I’ve definitely gotten stronger over this past year. It’s amazing how efficient and effective the sessions are- I leave feeling accomplished every time. The workouts push me, and I can really see and feel the results in my strength and endurance. Highly recommend!!

I have been training with these folks over twenty years. I can’t say enough about the owner, his knowledge base (I’m a medical professional myself), the trainers and this high intensity training program. This program is for all ages of adults and results are noticeable after six weeks. Prices are very reasonable. What I enjoy most (besides being done with a grueling workout) is the increased stamina I enjoy with any activity I choose and improved health at 72.

At 65 years old I found myself unable to pull my weight sailboat racing in San Francisco - a consequence of simple age related weakening, I believed. Then I moved to Portland for about 9 months and a friend told me there was a way to turn that weakness around and referred me to ReInvent. For some 9 months I was a client and the results were absolutely fantastic. My strength greatly improved as well as my well being! Come summer I was racing again and problem solved. I was on par with the 40 year-olds. The program is methodical - started slow, but ramped up faster than I realized and really surprised myself. I was exceeding my strength from college days. The team there are great people and are spot on with the science behind their approach. I know this because several in my family are well read on the matter and cautioned me against a fad-type program. ReInvent uses time tested, scientifically proven training methods. I trained 2 times a week with them, and I wish I was in Portland still on a 1 time a week maintenance schedule. I recommend for anyone who has a desire to feel stronger, more confident, and mentally aligned with their body.

I began training with Luke 16 years ago using the Super Slow Body Training Method. Luke is an exceptional trainer. He keeps me strong & focused. He is an expert in his field. He is extremely well versed in the mechanical workings of the body. (Luke has also trained using the Super Slow Method for decades.) I am blessed to have found Luke to keep me powerful & healthy. The entire staff of trainers/educators at Reinvent are the best at what they do….keeping their clients strong, healthy & safe. There is a sense of family at Reinvent. Thank you Luke & Staff. It's a requirement that you have to be over the age of 75 to be a member for training. It's extremely basic workout using very light weights with machines only - no free weights, ect.... You only workout once a week for 15 minutes so it's set up for the elderly only. I noticed it's over priced at $500 dollars a month. The crime in the area is of great concern. A member was stabbed by a homeless person near the front door. I would go some where else for a real workout.
