I have been a member off and on since opening day. Maybe 10 years now. You won’t find a nicer group of people anywhere and more importantly you won’t find better instructors within 100 miles. Literally there is not a better yoga studio than Rasa. Whether or not you go to the Ashland studio or the Medford studio you are in for a treat. Kind, knowledgeable and professional people greet you and make you feel at home. Even better than that is the teachers talent and kindness in teaching you at whatever level you come in at. Don’t hesitate to drop in you will be glad you did!!

Beautiful studio with many wonderful teachers! The hot yoga is especially delightful. I attended for about 6 weeks while in the Medford area and met some really great people, students and teachers alike!
