I’ve been at this gym for 3 months now after a long hiatus from working out due to having kids, postpartum, time restraints etc.
After deciding to commit to returning to fitness I’m so glad I picked this gym. I was intimidated but motivated, knowing my strength was going to be low. The first few classes I went to in the afternoon, members were making me feel welcome and encouraged.
Josh the owner truly is engaged with every one of the members. He has helped me with form, motivation, injury prevention, and pushing myself.
I also really appreciate that there is a kids corner at the gym for times I need to bring my kids so that I can get my work out done.
My mental health has greatly improved along with my strength and I can’t wait to keep pushing.

Classes are fun, challenging and can be adjusted for everyone's individual fitness levels. It's a positive, friendly and motivating atmosphere with quality equipment and excellent coaches who care about what they do. The people are friendly, and it's always a judgement free zone. I've had such great experiences at Summit!

Been with this gym for approximately two years now. The thing I appreciate the most about Summit is the culture, from day one everyone was super welcoming and friendly. Ive seen classes with ages ranging from teens to 60+, so if you're looking for a home gym, I highly recommend you give Summit a try.

I’ve been going to Summit Fitness for over a year. After coming back from having my first baby, Josh worked with me to work out at a safe level where I felt comfortable and that made such a difference for me post baby. Whatever fitness level you are at, this is the place to be to get a great workout with cool people around. Everyone’s so encouraging and there to cheer you on. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been a member of Summit Fitness for two and half years now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health! Not only have I gotten so much stronger, but I’ve also found a supportive and motivating community that keeps me coming back.
The gym is always clean, well-equipped, and welcoming. Josh, the owner, truly cares about his members and has created an environment where everyone—from beginners to seasoned athletes—feels comfortable and encouraged. The trainers are incredible, each bringing their unique expertise and energy to every class. They genuinely invest in your progress and make working out fun and challenging.
If you’re looking for a gym where you’ll see results, be surrounded by amazing people, and feel right at home, Summit Fitness is it. Highly recommend!

I joined Summit Fitness a few months ago, and it was hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made!The environment is not only fun and motivating, but everyone is incredibly kind and supportive. Recently moved to Grants Pass and really enjoying it. You can adjust to make them as challenging as you can handle depending on your fitness level. They have early morning and afternoon classes which can accommodate most work schedules as well. Perfect for those who enjoy circuit based training.

I’ve been utilizing Summit Fitness for nearly 3 months now and thought it would be a good time to leave a review. The owner Josh has been my instructor/coach most of the classes I’ve attended, usually 6:00 or 7:00 am. Josh does an excellent job @ balancing many aspects including motivation, communicating workout objectives, teaching lifting techniques, and overall great mentorship. Each class I’ve attended is full of wonderful folks who motivate and encourage one another. Summit Fitness is highly beneficial and can challenge anyone from beginners to highly experienced individuals.

I was in Grant's Pass for a travel contract Nov-March and my sister and I went regularly. They have a friendly atmosphere and are really good at scaling exercises for multi level classes. I'm a physical therapist who has been lifting and doing regular exercise since 2007 but my sister was new to exercise and we both felt appropriately challenged. This is a good value, friendly safe gym! We'll miss you guys!

It’s been 6 months since I’ve made the decision to join Summit Fitness and take control of my health. The coaches are incredible, the daily workouts are challenging but so rewarding. The community of people are so encouraging and welcoming to any fitness level. I highly recommend Summit Fit to anyone and everyone!!

I started going to Summit Fitness a year ago and it has been life changing for me. I was pretty nervous at first and the coaching staff made me feel so comfortable. As my skill level has grown they have encouraged and challenged me. I never imagine being able to accomplish some of the fitness goals I have without their help and guidance. I started at Summit Fitness with zero expectations and not knowing anyone. Over a year later, and with the guidance of the amazing coaches, I have achieved goals I never would have thought I would reach on my own. I have also been blessed with an amazing group of people I now call friends.

I love this place! Excellent programming that is well scaled to people of all ages and fitness levels. I decided to sign up after attending a free workout about two years ago and haven’t looked back. My fitness level and performance at work have improved dramatically. The owner and coaching team are well educated, professional, kind, and all around fun to work out with!

This gym is so much fun! They use SugarWOD to deliver a different workout every day. It's been fun to meet the amazing athletes (and those that aspire to be). The music, camaraderie and friendly competition makes the workouts fun! The gym is well-equipped for cross-fit, clean, and spacious, with plenty of room and fresh air. Christie and her team do a great job coaching the fine points of the various weight-lifting movements so that we do them safely and efficiently. This gym rescued me from lock-down inactivity and I am thrilled with the results I'm getting for my posture, tone, strength and endurance.

I joined the Summit Fitness family just over a year ago and have loved that decision ever since! If you’re looking for knowledgeable trainers, motivating workouts, a variety of fitness equipment/exercises, and a supportive/inspiring workout community, then Summit Fitness is the gym for you!
Consider the Longevity class if you are over 60 (like me) and be a part of watching transformation happen as you and those in the group gain strength, endurance, balance and confidence all while having fun, laughing often and building supportive friendships!
It’s a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly!

Did a drop-in with my wife and our nieces and nephew while we were in GP for Thanksgiving. Gym is set up well and coach Christy did a great job. It was safe and fun for all of us, and we got a great workout.
