So i have to give credit to Daniel at The Gym in Ontario! I was working out no spotter and wanted to go for 295 pounds on bench! Danniel PhippsWorks there but not only did he drop what he was doing to spot me but the excitement and motivation he gave me pushed me even more! Greatly appreciated!! The Gym in Ontario is the best Gym i have ever been to! They have so many free weight, benches, mechanics, I never have to wait for anything! Place is amazing.

I wouldn't consider myself the type of person to leave a review for the place I am currently visiting. However, as corny as it may seem, there's a first time for everything.

The environment is spotlessly clean, and the staff here truly care about the well-being of others, regardless of whether it's a person's first time or their 1,000th. No one here is mistreated, nor are they made to feel left out for not being the most "fit" person in the room.

You can expect friendly smiles and even friendlier faces. And as someone who grew up in the Treasure Valley, make no mistake—I can genuinely appreciate the effort another person is willing to make just to check in on the town’s local nutcase (me).

It is only fair that I express my appreciation for this location, along with their avid gym-goers and anyone else who considers themselves part of the family.

Yes, going to the gym can feel daunting at times, and as someone who constantly struggles with social anxiety, let me be clear: THIS. IS. THE. GYM. (heh) FOR. YOU. It only takes a bit of courage and the support of wonderful people to make this place feel like a second home.

Ive never given a gym 5 stars before. The amount of equipment and space is just incredible for a small town like Ontario. Ive been to some of the best gyms in the US and id still go here over them. The people are very supportive and friendly. The staff, Johnny and Tony are awesome guys. Tony is a great bodybuilding coach, personal trainer, and posing coach if you are looking for that as well! I 100% recommend coming here.

I am new to the area, and went in a couple months back to look at the gym along with a few others in the area. Initially, I thought I would choose this gym due to its atmosphere and price point, but the lady working was very unfriendly. The second thing that bothered me was there is no lighting outside in the parking lot and it felt very unsafe to me. Lastly, kids were running around, and that bothered me. So I decided on a different gym.

I called a few weeks ago to cancel one of the people on my membership. Today, I noticed a hold on my credit card for $77. I called to follow up and confirm it had been done and they would not be taking out the $77. I was told the girl who does the billing would return my call. She did, but she was extremely rude. She told me it was never conveyed to her, so I would have to pay. When I tried to question her further to make sure I understood, she became very agitated and annoyed, so I finally ended the phone call. I do not know why I have to pay for a lack of communication between the person that answers the phone and the person who does the billing. I will take my business elsewhere.

This place is my home away from home. It's got everything you could possibly want in a weight training gym. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a simple, easy to afford membership. Many certified personal trainers offer their services here. It seems something new is always being added. Turf, heavy bags, cross-fit equipment, unique cardio equipment, free weights, machines of every type, chalk stations, a huge array of cable machine attachments, medicine ball selection, bosu selection, sauna, tanning bed, plenty of mirrors, showers, massage chairs. This place is simply the best. 5 Stars.
