Great gym! I can’t thank all the people working here for being so polite, keeping the machinery so clean, and always greeting me by name when I walk in the door. I’ve lost 30 lbs since beginning here two months ago. Can’t say how much I appreciate having such a great spot to go after work. Keep up the awesome work guys.
Also the Pina colada protein shake is fantastic and thanks for showing me pre workout! It’s helped tremendously.

I like Steelhead fitness. It has alot of well maintained exercise equipment. Yearly membership isn't super expensive. Now that Covid restrictions are lifted classes are back.

The staff is personable and access is 24/7. Equipment is very functional and relatively new and the workouts are very diverse.
And now, they have lots of new equipment both downstairs and upstairs !
New flooring, paint, the same Great service and Wonderful atmosphere!

I love this gym. I'm used to big gyms like Golds Gym and LA Fitness, but this small-town gym has everything you need, great staff, and cool features throughout the gym to let you individualize your workout.

Space is always very clean, and not too crowded.
Staff is great and very kind.
Facilities are always clean and in good condition.
They regularly change out shower curtains, and wipe down the bathrooms.
They have a juice bar, studio classes, punching bags and equipment, lots of cardio and weight lifting machines in addition to a very kind and courteous staff + good monthly membership deals for seniors and students, and good communication from owner via email as to what’s upcoming at the gym, in addition they are quick to fix broken machines.
No complaints.

This was my first time here and it was pretty awesome. Lots of different equipment that you can use. Even a punching bag upstairs. If you live around this area and want to get in shape this is the place. Bonus, at the time I was there only 5 other people. It was very nice.

The guy that signed me up was nice and didn't waste all day showing me around and doing the paperwork. Sometimes this process is a grind but he made it easy. The facilities are very nice and clean. They have 2 showers that are nice and have lots of hot water. Usually the place is very quiet. I almost never run into any other people in the locker room. The parking is convenient. They have a free hydro therapy bed. They have a juice bar. I'm going on because it's very refreshing to find a nicely equipped local gym. The only thing that would make me think twice about going here is if you pull a very heavy deadlift. All free weights are upstairs and there is a deadlift pad, but if you are pulling over 400lbs that is a consideration.

24/7 access and tons of excellent equipment! Showers, tanning, a full array of classes, and a great and knowledgeable staff! Did I mention 24/7 access? Monthly newsletters, and community engagement with events and Outreach Services to help people achieve physical wellness. Been a member 10 years, plan to be a member for another 30. For a small town fitness center, they are fantastic!! The staff make everyone feel like family, feel comfortable and safe! Very clean, lots of classes and equipment, everyone welcomes everyone else, no judgement, no negativity!! Always encouraging, the trainers are amazing! This place is a "hidden gem" in Sweet Home. No need to drive to the valley for your workout. Nice space, great atmosphere. All ages and fitness levels work out side by side here. Helpful, friendly staff, juice bar, well-maintained equipment, reasonable rates, etc., etc.

Awesome! I have worked out at gym's in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Lake Tahoe and all over oregon. It has modern equipment, lots of room around all work stations, great fitness classes, professional and friendly staff and is very clean. You definitely should check it out!
