About the Club

Resilient Pilates is a female owned and run studio serving movers and shakers of all kinds! Our aim is to provide students with a safe, calm and restorative movement experience. Kira Davis is a certified MELT Method (self-massage) instructor who also holds her Pilates certification along with a Physical Therapy Asistant license. She takes a holistically minded approach to movement and meets you where you are at to work towards your personal training and/or rehabilitation goals. Kira finds it essential to keep on moving in her own life and is honored to work with you! Specialties include: TMJ, pelvic floor, hyper-mobility, core, pre/post surgery rehab, low back pain, injury prevention, conditioning, functional balance and plantar fasciitis.

Kira is the best! Super knowledgeable and patient. I hurt my back and was having terrible static pain in my leg. She was able to help me on my journey to being pain-free and gave me a lot of confidence and hope. I feel great now! Definitely check her out if you need help getting in shape or have trouble healing an injury related problem.

I’ve been working with Kira for many years now, and she is one of the best pilates instructors and movement coaches that I’ve ever worked with. She uses a person-centered approach to make sure you’re comfortable in the space and getting what you need from your time together, and her depth of knowledge about the body and pilates as a practice enables her to offer challenges, modifications, and sequences to address your needs, no matter your starting point. 10/10 would recommend!
