place. You got this! Just do it.

Had been to near 40 Planet fitness while traveling across 14 states and this one takes the crown for being the best!

Went 2 times, evening and morning, everything always clean and organized. Gym is large, enough not to get overcrowded. Staff is nice and they have training sessions. Austin is an amazing instructor, absolute professional, pushed me to my best!

Will stop by definitely if I find myself nearby.

And they have manual faucets, not the torture sensor one, which is a huuuge win. And nice, clean showers.

Sleazy corporation. I tried to bring a friend as a guest, ready to pay for a visitor. They refused to let us work out unless I upgraded my entire membership. I guess no one who is poor is allowed to have friends now? And if you ever try to cancel your membership, you'll learn why they demanded your bank account info when you signed up. They will comtinue stealing your money long after you cancel your membership.

The place is new so the cleanliness of the place gets 5 stars. However you lost stars becuz from the time I walked into the place and checked in until I left, from the front door to the locker room and back out, not one employee acknowledged my existence. Employees are welcoming and friendly. The changing rooms/ bathrooms/ showers are cleaned regularly and it shows.
They have a spa for their members that is also kept clean. The employees wipe down the beds after members use them to prep them for the next person to use it. 😳 amazing.
There is a nice selection of cardio equipment and there are multiple smith machines.
The one downside may be a limited number of 45lb plates. This isn't a personal issue for me, but some folks may need more than what is available.
Overall, this is a great gym and the best I have found in the area that isn't asking for over $100/ month.

Went here a few years ago. Wife and I reminisced about how bad it was today. Thought I'd leave honest review. Not good equipment, poorly maintained equipment, Dirty, and lazy ppl. Had a "squat rack" that probably needed oiling. Was borderline dangerous. When I reported it, the highly overweight employee, said "it's not made for that much weight." It was 160lbs. Seriously.. They pulled an alarm on ppl a couple times (for no reason anyone could understand) which scares you in the middle of lifting weight. Trash franchise. Not for ppl that really want to be fit. They even serve pizza on Fridays.. lol Clown stuff

Visited this gym while I was in town for a couple of weeks. The location is kept super clean, the staff was always helpful, and there is a good variety of machines to use.

Take advantage of the free classes as well, especially if you’re new to the gym equipment. You’ll be shown how to use everything by the instructor and have your form corrected when needed.

This is one amazing gym which makes frequently visiting the gym very possible with little effort. Has a 24 hour schedule except for the weekends (so, provides a lot of low rush hours especially late at night and early mornings -- the rush can be tracked in their app). Super clean, with positive welcoming staff, and a great environment to work out. Although much of it is made around weight loss as a goal (with plenty of cardio and exercise machines with average people in mind), this also has some free weights, which are heavy enough to be useful. This also has a place with multiple pull up bars and handles for dips. No squat racks, but has smith machines for reasonable squats, bench presses etc. Another plus is that they have subscription plans for 6 months or a year, which lets you pay up front with no strings attached, and it doesn't break pockets like the other gyms

Staff is very friendly and always greets us when we check in. The gym is extremely clean, the staff are constantly cleaning not only equipment and locker rooms but also banisters and all the glass in the building. Have only seen one piece of equipment down in the four months I have been coming and it was fixed in a matter of days. Great equipment and facilities.
The real stand out is Austin, the personal trainer. Although all of the staff has been amazing, from the GM who is always here to the person that originally signed us up and gave the tour. Austin really made an impression on us. I usually didn't use the personal trainer option at most gyms, even when free, for one reason or another. I am really glad I did use his service. He guided me through a personal program that was custom to my needs and a job based fitness test. Not only was he great for me but I have watched him work with a wide variety of people at the gym and see how everyone gets his personal attention in a positive and engaging manner. Definitely take advantage of his services.

You can tell a lot about a business by the positive energy of the employees and everyone I’ve interacted with here makes you feel glad to be at the gym. Planet Fitness isn’t going to have the greatest selection of free weights but if you know your way around a gym you’ll find MORE than you need for any goal be it serious muscle growth, to basic functionality, to just staying active. The key for me is the recovery lounges in the Black Card Spa. UV Therapy, hydro rolling beds, cryo and heat. Recovery is more important to fitness goals than people realize. I’d rather have free motion smith presses and 4-8 recovery options than squat cages and nothing.

I've been a member here for a while. It's a very clean place, friendly staff and open 24 hours with great membership rates. The spa is a nice impressive touch if you have the black card membership. If you're looking for a great place to work out, this is a nice choice. Not a ton of free weights with PF as most people know, but that's by design. If you're into ego lifting and drawing attention to yourself, this isn't your gym.

The staff is friendly. I usually have access to the things that I want to use at the times that I go. I like that I can go tanning and use the massage beds and chairs as well. The bathrooms and locker rooms are clean also. That is definitely a plus.
I am really just trying to get back to feeling better about myself. Going to the gym has been very overwhelming and daunting. The vibe here has been welcoming and I have been four times in one week. I definitely recommend it.

Everything is new, clean and the staff is really nice. But after working out for an hour it would be amazing to have a space to just sit down a mat and stretch/do floor workouts. There is a 15x10 ft space for machines and stretching/floor workouts. Only about four mats can fit on the ground and that is a very close fit with all of us stretching and exercising really close to each other. I don't feel comfortable with that, other people don't feel comfortable with that. The other location has a 50 by 20 foot space with machines to stretch in. I went to the class area to stretch and got kicked out of there because they have a class. You're not really supposed to stretch and such in the 30-minute circuit area but that's legitimately the only space. So I cut my workout 30 minutes short, and stretched in the locker room, had to skip floor workout completely 🤦🏾‍♀️ Next time I'm just going to drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the one by safeway/Popeyes, if you do a full workout I'd recommend that.

It is a very welcoming gym. I'm usually put off by gym experience. I'm heavier but trying to get healthy. They have no tolerance for body shaming. I go with both teenagers and a grandma that's almost 80. They are very helpful and even offer a trainer to get you going and do classes at no extra cost. Very affordable and lots of perks.

I love going here, it’s a great environment w/ lots of different workouts and great people. My only complaint would be that there is a sign in their window stating they are “open 24/7” but that is not the case. Tried going before work but doors were locked, google maps say they don’t open until 6:00. A little misleading, the sign should come down if they aren’t open all day every day.

The fact you have to go in person to your home gym to cancel your membership is completely unacceptable. It's 2023 and there's no way to do it online. Every subscription service offers it except them. The reason likely being is because they know PF is a gym for beginners and average people looking to stay or get in shape. They strive from new years resolutions and personal goals. When those goals aren't met it can feel shameful to return there. They take advantage of your weaknesses to fatten their profits. There's simply no other explanation I could think of besides that. They want to make it as hard for you as possible.
