I pay for a subscription through Wellhub that they say this gym is on but when I called the location to get a access code card to use this gym the told me they weren’t accepting that membership and tried to upsell me to join their gym overall just not a good experience

I only visit for short periods of time since my family lives in the area. After researching the different gyms available in the area, Snap was the best in responding and offerings. The week "trial" option allowed me to use the gym when I wanted for a cost-effective price. The equipment options are excellent and there were enough machines even when it was somewhat busy. I'll definitely use them again on my next visit!!

Honestly, I don’t think this place is worth the price. I regret signing a one year contract. The icing on the cake was when I asked about bringing my teenage son with me to workout, they stood strong by having me pay an additional $30 a month…

Unfortunately, I’d rather go against my morals and just pay for a big box gym membership at planet fitness where I can bring my son with me for free

Best Gym In OC!

The staff are friendly, the gym is always spotless, and the equipment is top-notch. The members are great, and it's open 24/7 (truly 24 hours, unlike "24 Hour Fitness"). This gym is far better than Planet Fitness, if you can even call that place a gym.

The blonde that has no customer services skills, is only one fraction of the downhill slope this location is on. I'm not shocked to see so little people there. 😬 If you're gonna hire teenagers, they should go through a customer service course or atleast pass a common sense test.

I’ve been with Snap for years and have gone to most all of them in Oregon and the Oregon City is nothing short of amazing. The owner Kim is so involved in the gym, I’m sure it helps she has a fitness background. She has the ebbs and flows of the gym nothing but perfect. And the trainer Amber is so knowledgeable in regards to all facets of fitness and diet regimens and is so approachable . And this whole environment is so supportive of all its members goals. I recommend this gym to everyone Beginners, intermediate, and novice builders. Everyone has a place here and it’s just simply like being at home when you’re here. Thanks Kim for the great care and attention. Beyond appreciated.

Edit 12/12/2023 Since New owner Kim has taken over this has become a favorite again. Very well maintained, lots of upgrades and excellent staff.

What a disappointment! I typically go to other snap gyms but this one was convenient for me today so I went. So dirty inside, dust balls everywhere. Treadmill are not exactly maintained. The first two I got on were making bad noises. The third and fourth the belts were slipping at moderate speeds. Definitely needs some attention over all. Bathrooms are not exactly clean either. Makes me sad, this used to be my home gym and was well maintained back then.

Update as of 12/30/22. So much better. Not all dirty and run down. Much nicer experience. Great job new owners.

Joining SnapFitness and signing up for one on one training is one of the best things I’ve done in 2023. Amber, my trainer, has helped me achieve my goals so far and I love our sessions. She makes it fun and enjoyable to train and is very motivating and encouraging! Amber is knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and is always open to me asking questions. I always look forward to our workout sessions.

Don’t go to this gym, It is destined to shut down. Every 3-6 months theres a new owner. All the equipment shifts around, staffed hours change. There’s no showers or locker rooms, membership is overpriced 50$ every month for 1 person, there is a planet fitness not to far away for 10$ a month. Staff is rude.

0/10 waste of money, any other gym is better than this one

I absolutely appreciate this gym so much! I am on a health journey, and Snap has really given me the sanctuary to bring this journey to fruition. Since April I am down 32 lbs, down 3 BMI, and my bone mass, and muscle mass has increased. This is a perfect place for one on a journey in rediscovering themselves and what they're capable of!

Great gym and service. I was traveling through town and arrived towards the end of the gym’s staffed hours. Amber was more than accommodating in helping me set up a day pass so I could work out. The facility was clean and well stocked. Would recommend.

Outstanding experiences for me. Oregon City Snap has a new Owner (Mary) and she is pleasant and helpful. The gym has LOTS of things to do and is clean and well organized. New Fitness Trainer Amber has helped me design a Fitness/Exercise Program and has taught me all about many exercises, including stretching, warmups, calisthenics, weight training machines, kettle bells, dumbbells, barbells, and much more. Amber is a Certified Trainer and really knows her stuff! I recommend anyone to join, including beginners (like me), seniors, or more experienced individuals.

This place started okay and then it was recently sold. I asked to have a membership freeze due to covid and they just kept charging every month. No one will pick up the phone or respond to emails. Whomever is running this place now is obviously a crooked individual who doesn’t give a care in the world about their customers. Resorted to canceling charges via the credit card company today.
