Just an amazing amazing gym. And the owner Dennis is just a prince of a person. He really cares about his members and puts his heart and soul in creating a great experience for his members. All the equipment is maintained very well. And they have plenty of weight machines free weight, and great state of the art cardio equipment. And the lady’s who work the front are so very helpful and nice. This is by far staying my home gym.

I just switched over to snap fitness from planet fitneis, primarily because snap fitness is offering 24-7 club access which is vital for me in my career and my health goals! The club manager Jonathan was outstanding and helping me set up a new membership very quickly I absolutely recommend this place!!

Jonathon is definitely one of the best workers I’ve met in a very long time. Made the sign up process super simple and easy, didn’t BS Me into anything I needed. He understood what I wanted, and provided it. I’m amazed, not too many like Jonathon anymore.

Jonathon (manager) was very helpful and kind. My wife and I were in town for a couple days and he was very helpful. The gym is small but had everything we needed. Smith machine, barbells, squat rack, dumbbells, strength machines, and an assortment of cardio (treadmill, bike, stair climber). Very clean gym a d not crowded at all. Will definetley return when I'm back in town.

The manager, Johnathan was absolutely spectacular. Came to drop in for a few days from Texas, and he was nothing short of hospitable. He also keeps the gym very clean and very professional. Good vibes for sure!

The manager Johnathon is awesome. I was only in McMinnville for a little over a month for an internship and Jonathan took the time to discuss all of my membership options with me and helped me to pick the best one for my needs.

The gym itself is great. It was recently renovated so all of the equipment is pretty much brand new. Has pretty much everything you'd need to get a good workout in (cardio, free weights, machines, etc.)

If you're looking for a new gym in the area, I'd highly recommend giving Johnathon a call and seeing what he can do for you.

Have not even worked out yet but the service we got was amazing! If you need to get a gym membership, this is the place to go. Jonathan helped us and is a 10/10! Incredible customer service and made getting a gym membership so much less intimidating. Go in between 8-4 and ask for Jonathan, you will not be disappointed! This is a great, small gym. They don’t have a ton of equipment, but I really enjoyed their fitness room. You can choose workout videos to watch and workout along with. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Great facility with a wide selection of machines for any workout you could want and a nice dumbbell rack that goes from 5lbs all the way to 100lbs. The staff also provided great service as well, Johnathan was very helpful and defiantly made me want to come back. Overall great gym for anyone in the McMinnville area. 5/5

This is honestly a really nice gym with amazing staff. Everyone who goes here is incredibly friendly and I kinda feel at home(never felt that 100% at a gym before). Plus, everyone motivates each other and brings each other up, most comfortable gym I’ve ever worked out at. Thank you so much guys!

The young lady who works there was very rude and unprofessional when asked if she could move her vehicle one spot over as I was waiting to have someone come and jump my battery. She only laughed and said" I have to go to work "as she boxed my vehicle in.

Amazing gym heavy enough weights, not super crowded, and friendly to the point staff. A lot of the negative reviewers if you read these who recommend planet I can tell aren't lifters, and if you don't like lifting and want ONLY cardio machines this gym may not be for you.

gym generally declined over time. BE WARNED - THERE IS A $35 ANNUAL FEE IN ADDITION TO YOUR $39.95 MEMBERSHIP FEE for "enhancements". I never felt things were enhanced, as a matter of fact THEY CANCELLED TOWEL SERVICE WITH NO COMPENSATION OR DISCOUNT. So, their "annual enhancement" was to DEGRADE SERVICES. Very poor communication overall. Just another service that drains from your bank account as much as possible.

This location will charge you a 39 dollar fee every six months, even AFTER you cancel your membership, this companies 800 number is no help, and the owner refuses to return calls to deal with the issues. gym equipment is good, being cheated is not okay

When I walked through the door I was not greeted right away. I saw two staff members talking and laughing about something. I had to wait a good 6 minutes before one of them came over to me. I asked about membership and was given a verbal rundown about Snap Fitness, half of it I didn't even remember. I looked around the place and from what I could see Snap Fitness didn't have half of what Planet Fitness has to offer. The girl and the guy started talking again this time I heard what they were talking about and it wasn't work. I just decided that if they didn't want to make a might be customer feel comfortable and wanted then I wasn't sticking around. So I turned around and left. If your looking for good customer service don't go to Snap Fitness!

Gym is always clean, especially impressive considering the facilities are open 24 hours. Great equipment variety. Best treadmills in town (seriously you won't want to run on anything other than a woodway once you try it). Staff is helpful! PT is available as well

Being a senior citizen and in need of an exercise program that would meet my needs and not make me feel ashamed of my overweight situation, I was pleasantly greeted and accepted as a new member, as well as given a recommendation and overview of the equipment that I would be using. The equipment and facility have always been clean and appear to be well maintained. The atmosphere is very pleasant, as are other members.
