I absolutely love working out at Sweat PNW. For me, it's not just about the workouts (which are tough!) but also the community that Ashlee has built. I have met some amazing individuals and friends thanks to Sweat PNW, individuals who truly care about the well-being of others (in and outside of class). We have fun during class, compete for the sake of improving ourselves, and encourage each other to push their limits. You can work out anywhere, but if you want to pair a supportive community with those workouts, definitely check out Sweat! Oh - and Ashlee is a Certified Facial Stretch Therapist, which means she can help you recover from whatever sport or hobbies you do!

Sweat PNW is a small boutique gym which I have been attending for almost six years. Ashlee is an amazing coach and extremely knowledgeable in exercise physiology and the human body. Her classes are never the same. They are fun and challenging and allow each of us to reach our individual personal goals. She has created a community of friendship and camaraderie. Love seeing everyone when I go! Thank you Ashlee!

If you haven’t tried Sweat PNW yet, you need to ! Small classes, workouts already made for you and Ashlee is the best at what she does! She instructs us how to keep the right form and can easily give you alternative exercises if you have issues, like bad knees, shoulders etc.. Come join us today !

This is my favorite gym I have ever gone to! I love Ashlee! She is so knowledgeable about the body and always has a solution for aches and pains I deal with. She always pays attention to my form and corrects me as needed. I'm so thankful for her support in and out of the gym. It truly has become a community of people I love to be with!

This gym has become an essential part of my daily life in Sisters. Ashlee brings loads of creativity to every class she designs. Never boring, always challenging. She is always pursuing continuing education for her own growth, and this gym benefits in giant ways from Ashlee's depth of knowledge.
Gyms can sometimes feel intimidating to join or a bit cold and competitive-- that's 100% not the case with SweatPNW. The vibe is so community-driven and welcoming and warm, a complete extension of Ashlee herself. The focus on holistic health, nutrition, lifestyle, strength, mobility-- it's all core to SweatPNW and I feel SO fortunate we have such a gem in our little town!

I joined SWEATPNW when I was 62 and 140 pounds at 5'2". I felt pretty fit. I skied and mountain biked. Then it all happened so fast. I did one of her food challenges and started working out with Ashlee. In less than 2 months I weighed 117 pounds and really felt fit. Ashlee has an incredible array of knowledge. From nutrition, physical therapy, kinesiology, exercise, breathing techniques and more. I'm 68 (and still weigh between 115-118) and she's changed my life. I mountain bike, ski, and do water sports with agility. They call me the Energizer Bunny behind my back. I take it as a compliment . I highly recommend Sweatpnw.

I've been going to SweatPNW for over a year and love so many things about this gym. Ashlee is so knowledgeable, meets you were you are, and Ive seen great result. Just finished my third month of strength training circuit and it is so motivating to see how much stronger I've become. Ashlee puts together fun and challenging workouts for us every month, and takes into account what we want to work on as well as injuries/recovery from injuries we have. She also is just so welcoming and has built an awesome community. Even though class is at 530am I look forward to it!!

Love working out at Sweat PNW! The group classes are perfect - big enough to have a community of people to work out with that are welcoming, fun and no ego, and small enough that you can get personal adaptations if needed and pointers on form. Very welcoming to all fitness levels, ages, etc. Workouts are challenging but fun and varied enough that they go by fast! Love it!
