The best way to describe the benefits of working with Rod for 10 weeks is to call it a new lease on life. At 75 I was obese, struggling to keep my balance or walk for more than a short distance, and I lacked motivation to improve.
Now I’m a much ‘younger’, healthier, and happier 76 year old.
I’m 10 pounds lighter, able to walk away from sweets and chips. I can climb stairs without pain and even run short distances.
Rod helped me to set and achieve appropriate goals which I had thought beyond my capabilities. He is a joy to work with, always punctual and professional. The greatest surprise is the change of attitude I’ve experienced since working with Rod. I’m happier and more hopeful about my future.

I had an incredible experience this past month working with my personal trainer, Rod Stanley! From day one, he truly understood my fitness goals and crafted a personalized plan that perfectly fit my needs. I’m retired and needed a fitness plan and didn’t know where to start. I had a few injuries due to the incorrect way I walk which affected my IT band. I also felt very motivated and supported every step of the way. During our training time, I had access to an app that he created that tracks my every day workouts. I also had a nutrition plan and knew exactly how many carbs, how much fat and protein to consume each day. I also enjoyed learning the correct ways to lift weights, how much weight to lift and learning corrective exercises. The sessions were always challenging yet enjoyable, and my trainer’s positive energy made the entire experience so rewarding. Today we had a check in for my weight and BMI and I’m very excited to see in such a short period of time I did lose 4 pounds and even more importantly, I gained one pure pound of muscle 💪🏻. I highly recommend Rod to anyone looking for real results and a great training experience!

I have been doing my weight training with Rod for few months now and have had a great experience so far! I'm one of those people who are afraid of getting hurt during weight training due to lack of experience and am also gym averse, but Rod has been a great guide and has kept me motivated to keep showing up for myself. He is also a great listener, takes feedbacks and is always checking-in to make sure I have the support I need. I've worked with other trainers in the past but working with Rod has by far been the best personal trainer experience. I remember initially thinking I just needed a little push and then I could probably do this on my own. But after the first week I realized the training Rod provided was exactly what I’ve needed for years to build muscle and lose weight that I immediately changed my contract to a full year and never regretted it. I wasn’t successful on my own in the past but with Rod’s help I’m seeing results and I’m better positioned to reach my fitness goals than I have been in years.

I’ve had a great experience! I’ve gotten personal training and become a much better athlete. Rod is experienced and an expert on training, and knows what’s best for every athlete. In addition, he’s patient and kind, and brings nothing but positivity. In addition to being an expert on training, he’s very knowledgeable on diets and what’s right for every athlete. Rod is highly motivated to see a difference in his clients’ lives. Previously trained as a body builder, Rod goes the extra mile to find ways to help individuals not just get fit, but to gain confidence in their daily life.
