My husband and I have been working with Casie for about 2 years. Casie has exceeded our expectations. He puts together-workouts that we need most to strengthen the parts of our bodies that will help us remain in good health as we age. If you are looking to get into shape, to stay in shape, and learn how to build muscle, then this is the gym for you. Casie is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him.

Red Vision Fitness is unlike any gym you've tried before! Casey's approach to strength and fitness is unique, focused, and specifically catered to your needs and goals. You get noticeably stronger in a short amount of time, he changes things up on the fly, and somehow you're not super sore the next day. I'm really grateful for the opportunity to work with Casey - not only is he a great coach, but he's also a great human! Before joining Red Vision Fitness, I wasn't very consistent with working out and was starting to feel weak and low energy. I knew I needed more structure and accountability, that's why I chose Semi-Private Training with Casey. Personalized coaching is important to me to prevent injuries while still having the motivation of a small group setting. Since joining eight months ago, I've noticed huge improvements in my strength, energy, and overall health. Casey's workout plan is individualized to each client's needs, abilities, and goals. My goals/concerns are focused on building strength, proper form to prevent injuries, and overall confidence. I’ve been doing the semi-private sessions with Casey for about a month now and I’m already seeing great results. My strength has definitely improved, and I don’t get nearly as tired doing physical stuff in everyday life.
Casey is an awesome coach — super knowledgeable, patient, and makes sure you’re always using proper form. He really pays attention to the details that make a difference.
I’ve had a bunch of gym memberships over the years, but I usually felt lost or intimidated by all the equipment. Here, I actually know what I’m doing and feel confident every time I show up. I’d highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants real results and solid coaching.

What a cool spot! I’ve never been a big fan of traditional gyms because of the typical crowd that’s often associated with them. No inflated ego bros at Red Vision. I’ve been working with Casey since March of ‘24 and it’s been awesome! He spent the time to tailor a workout plan to my specific goals and fitness level but also won’t hesitate to push you outside your comfort zone. Feeling better about my strength and health every day! Highly recommend!

A client since late 2020, I have had a great experience with Casey and his gym. As a runner, he helps me rehab when I have muscles giving me trouble and has helped me bounce back from a broken clavicle in the last year. Knowledgable and motivating, he always has great insight into how to improve my workouts and pushes me to my goals. Steadily changing my life.
I've always led an active lifestyle, but I didn't take care myself for decades in a high-stress and mostly sedentary career.
Always felt at home in the outdoors (hunting, hiking, etc.), but a little adrift at gyms. I looked forward to improving my health, but realized I need guidance and a little accountability. I realized quickly that Red Fitness was a fit.
Onboarding began with an electronic full-body analysis to know from where I was starting, followed by multiple one-on-one sessions with nobody else in the gym. Casey taught me correct technique to get results, avoid injury and build a foundation. I learned how to fuel my strength training and recovery with key nutrition and other activities outside the gym as well. This onboarding gave me a foundation, got me acclimated and gave me confidence. What onboarding ISN'T is a bootcamp. Casey is a skilled coach and teacher. He's not there to press your buttons or tear you down. He listens and helps you see what you're capable of.
I do small group training now. Casey or another trainer still works with us individually, but there are no more than three of us in the gym. He still manages my entire workout and is right there, checking my technique, spotting and coaching me when I need instruction or encouragement.
Casey asked me the other day what changes I've noticed. I am two months in, and I am A LOT stronger! I was NEVER this strong when I was young and fit. My posture improved. Less chronic lower back/shoulder/neck pain. Heavy labor at home is easier. Sleep is improving, and I manage stress and anxiety better.
I have glutes after a 20-year absence. My legs, arms, chest and shoulders are physically larger. Losing fat is a goal, but my priority was strength. And that's happening.
Your goals may be similar—or not. You may be at a similar stage of life—or not. I don't think that matters here. If you're considering training and want knowledgeable guidance and positive encouragement, then you can't go wrong at Red Vision Fitness.

I just wrapped up a four week small group training here and I couldn’t recommend it enough!! It was so fun and educational all at the same time. Coach Casey did an amazing job at giving special attention and help to each of us in there which added such an amazing personal touch and being in the small group environment in general is so fun and everyone is so supportive of each other. I’ve been working out in some form since I was 15, and over the years, I've worked with various trainers and coaches who helped me reach my goals at the time. But after Covid hit, I transitioned to at-home workouts—rowing, walking, and VR exercises. While they kept me active, I wasn’t building any real strength.
As a lab mom, I started noticing I was struggling to lift my dog’s 32lb bag of food. I had a hard time with it—way more than I should have. That’s when it hit me: age was playing a role, and the lack of consistent strength training was catching up to me. I knew I needed to get back into the gym, but I wasn’t interested in a big-box gym. I needed personal attention and encouragement from a coach who understood my goals.
On top of that, I had been dealing with a nagging shoulder issue that was quickly progressing toward becoming a frozen shoulder. It was clear I needed help, so I scheduled a meeting with Casey—and I’m so glad I did!
Casey is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. From the very first session, he knew exactly how to work around my shoulder issue without compromising my ability to lift heavy again. Over the past two years, we’ve worked through injuries together, and thanks to Casey’s deep understanding of muscle function and how everything connects, we’ve been able to maintain and even increase strength while carefully protecting the problem areas.
What I appreciate most about Casey is his balance of empathy and motivation. He’s incredibly encouraging and understanding, but he also knows exactly how to push me beyond what I think I’m capable of, always in a supportive, positive way.
If you’re looking for a trainer who is not only knowledgeable but genuinely cares about your long-term health and progress, Casey is the one. Working with him has truly been a game-changer, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the progress we’ve made together.

Casey has created a pretty amazing program. You start out with the Onramp where he trains you 1-on-1 to ease you into the movements you’ll be doing in the group training workouts. It’s not something I’ve seen anywhere else and it is so helpful to ease into the group training, especially when you’re just starting out or just getting back into it.
I have really enjoyed going to team training workouts, it’s fast-paced but Casey will still take the time to provide you feedback and answer your questions Also, everyone else has been so nice and welcoming.
At first, I was hesitant to jump into a program like this it’s very little experience, but so glad I made the jump. Excited to see my progress!

I can't say enough good things about this gym and its incredible owner, Casey. The focus here isn't just on exercise—it's on form, strength, and flexibility, which is so important, especially as we get older. As someone over 50 with two knee replacements (thanks to years of beating myself up in sports), I can honestly say this gym has been life-changing.
I've been coming for over a year now, and it feels like family. Casey has an amazing ability to meet you exactly where you are, no matter your fitness level or challenges. This past year has been the most stressful of my life, and I truly don't think I would have made it through without this healthy outlet for managing stress and anxiety.

I have been going to RVF for almost 2 years now and cannot say enough good things about how RVF has changed my life. I’m a working stay at home dad,I’m 47, and I have low vision… all challenges I thought would make it impossible to train like I do today. RFV has made it possible for me to achieve goals I never thought I could. Over the last 3 years my vision loss has progressed and made my life more challenging than ever before, Coach Casey and his team make it possible for me to get amazing training and workouts 4-5 days a week that have substantially helped my strength, body composition, flexibility, and most of all my mental strength. Over the coarse of my life I’ve had 4 other trainers and not one of them can touch the amount of gains I’ve reached with RVF. At the age of 47 I have watched time reverse in every aspect of my well being. My partner and I both have been going to Casey for several months. I’ve done CrossFit and plenty of gym routines in the past but have never felt confident nor very knowledgeable in what I was doing. Casey has completely changed that! I've trained weekly with Casey for just over 3 years and have been very happy with both the process and results. He listens to your goals and plans a workout program designed to help you meet them. He pays very close attention to your form throughout the sessions and will have you make adjustments to make sure you're working the targeted muscles in a safe manner. His manner is supportive and encouraging, whether you have made gains that session or not, as he understands that the upward trend is what is important, not the specific results of each session. For a while my 80 year old mom was working out with him as well, and I was impressed by his ability to plan programs for her, while also planning programs for his young clients focused on muscle building. He is personable and fun to talk to, which makes even the hardest workout enjoyable. And as an added bonus, sometimes he will bring in Coach B, to give a little added motivation. Red Vision Fitness is a local, family run gym, dedicated to helping people improve their lives through improving their health, and they achieve that goal with any client who is truly dedicated to the work involved.

In February 2024 my husband started going to Red Vision small group classes with his friend. He would come home sweaty, feeling strong, confident and just an all around pep in his step. I saw a health shift in him that I’ve never seen before, and I remember thinking, “wow, this gym and Trainer Casey guy must be really great, I want to try that gym too!” 😁 Now about me; I’ve always been able to get myself to the gym, but I found myself starting to plateau in my fitness goals, I struggled to push myself physically and got somewhat bored with my workouts. I also just turned 40 this year and have been noticing some shifts in my body that wasn’t my favorite. So knowing that I needed to do something different with my physical fitness I decided to join my husband at Red Vision. BEST DECISION EVER. I feel stronger and fitter than I’ve felt in years. Not only has my physical health improved, but so has my mental health. Casey is patient, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. He has transformed my view of fitness and has made it simple, effective and fun. I love the small group class! Not only have I met the nicest and most encouraging people, but we have Casey leading the weight classes, which makes me feel like I have my own Personal trainer! The other thing I love, is that he understands how busy life can get, so Casey keeps the workouts at about an hour long, which helps this busy mom (me) get in, get that awesome workout in, and get out. This gym is amazing! Casey is very knowledgeable and works well with his clients. He will push you hard, but he understands physical limitations and doesn’t push you too hard. He knows a lot of great exercises to help with injuries and injury prevention. The group classes are a lot of fun, great to have some healthy competition with the other classmates. Definitely would recommend, it’s worth investing in your health!

I started with Coach Casey in February of 2020 at Boom Fitness just before Covid hit. We continued zoom workouts, then group classes at the park, then he opened his gym and I’ve been going 3 or 4 days a week since. I like the group classes for several reasons: It’s a good group of people, he has all the equipment we need (and more) to accomplish our fitness goals, the workouts are challenging, it works great with my schedule. It was important for me to work with a coach like Casey so that I could learn the proper technique of movements to get stronger and avoid injury. From the moment I stepped foot into this small, family-owned gym, I was greeted with warmth and a sense of belonging that's hard to find elsewhere. Casey has set A beautiful gym with all the equipment one would need to get in great shape. Casey’s commitment to your health and wellness is beyond the call of duty. I tore my Achilles two years ago and was worried about rehabilitation and getting my calf back. He researched and studied excersises to get meback to full strength. I got back at a much faster pace than doctors estimated. I will also say that my bench improved dramatically having better technique and utilizing his exercises to build up strength, both deadlifts and bench in a very quick period of time.

Started 1 on 1 personal training with Casey in 2020 when I was 190lbs. We evaluated my goals, weight, body fat and came up with a workout plan to lose fat & gained muscle. I went to go from 180 down to 155lbs in months by following a diet plan and training hard. Casey is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and muscle function. He is very patient with his clients and very encouraging to do one more rep. I am able to apply what I’ve learnt at my gym when I don’t train with Casey. Meal plans are always simple and if something needs to be adjusted, Casey is on it. The gym has great equipment that many commercial gyms do not have. Overall the gym is a hole in the wall and has a great sense of community. If you stop in for the classes (which you should), be ready to get a good workout in!!

I started training at red vision after two years of recovering from a prior injury and it was definitely the best choice I’ve made for my health and fitness.
Prior to joining, I had tried other centers and found myself frustrated with painful aggravation of my pre-existing injury.

I’ve known Casey for many years. We originally met when he was a trainer at a commercial gym. Once the pandemic hit he had to be quick on his feet to open his own space. He was fortunate to find a 2500 square feet warehouse space and hand picked his favorite equipment. Since then he has added many more pieces that have rounded out the space and can help you achieve the goal you have in mind. It’s not an easy task opening your own business especially during covid but he was patient and persistent. It’s a great space with tons of equipment and a non-threatening environment. He continues to cultivate his craft by expanding his knowledge in all areas including nutrition. Come check it out!

Environment - The class i took had 6 people show up. Everyone was nice and pleasant, showing no ego, just class when interacting. Head coach was motivating and also understanding of peoples own pace and knowledge.
Training - Pre class was a set of stretches and warm ups. Class was a circuit style with 6 different movements focused on upper body followed by a burn out which everyone participated in. Pace was great but not intense if you need a rest. You do your best for your timed portion.
Knowledge - Head coach was knowledgeable about movements, correcting my form as needed and of others as well. Was excellent at making sure form was correct for everyone.
Facilitates - The gym is located in a storage site with a wide open garage door that allowed for fresh air to pass through staving off any bad gym smell. All equipment had weights unracked, which assumes a culture of cleaning up after yourself which is better than many public gyms (24, la fitness).
Final thoughts - Overall I would recommend this gym for anyone of any skill level. The overall atmosphere and people make it inviting and fun.

I am 80 years old and since I have never spent time at a gym before I was a little apprehensive about working with a trainer, but Casey made me feel quite comfortable and right at home from the very first session. I like that there was a variety of exercises he had me do and that he works hard to think of adaptations that would work with me since I’m a bit older than the average client. The facility is always clean and orderly with minimal safety hazards. The workouts challenged my abilities and I accomplished far mare than I had thought was possible. Casey is an excellent trainer, paying attention to every detail of the movement for safety and effectiveness. He is encouraging and supportive. He is also incredibly patient and understanding, willing to show a movement over and over so I could get it right. He is extremely professional both as a business owner and as trainer.

I worked with Casey in 1-on-1 training and nutrition. In the span of 1 year we did a complete body recomposition where I dropped fat and built more muscle than I ever had before. I've been going to group fitness classes with some 1-on-1 training with Casey since 2020 when he worked at another gym and continued working with him as he's grown his solo business. He makes working out interesting and scaleable so it's never too easy and as difficult as you want or can handle. If you want to progress he shows you how. I'm almost 38 and still playing competitive wood bat baseball. I wouldn't have the strength and recovery capabilities I do without Casey's help.
