Rooted in mindfulness and heart-centered movement, our classes invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your true essence. Yoga is more than movement; it’s a journey inward toward stillness, awareness, and soulful expansion. Through community, compassion, and conscious connection, we rise and remember our wholeness. To say I am grateful to have found Soul Stretch Yoga feels like an understatement, as this beautiful studio and community has enriched my life so much more than I could have asked for!
From the amazing owner, Amanda, to every teacher I've had the pleasure of taking classes with, I always feel welcomed, supported, empowered and deeply inspired. I love the variety of classes/times offered, along with full moon Reiki/tea events, weekly sound baths and monthly community gatherings; all of which give me the opportunity to come back to my center, my peace, my strength, and connect with other beautiful people on their journey.
I have been practicing yoga for less than a year, and was always so intimidated to show up at a studio; but Soul Stretch Yoga is a place that meets you on your mat exactly as you are. You will find support, empowerment and inspiration within this community. I highly recommend checking them out!

I started yoga classes at Soul Stretch nine months ago. It has been a great experience. Amanda works hard at her business and it comes through in every class at the studio. All of the instructors are so helpful and kind to beginners! You are never intimidated and their passion for yoga makes a person want to continue practicing and growing! It was a good day in my life when I chose Soul Stretch!

I just moved out of Portland and was looking for a good studio south of town. The right type of vibe , atmosphere and people are hard to find out in my area. So I’m stoked to have found soul stretch and my practice there has really influenced my positive energy. AND - the owners are fabulous✨ Highly recommend.

I took the yin yoga class and it was the perfect class to start a slow paced, calm, and grounded day. The studio is very cute and welcoming! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, next door to an equally as cute coffee shop. Amazing experience and looking forward to more classes!

Friday night candlelight yin classes with Jenn have been the highlight of my week. Such a nourishing way to reset, let all the stress of the week melt away and start the weekend on a much lighter note. Jen is such a wonderful teacher and always offers modifications for poses- I currently have an injury and it’s been so helpful to know how to adapt and make my practice much more safer and prevent further injury. I’ve been looking for a new studio for a while and I’m so happy to have found soul stretch.

we did a yin yoga with Jen and it was a 10/10 experience! she was so fun to be around and made me so comfortable from the get go. the whole hour was extremely relaxing but the part that stood out to me the was stretch the the two blocks in shape of a “T” behind your back. if you struggle with carrying stress in your back.. this is THE class!! I feel so relieved and lightweight after that. it relieved my back in a way no massage has ever done! will def be recommending this studio and will be back!!

This is an inclusive small yoga studio. Friendly for beginners and bodies of all shapes, sizes, and ages. The instructors are knowledgeable and offer adjustments to make the class work for you. I never leave feeling anything less than welcome and a little stronger and flexible. Started coming in the beginning and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

This studio is in a beautiful neighborhood and is very inviting and well kept. Jen taught an amazing candlelight yin class yesterday and even though I'm someone who hasn't done very much yoga, I felt safe and comfortable in this studio. I recommend this to anyone who wants to experience yoga in a calm and inviting setting as well as athletes who need extra attention with calming sore muscles.

I have really been enjoying the yoga classes at Soul Stretch! Tonight I joined the candlelight restorative practice with Jennifer. It was just what I needed! Jen was so wonderful, helpful and calming… we ended with sound bowls and it was lovely. I left feeling so relaxed, it was just what I needed. I’m looking forward to attending more regularly and also trying the cold plunge!!

Great community | Restorative Yoga is a must
I found this place from the local magazine advertising a special of $99 for 10 yoga sessions. I was pregnant at the time and knew I wanted to do something relaxing and calm, especially knowing it would be essential postpartum. I've done a few sessions already with Amanda Wheeler's (owner) Restorative Yoga session with sound bath, and it is AMAZING.
The website is very easy to navigate and book your classes. You can also drop by to sign up. Amanda is so easy to talk to and makes you feel so welcomed. She poured her heart into this business and it shows. The space is very tastefully designed and decorated. I take notes and want to incorporate some ideas into my own home haha!
For parents and anyone with chronic pain, restorative yoga is a MUST. You do a lot of breath work and hold 3 to 5 poses for a long time. These poses all include bolster pillows she has to support your body. The whole point of this session is to be in a total state of relaxation and let go of all of your stress. Basically, you fall asleep for the whole hour while listening to the sound of bowls singing in the room. It was my first time to experience a sound bath and I highly recommend this experience.
The ambiance is done so perfectly to match the state of zen Amanda creates. There is also an ice bath. She plans to make space for a sauna in the future as well.
I'm a fan of this place.
It's located right next to Lux Sucre.

Soul Stretch Yoga is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of Charbonneau. This beautiful studio offers a calm and serene setting that's perfect for a rejuvenating yoga practice. The space is both spacious and well-appointed, with all the props you need to make the most of your sessions, including a refreshing cold plunge!
I’ve had the pleasure of taking classes with Drea, Jennifer, Jackie, and Amanda, and each of them has been a supportive and inspiring guide. Their expertise and encouragement make every class a nurturing self care experience.
I genuinely hope that everyone in Wilsonville discovers Soul Stretch Yoga and all the incredible benefits that a yoga practice has to offer. Soul Stretch provides a wonderful space to practice and share a love of yoga. Yoga truly makes the world a better place. Thanks to owner Amanda for making yoga accessible in our community. 🌿🧘♀️✨
