It is hard to explain all that I have gained from my sessions with Violeta. There have been challenges and Iβve been resistant, but she is encouraging me to connect with my body and embrace its dynamic movement and nature. There has been tears, laughter, curiosity, and a lot of intention. Come with an open mind and no expectations. She will challenge your status quo.

Violeta's coaching has helped me beyond my expectations!
Before I started working with Violeta, often my body hurt during daily tasks like washing dishes or sitting at my desk. I was also experiencing fatigue most days. I hoped that by working with her, I could feel less pain, have more energy at the end of the day and be more active on the weekends.
In the first three months, Violeta showed me how making little changes to how I move my body can help me be at ease throughout the day.
I'm really thankful for her help and how much better I'm feeling. I'm so happy with the results that I decided to keep working with Violeta for another three months to focus on strengthening. I recommend Violeta for people who are wanting to take the time to learn a gentler way to care for themselves.

Violeta leads her body movement exercises beautifully.
She is in tune with us on breathing, and her soft voice takes us from one set of movements to the next smoothly.
She guides us to focus on our body and adds mindfulness elements while we move.
The soothing music in the air and the gentle light behind the elegant bamboo shoji screen helps me to stay in the moment with my body and nothing else.
It is such a sensational and wonderful experience for me.

Violeta is very, very informed as to body movement and body mechanics. She is able to incorporate multiple techniques into her classes; yoga, dance and much, much more. Students/Clients do not need prior anything. As beneficial as her classes are, they do not require advanced skills of any kind. I've been taking classes from her for over 10 years and every one of them has been great.
