With the new ownership this gym has gone from 5 stars 2 stars. Black room equipment goes down frequently and Internet goes down frequently. Other then that this Planet Fitness gym is VERY clean. Nick , Megan, Sarah , and Jeff on the second and third shift keep this gym spic & span clean. My deepest thanks to them for their hard 🙏 work 🥰

Went in to cancel my membership and both of their computers went down. I was fine to wait for them to reboot but was assured by Wyatt that he would cancel my account on the 9th when I was in there. We'll the 17th comes around and I'm charged. I called and they said I never canceled. Very very frustrating.
They literally lied about saying they would cancel it and are giving me a hard time about a refund because they are getting new owners. I could give a care about the new ownership and hope that the new owners have management lying to customers and nit issuing a refund for an account that I for sure tried to close.

I personally would not gym with this gym anymore and if they promised you that they'd follow through on a cancelation or refund they are absolutely not going to do it and I'd go straight to head quarters and report them which I am going to do.

Thanks for taking $25 from me when I couldn't afford it.

This planet fitness is really nice and is very clean! I have had a membership for years while traveling around the west coast and today I had the worst experience I've ever had with staff. I walked in at 6:52pm to take a shower, knowing the closing time was 7pm and I needed to hurry. The male staff member with long curly hair told me "we close at 7 and it's 7" I told him I was just going to take a quick shower, as I continued to walk past. He then told me I can't shower because it's 7pm. There was at over 15 people still in the gym at this time. I proceeded to take a quick shower and left the building at 6:59pm - showing him my watch on my way out to confirm. At least 10 members came out after 7pm but yet he decided to give me a hard time. I believe this is unacceptable guest service and wanted the owner to be aware of how one of their staff members treats people. Besides that the gym is great!

I do not belong to this gym. I was considering joining it until I heard about their policies on allowing transgender and transitioning men into the women's restrooms and changing rooms! I am in the generation that fought for women's rights. So to have men pushing into our spaces is not acceptable for any business to allow!

This is a great gym all equipment is updated and serviced well for $25 you get free access to massage beds, hydro massage chair ( my favourite) the massage chair that does deep tissue massage so intense and don't forget the body contour which after a intense workout loosen your whole body up like no other. A woman was on her phone in the bathroom. I asked her to either stop or leave, as there are signs posted. She laughed and called me rude, and the employee who was standing right outside the bathroom the whole time (long curly hair - the blonder one) took her side.

So i asked april 9th to have my membership cancelled. They refused to do it over the phone. I told them you are not authorized to charge my card moving forward it will be theft. I sent the corporate email saying the same. Keep getting charged i explained the problem to a manager over the phone he laughed at me and hung up when i asked to speak to someone higher. Contract Nazis not big on free weights just a trash experience.

The cleanest and best maintained planet fitness I’ve been to. It is cleaned daily with great attention to detail. Staff is very friendly. I used this facility nearly daily while in town for a travel position for a few months. If you live in town full-time, you’re lucky to have access to such a great Planet Fitness facility. I love that Planet Fitness is a "normal" gym in the sense that average, everyday people from all walks of life and all levels of fitness are welcomed and not judged. I've been to other gyms in town known as more heavyweight, body builder type gyms and they can be kind of "in your face" and intimidating. You're cheered on at Planet Fitness by fellow members and some of the nicest staff in town. You're accepted for who you are and your efforts to workout, not for how big your muscles are or how heavy you bench.

After comparing all the gyms in the basin, this one stands apart for cost and quality. My husband and I need completely different machines for our workouts. I have a degenerative disk and I can't do many of the common machines that are in a gym. I'm really happy to be able to do some of my physical therapy exercises here, there's plenty of space to stretch, and there's a variety of equipment.

Best gym in K Falls, in my opinion. New equipment that is maintained perfectly, clean and hygienic environment (including the locker rooms, not overly crowded, and AFFORDABLE! I’ve been a Planet Fitness member for over 10 years and have gone to PF’s across the country when I travel and the K Falls facility is THE BEST PF facility I’ve ever been to, luckily it’s my HOME TOWN gym. Thank you K Falls owners and staff, EXCELLENT job! PF has proven to be my “home away from home”, in just about every city I’ve travelled to in the U.S. The App is great too!

Went in apprehensive about getting a membership here because I had heard negative things about Planet. Even so, I was willing to give them a shot. I asked if my wife and I could have a look around. The lady said "No, for liability reasons I can't let you do that. You can only look around if I walk you around. I'm the only one here and I can't leave the desk so I can't show you around". She offered to let us look at her iPad but wasn't really interested in anything else. She didn't even ask if we could come back later for a tour of the gym. This is clearly a gym that isn't interested in our business. Not a problem, we'll spend our money somewhere else.

I do not recommend anyone go here other than the fact they have better equipment then our other gyms in this small town.(klamath falls). I had never been there and I signed up 2 months ago, my bill is over 125$ and I haven’t ever stepped in the door! When I called to dispute the fact that I have all these charges the manager would not work with me at all, I explained my wife’s mother passed away a week after we signed up and we have been so busy dealing with that that we did not get a chance to cancel or pay the balance. We had so many costs from funeral to the celebration of life, the manager on duty named Sam told me she didn’t care about our situation at all because we signed a contract. When I asked to speak with her boss she got very rude and ended up hanging up on me. I give her 0 stars for being so rude to someone in a bad situation. It costs nothing to listen to another person and help them in anyway you can. I will never recommend planet fitness to anyone and unless I get a call back from your office I will continue to write reviews on just how bad of a customer service team you have.
