This is the most warm and welcoming yoga studio I have ever been to! Neha is so knowledgeable beyond just yoga and I really enjoy learning about her culture as well as yoga philosophy. Her classes are gentle and strengthening at the same time and always at the perfect pace! I also highly recommend the early bird yoga with Leslie, she’s really worth waking up for! It’s a really unique experience. The special events are AMAZING.

Amazing addition to downtown Tigard! Samsara is such a welcoming space with a variety of offerings. More than just a yoga studio, Samsara is a growing hub for community. I especially love ending the day with Yin Yoga or the guided meditation.

I went to one class and signed up for a membership before I even got out of the studio. Samsara is exactly what Tigard needs: a place to grow and stretch as a person and with your local community. The classes are engaging and challenging while still providing a sense of mental peace through high and low energy moments. I’m so looking forward to watching this studio grow 🌼

Neha is wonderful! I was a "Yoga Newb" .. She takes the time to help moderate poses that may be too difficult, and yet her classes are challenging as well. She has such a sweet and calming personality! Try Samsara Yoga! You will love it!

Samsara Yoga volunteered to provide Yoga at the Portland Holi Free For All Color Festival to welcome spring we hosted at the Pioneer Courthouse Square. Afterwards, we sent out a review that hundreds of participants responded to, and 100% of them reported Yoga taught by Neha as one of the most memorable positive experience from the festival. It was truly magical.

Tigard, Oregon has now a spot that will be its best kept secret until it won’t be a secret anymore!
