So I was really excited for Easter. Soga had an Easter event for 10 bucks a person with facepainting an stuff an I got excited thinking Oh it cost money it must be awesome cuz the free events in the valley are beyond amazing. Well it was extremely disappointing the teenagers that were doing the games were rude soooo freaking rude ans when I stuck up for my 6 year old daughter they teen gave me rude looks. An as for the facepainting, the woman gave her best. You could tell she got nominated to do the facepainting bit lol. It was clearly a like soga community event an im sure it was a blast for parents of kids that go there but I wish I didn't was my kids time or $50 I spent

Took my toddler for a free trial, I was looking for something recreational and fun. While there, the coaches yelled at the children practicing (not mine) and spoke negatively to the young girls. After asking around, it seems this is an old school way of coaching and considered toxic and inappropriate. I suppose if you are looking for strict and rigorous attempting-to-become-an-olympian style of training, maybe this can be the place for you? However, if you just looking for a fun experience for your children with no pressure, I would look somewhere else.

Very unstructured. My daughter ended up getting injured because the coach wasn't spotting the kids. One of the coaches teaching the toddlers was sitting the entire time getting annoyed when she had to show the young children how to do something. She was also mostly on her smart watch the entire time. It seemed like all of the employees were teenagers that didn't enjoy their jobs. No one had any enthusiasm. We took my daughter to ABK and the entire environment was much better with 4 coaches ** Spotting all the kids. My daughter moved up immediately to the next level at ABK and SOGA didn't even recognize that she needed to be moved up.

The MOST AMAZING staff! They work with each child in confidence physically and emotionally. We attend 3 days a week and look forward to a long running relationship with SOGA! Thank you Coach Polina! My daughter started as a very shy 4 year old, 3 months later she is high-fiving, smiling, and running to classβ¦

Friendly people and happy customers and kids the only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the counter wasn't staffed when I went there on a day where one coach wasn't there and another coach was out of town for a tournament. Other than that it was a great atmosphere

Our family is so grateful to have found SOGA. Though we are moving, it was one of our best experiences in the Rogue Valley. Great staff, great facilities. Well worth the drive.

Online it said they are open called 3 to 4 times and no one answered so my daughter and I decide to go down there in person and there's a sign on the door saying that they're closed for like for five days would be really nice if they would post that on their website online or at least have a message on their answering machine saying that they were going to be closed on these dates so we wasted a trip and she was not happy cuz she couldn't go. I don't think I will try this place again if this is how it's going to be

Serious and dedicated staff. My daughter started when she was older at the age of 12, but was going to competitions and doing well within the first year. The staff is amazing. Although I didn't have little kids I saw the care they took with them. I would highly recommend SOGA for anyone serious about gymnastics. A note about the facilities. It does get a little crowded but they have a parents viewing room, with toys for siblings.

I stood at the counter for 15 minutes, before one of the two staff decided to acknowledge me. I told him I wanted to sign my daughter up for the toddler class and he was very nonchalant. He told me he didn't know the price or if there was a starting fee. I told him the price and starting fee, because there was a stack of flyers in front of us that had the info. He said he couldn't sign me up yet because he had to finish teaching his lesson and walked away. I assumed that meant it was almost over and he was going to be done soon. As I waited, the female teacher walked up to the counter for something and avoided me. I sat for another 20 minutes before I realized his class wasn't ending soon and he should've told me how long I had to wait. I decided I wanted to go to somewhere more professional and left. At the next school I went to, it was a complete 180 difference. They were very professional and I enrolled my daughter.

I take my son here and just after only a month or two he's gotten more confident in his body and abilities. They work very well with the kids which is really hard to do with a group of preschoolers!

We've had our two year old attending classes for about 6 months now. Hands-down, one of the best environments in the Rogue Valley for young children, but also the largest, most comprehensive gymnastics school in the valley. If you have a kid ages 2 or older, chances are they'll benefit from a class here. Instructors/coaching staff are wonderful with the little ones. There is an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance from the staff and the parents, regardless of whether your little one is doing an awesome skill or throwing a fit. All of that, and the class fees are actually lower than the competition. It's a no brainer.
