Rick is a cool guy! Price is very reasonable! Gym is pretty nice and clean when people do their part and put away equipment. Has good machinery too. Do wish they had filtered water to refill a water bottle, the fountain water tastes weird. But overall a nice gym!

This gym is the best. Rick’s Kajukenbo is a good learning Self Defense in Karate and learning some good moves. Cardio helped me lose weight from cutting out sugars, junk food and sodas.

Combination gym and dojo for Kajukenbo. Fairly clean and a variety of equipment to use. They usually have classes Tuesday through Thursday for Kajunkenbo.
