I absolutely love working out at Snap fitness. They have just the perfect amount of great quality nautilus equipment, weights, and exercise machines. They also have a wonderful schedule of different exercises classes from senior fitness, to yoga, and even Pilates. They have a great team of people who work there. They are always so friendly and helpful. The place is nice and clean, and It’s a great place to be.

I have now been attending SNAP Fitness in Scappoose OR. for over 5 years. I have grown even more fond of it as time has progressed. They have added equipment during that time, added an entire additional wing/room, and the people have become even nicer, if that is possible. I love going, and I miss it like home when I am away.
I also visited the Lincoln City SNAP when my wife and I were vacationing there and it was every bit as wonderful. I whole heartedly recommend SNAP Fitness Scappoose!

I was a member for a while, a few months. It was a great little 24 hour gym, tucked away in the quiet suburbs of a friendly small town. Friendly people/regulars, great equipment layout, and a nice cardio array.
PERFECT for ex-boxers/martial artists getting back into the fold.

But the best thing? Genuine management.

I was an idiot, and didn't properly cancel my membership after moving to a new house. A few months later, these guys contact me, requesting last few months of pay that they never recieved.
After much confusion on both of our ends, they cut me a break and let me go. Very understanding, genuine people, and I appreciate their integrity.

* Update: it’s been 2 months now and still no change.
The staff are very nice and helpful but this place really needs a good cleaning and maintenance. The shower hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long, the water fountain has black residue buildup and the equipment lots of cracking and peeling (on the benches mostly) and has exposed electrical in the shower room. Please do something about this.

First of all there is tons of available parking close to the entrance. Well secured facility and friendly staff to greet you and assist in any way. Shower and changing rooms are available and everything is kept spotless. Exercise equipment just recently upgraded and the spacing is great.

Snap is the best gym I have ever been to. I use to be a fitness competitor, so I’ve been to many gyms. Snap has everything you need for a complete workout, it’s clean, very comfortable for beginners, as just as good for professionals. It’s very quiet, not a whole bunch of people at one time. Not too crowded, social distancing is super easy, nice clean facility. Studio is open outside of class hours, which is nice for dancers and people that do yoga. Lots of different weight machines along with free weights and benches, open 24hrs. No lockers, one changing room with the shower inside. Friendly staff and they offer My Zone training. Overall I like the place :)

Snap Fitness has been my favorite for years. This site is convenient, clean, provides a nice assortment of equipment and courteous, professional management.

I Always love walking in to a gym. This one with membership gives 24hr access nice and clean. They are also adding to what they have right now! So that means more room and equipment. Great customers serivce. Never been so crowded that your fighting for an area. Definatly recommend.

I signed up with a Groupon for a month and was told I had to pay an extra $20.00 dollars for an access key card that was refundable after the month.

Anyways, 2 months later and I still have never received the $20.00 dollars back. I also emailed the gym and about never getting the refundable deposit back and never got a reply. Its not really the 20.00 dollars as much as the principle of saying Ill get it back, never refunding me, and never replying back that's frustrating. So I figure that warrants a negative review. 3

DO NOT GO TO SNAP FITNESS! My boyfriend cancelled his membership years ago, we even have an email of confirmation showing that it is inactive and they continue to charge our card. We've left messages for Corporate as well as this specific location and no one will return our phone call. Absolutely terrible customer service and they will continue to charge your account and take away money and because you have to put it on a debit card, you can't do anything about the charges, they have to reimburse you. Absolutely ridiculous.

The Manager Mr. Dyer seemed to only care about himself and how much money he could make rather than helping the customer. The price is very high compared to other gyms, the gym is very small, and it's also very dark.
