ReNA is bar none, hands down, the most effective whole body training I have ever found. I’ve tried it all over the years; spin classes, treadmills and stairclimbers for hours a week, boxing, competitive crew, endless gym cardio, running groups, cutting carbs, meal planning, personal trainers, fat burners, you name it.

ReNA has changed my life and my entire my approach to fitness. It’s transformed my physique where nothing before ever did. It kept me sane through pregnancy - and helped me recover after my twins were born! Kiddos are welcome! No equipment required. Just your own body weight (which melts away thanks to ReNA)

Jon Joseph is a masterful, deeply caring, and incredibly inspiring coach. ReNA is based on the Tabata protocols but Jon has built an entire program that allows ALL AGES, ALL FITNESS LEVELS to walk in the doors and become stronger in mind and body.

Do something your future self will thank you for. Movement is medicine.

I've been at ReNA since it was called, "Tabata." This is the greatest 30 minutes you can do for yourself. ReNA is for all ages, all fitness levels, shapes and sizes. You can take it to your limit or moderate if you have limitations. Just come through the doors! Be sure to arrive 30 minutes before your first time for orientation. The hours have changed; 5:30, 7, 9:30 am. 4:30 and 5:30 pm. See you soon! ;)

I am very grateful for John! If you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, correct any muscular imbalances, get stronger and faster, this is the place to be. 35 min every other day and you will notice a major difference! This is very complimentary to any other activity you incorporate such as marathons, tennis, boxing or yoga. ReNa is a local pillar!

This is an absolutely terrific community-based gym with very smart exercises that work the whole body using body resistance only. The result is a very challenging cardio work out that strengthens the body with minimum chance of injury. Jon is encouraging, kind, and exemplary person.
