We did not have a great first experience with our contract with the StretchLab. The concept is exceptional, but it was incredibly difficult getting ahold of anyone to get an appointment or even a call back and they continued to charge our card past the contract time. They really do all business through their App for the most part, so be prepared to schedule and communicate in this way.
My husband Paul signed up for 3 months. He had 2 stretches, several cancelled appointments and we couldn't get ahold of anyone at any level to get refunded. We just wanted our money back and the remaining stretches honored. After a lot of emails and unreturned phone calls, we were finally reimbursed for the past contract charges and the remaining stretches were honored with an extension.
The "Stretchologists" are incredible! Each one provides a unique and powerful life experience which they bring to the table, literally. We greatly appreciate the management making this right and can't speak highly enough about the fantastic concept. I just wish it was more affordable and an easier process for those of us who are techy so more people could benefit. I felt it was important to update my review to reflect the good work this actually provides. :)

Outstanding experience!!! I highly recommend a visit. Estelle was great with her analysis and explanation of the different stretches. I felt great when it was over and because of the explanations I am motivated to make some adjustments.

I enjoy the actual stretches I have received at StretchLab. I've worked with several different flexologists and they've all been great. The management, on the other hand, has been frustrating to say the least.
My stretching sessions are cancelled frequently, sometimes with under an hour notice with no attempts to contact me. I live over 30 minutes away from the studio so this is very inconvenient.
Individual stretches are priced high in order to push customers into a subscription model where customers receive 4 credits per month that can be used to schedule stretches. The credits have expiration dates which are hidden from the customer. The credits expiration isn't adjusted when an appointment is cancelled. One month I had three appointments in a row cancelled, and then two of my credits expired without warning and I was never reimbursed.
Getting out of the subscription is also quite difficult. I tried to do it in person but was told I need to provide written notice via email, so I did that. Then I was told I needed to provide a full month's notice before a cancellation could go through, and I would be charged an additional month ($300). I was assured after an additional month of payment, I wouldn't be charged again. This wasn't true, however, and I was charged yet again, so I've had to pay $600 since cancelling. I've tried calling and emailing but haven't received any response, and when I visit the studio, there's no manager present to talk to.
I think assisted stretching is a wonderful service but StretchLab's business practices are borderline unethical, and I can't recommend it to anyone.

Had my introductory stretch today with Rahul in Bend. I loved it. He was attentive, let me know what was next and consistently asked me how I was doing. Really appreciated his expertise. Thanks so much.

I normally donβt go out of my way to write reviews, but I have been going to StretchLab for a few sessions now. Everyone seems very nice! Today, I had Kai as my stretcher. He was terrific, and he went above and beyond for me. He was very invested, and was willing to dive deeper by asking me questions to get a better idea of what I was dealing with and how he could help.

A friend suggested I give this place a try, and I scheduled a trial visit with Rose. I have found this to be a welcoming environment, clean as can be, and most importantly, it has helped my body feel better as soon as my first session. Rose is a jewel, very experienced in body work and personal training and with a deep understanding of how the body works. ( I can tell. I'm a doctor). She makes the sessions fun but is always making sure the stretches never cause pain or damage. I've been a judo player for 50 years and have developed a number of imbalances from this. Rose has been very insightful in helping me rebalance my body. I would recommend Stretchlab Bend and Rose in particular to anyone dealing with severe body tension or musculoskeletal problems.

After experiencing excruciating hip pain and trying various treatment methods, I reluctantly decided to try StretchLab in Bend. It was one of the best decisions I made in regards to my physical -- and emotional -- wellness.
For decades, I have had a sedentary desk job, sitting for eight to nine hours a day banging away on a computer. My flexibility and mobility has always been an issue, but it has worsened over time. My muscles are knotted up from my neck to my calves. It was time to try something new.
Just one month of attending StretchLab, my hip pain is nearly gone, my mobility and flexibility are dramatically improved, and my stress level in a much better place.
From the moment I walked into the Bend Stretchlab, I knew this would be different. Stephanie Lewis, the general manager, walked me through the different options and we decided that two 25-minute sessions a week would be the optimal plan for my specific needs. Stephanie was knowledgeable and super friendly. Rose Mlakar, my flexologist, is amazing. We discussed my pain points, areas of concern and -- most importantly -- a plan to treat the problems. She even gives me homework and provides helpful tips for my fitness regimen. Rose is more than a flexologist: She is a coach, friend, therapist and fitness guru.
If you need help with flexibility, mobility or joint pain, I encourage you to give StretchLab a try.
