Our kids gave us one month of personal training as a gift. Simon came over to our house starting in June 2023 twice a week to work with us and motivate us to get into an exercise habit since both my wife and I had not done much since COVID. Simon worked with us for 6 months so far. I am happy to say we both feel great and are in better health and fitness. Simon is very professional and helpful as a personal trainer. He always asks us if there are aches and pains or issues he should be aware of before we start a workout and adapts the session so we don't over exert ourselves. We now have a personal gym area set up in our garage and try our best to stay on a workout schedule even though we are busy with grandkids, pet sitting, and travel.

I was so sad when I moved out of the area. Training with Simon is excellent. His exercise plans and thoughtfulness when working with all ranges of abilities make it easy to get started no matter where you are at. When I was transitioning out of physical therapy to strengthening Simon made a plan that my therapist strongly approved of. Thankfully, he has workout plans available no matter where you are.

I've known Simon for a long time, so it was easy to trust him as a trainer. The workouts that he designed for me were incredibly customized to my own requests and needs (glutes and hammies first, arms and back next), and shared in a way that I could look back at the instructions whenever I needed, including videos. I've already seen progress and feel stronger, so I can't wait to keep going.

Simon is an incredible trainer on so many levels. He is super fun to be around and has a great balance of focus and pushing me past where I think I can go and joking with me and letting me whine. He is kind and patient and knows just how to trick me in a good way! He always has his eye on safety and form and is super knowledgeable about modifications for injuries. He has never made me feel like I can't do something because of where my body is at.
Simon is truly motivating, intuitive, and understanding when a particular session might not be the best day to push.
10 outta 10 would recommend whatever your goals are!

Simon is a phenomenal trainer! I was referred by a friend, and can’t speak highly enough. He’s very knowledgeable with posture and balance assessment, which helps me feel safe when using weights. He knows how to listen to target goals, provides modifications if needed, and takes injury history seriously. He keeps workouts fun, and I always leave feeling empowered :)

I trained with Simon for about a year and a half and had a great experience. Came into it wanting to learn proper techniques and weight training after years of imbalances/injury and because of him I feel confident in the gym for the first time! He's helped me move through a lot of injury and correct my form all around. Navigating weights can be scary and intimidating but he made the experience fun, safe, and super informational. He makes the effort to get to know his clients well and bring in new things to really tailor the program to your background and needs. All the lifts that used to hurt, scared me or hated have become my favorites and he got me to really enjoy things which builds a lot of confidence. He's always been very flexible to schedules, easy to work with, and overall has his clients backs. Definitely recommend!

I am 64 years old. I have been working with Simon since August 2021. Prior to covid I was exercising daily; running, using weights, etc. I started working with Simon to get my pre-pandemic body back. While working with Simon, I was diagnosed with knee and hip arthritis. Simon immediately adjusted my workout so that I could continue to build muscle and core strength without fear of injuring my knee or hip. Simon provides a very safe, sensible but challenging workout. Thanks to Simon, my knee and hip are pain free and I'm feeling and looking like my old self.

Simon is an awesome trainer whom I highly recommend! When I train with him, I can tell he's put a lot of thought into creating a workout aimed to get me closer to my goals. He's very knowledgeable, but also can break down concepts for ease of understanding. He really emphasizes healthy form for exercises, which I appreciate as someone who isn't always the most kinesthetically aware. While working with Simon, I've grown to love some exercises which had previously intimidated me!

I came to Simon for knee rehab and weight loss. I dislocated my knee a few years back and it has never fully recovered. He showed me exercises that has improved it drastically. He is very knowledgeable. He also makes working out fun! Highly recommend him if you want to make fitness a lifestyle.
