*Highly* recommend! I joined an afternoon class and was so welcomed by Nikki, the teacher. She was super informative and then led a beautiful class. The space is clean and gorgeous, would definitely come back next time I’m in town. 10/10 experience!

There is a huge variety of classes and their space is so lovely to practice in, always clean and has everything you could need. So grateful for the ways they are involved with the local community and give back too!

It’s been a couple years since I did an in person yoga class and I forgot how wonderful that experience is. The instructor and classes were very welcoming and I cannot believe how beautiful the studio looks.

I cannot wait to go back!

They do also provide a catalog of previously recorded classes as well as live virtual session. But the in person version is where it’s at (in my opinion)

Your 9:30am offerings for my schedule perfectly. I drive up from Corvallis and squeeze your class in between gigs. Today all my gigs canceled and yet I knew your class would be worth the drive up. Thank you Chantal and Resonance Yoga for the beautiful calming space, and the hand on hands off cards. I aspire to one day turn it over, but touch still scares me too much, as I practice with my eyes closed. Your respect if that is so appreciated.

Wonderful and knowledgeable yoga instructors that are truly dedicated to building community through their practice. Resonance Yoga Studio does an amazing job with their hybrid virtual or in-person classes. I appreciated the "Hands On/Off" cards so you can let an instructor know if you're open to adjustments or not.

Is a 6 star review allowed? Because Resonance is worth bonus stars! Mikki and Chantal are both gifted yoga instructors on top of being delightful human beings. They've forged a wonderful community on the virtual platform--I don't think I would have gotten back into my yoga practice without it, and there's nothing like rolling out of bed in the morning and onto the mat without having to get to the gym. As they've built this studio and invited us back for in-person classes, it's clear the intention, care, and attention to detail they've brought to this space. It's beautiful, full of heart, community, and commitment to the practice. They're simply amazing. And here's my personal testimony: Working with Resonance these last months, I've become more flexible, stronger (my posture has never been better!), and gotten to grow in my humanity for knowing these wonderful people. It's truly a collective and a gift to this community.

Chantal and Mikki are two of the kindest and most knowledgeable yoga instructors around. They have both been an integral part of the local Yoga community and the space they have put together here in Downtown Salem is fantastic. They have in person and online classes several times a day throughout the week with different intensity levels to suit anyone’s wishes.

This yoga studio is a dream come true!! Salem's two best yoga teachers located in the heart of downtown? Yes please. I love the high ceilings and beautiful decor in the space. I love the morning, noon, and evening class time options. I love the high quality props they supply for their classes. And mostly importantly, I love Mikki and Chantal's classes. I highly recommend you check out this studio!

So incredibly grateful for a safe place to practice and beautiful humans to practice with! Chantal and Mikki always make me feel comfortable and cared for and I love that they reinforce that all bodies are different and your practice is whatever you need it to be for that day. They offer several classes, online and in studio, at various times throughout the day, and all different levels to meet you whether you are a beginner or seasoned yogi. I also love that they offer compassionate pricing so anyone can practice no matter their financial status. Best place to practice yoga in Salem!!!
