Great gym to get you swoll on! Owners and Coaches and very personal and challenge you to meet your goals. Workouts are scaled for all fitness levels. A great community atmosphere! Family friendly.

Great coaches & community. I was new to CrossFit when I joined and now I both love and appreciate it. I do one-on-one training, but this gym also offers group classes accepting all fitness levels. Highly recommended!

The coaches are amazing, the community is welcoming and I definitely feel stronger after just a few months of working out at Primordial. After two years of health issues, surgeries and treatment, getting active again felt daunting and I didn't know where to start and I definitely never saw myself as the CrossFit type (I'll admit I had some stereotypes in my mind). But it was made clear from my first day at Primordial that I should show up as I am and start where I'm at. I look forward to the good workout I know I'm going to get each time I show up and have learned some new movement skills. Come check out the fun, supportive, positive crew at Primordial!

The environment at this gym is so incredible. The coaches work hard to make fitness approachable for all levels. As someone with little to no experience working out, I was hesitant to join a gym, but knew I needed to improve my fitness for my health and wellbeing. Coach Chase took the time to understand my goals, limitations, and experience and has helped me develop a program that is approachable and helps me improve on a daily basis.

Tiffany is a very knowledgeable and motivating coach! I started doing personal training with her in order to get stronger. Prior to doing personal training with her I was able to successfully lose weight on my own however I also lost a lot of muscle mass and because I am getting older that started to concern me. Not only was Coach Tiffany willing to meet me at gym at 4:00am three days a week, with enthusiasm each morning mind you lol, she helped me exceed my strength goals. Not only did I get a lot stronger I also lost weight in the process.

I love working out at this gym when I am in town visiting my sister! Every member is friendly, supportive and they always makes me feel welcome. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating and inspiring! What I appreciate the most is the coaches help me scale workouts to my level. If they see a movement that needs improvement, they coach me to correct the movement and explain movement patterns in a way anyone can understand. I feel like Iβm always in good hands when I train here! I highly recommend checking out this gym!

I highly recommend Primordial Fitness. If you are looking for more then fitness, this is the place to go. You get the attention needed to reach your goals, nutrition, personal training, classes and a community. You just canβt get this with a normal gym. The coaches are incredible, so knowledgeable and they make working out fun!!! No Judgement , no competitive atmosphere, everyone is very supportive and friendly. Truly a wonderful place to be a part of.
