Love this community studio where there are movement classes for everyone! Mats and props are provided, if needed. Teachers are knowledgeable and approachable. Fantastic for locals or out of town folks looking for an inclusive place to practice. I've attended classes and special events in this beautiful space and always leave rejuvenated. This is a true gem in Nehalem!

Couldn’t recommend Sea Dream more. April is a warm, welcoming, encouraging and intuitive yoga teacher. She led a private yoga class for my bridal party the morning of my wedding that set such a magical, grounded tone for the day. Highly recommend incorporating a yoga class with April into your wedding weekend plans!

Sea Dreams Studio has an aesthetic quality that is welcoming and pleasant to be in as soon as you enter. I have taken amazing sound bowl and yoga classes there. All the classes were wonderful. I cannot wait for my next visit to the coast to take more classes. I enjoy a tea and bite to eat by the river after. It is always a day of restorative healing for me when I go there.

We are SO lucky to have Sea Dream on the Northern Oregon Coast. If you’re local, get to know the regular schedule of classes and inspiring special workshops. If you’re planning to visit, make sure to fit a class into your itinerary. I also highly recommend working with April for a private workshop. My friends and I came together for a weekend to celebrate our 40th birthdays, and we loved the special yoga / sound bath / aromatherapy experience April planned for us.

Best yoga studio on the coast! Located in downtown Nehalem right on the riverfront, this cozy studio has a wide array of movement and healing arts classes, and wonderful teachers. They offer yoga, pilates, dance, sound bath, breath work, and more. They also offer private events, bodywork, and workshops. I always feel better after visiting Sea Dream.

My absolute favorite yoga studio on the Oregon Coast! This cute yoga studio in downtown Nehalem is perfect for around 10 people to attend each class. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and the instructors are able to accommodate their classes for all levels from beginners to advanced yogis. There are a variety of offerings including pilates, breathwork, movement workshops, healing arts and several different yoga classes. I regularly attend classes here and am so excited that there is a yoga studio near Manzanita with regular classes being offered throughout the week. I recently became YTT certified a few months ago and am now offering Vinyasa yoga in Nehalem at Sea Dream on Saturdays! Not only am I thrilled with my experience taking classes here at Sea Dream, I'm excited to be a part of the community teaching yoga on the Oregon Coast now as well! Thanks Sea Dream!

This is a wonderful little shop with a great collection of unique jewelry, oils, books, and small plants for purchase. I loved the shop so much it made me want to buy something just to support them! I'd highly recommend stopping in if you find yourself passing time in Nehalem.

Such a cute shop! Highly recommend this special, locally-owned gem. Friendly and warm atmosphere. I found some wonderful soap, sourced from Orcas Island, and beautiful candles poured by the owner. Treasures in every corner. Can't wait to go back!
