I’ve tried a lot of gyms and this is by far my favorite. I’m in my mid 30s, very active and have realized I needed more strength training in my life so I can continue to do all the fun outdoor activities (skiing, biking, running, etc) without injuring myself. They offer a very well rounded program with super knowledgeable and caring trainers. Music/vibe is great and it very much feels community centered. Highly recommend.

Seven months into my journey at The House, and I’m blown away by the transformation. My muscle tone, strength, and confidence have grown in ways I never thought possible. The coaches aren’t just knowledgeable—they truly care, guiding every step with precision and encouragement. I used to fear lifting heavy weights, worried I’d get injured. Now, with their coaching and support, I feel stronger, safer, and more capable than ever. Building muscle has even helped me stay safer and more stable while downhill mountain biking. The House Bend is AWESOME!!! 💪Mike is an incredible and experienced trainer who teaches perfect form. He has hired a team of A++ trainers - Aaron, Jenna, Sam, Taylor and Karlee who are all supportive, welcoming and bring great energy. They also attract a great clientele - so many fun people who have become friends.
Regardless of fitness level, this is the best and most motivating place in Bend to train for strength, endurance and overall fitness!

The House is an incredible gym to feel welcomed, safe, and supported. As a Physical Therapist in town, it’s easy for me to refer my patients to The House when seeking well written and safe strength programs. I’m thankful to collaborate with Mike and the coaches at The House who are always excited to work with individuals who are new to lifting and strength training, or have been well experienced athletes.

What an awesome gym and community. I was visiting Bend for the week and needed daily workouts. The staff is awesome. The programming was well balanced throughout the week. The workouts went the full 60” and were full body challenges. The partner workouts were fun and dynamic. Folks were super inviting and made me feel welcome. 10/10 definitely would recommend. I will be returning here in my next visits to town.

This place is all the rage! I have been consistently going for almost six months and have been blown away by how I feel! Coming off of a hip injury I have to credit some of my healing to this place! All of the coaches are full of knowledge and know when to tell you to push, and when to back off. Their detail on form is really what sets them apart from the rest. On top of that, their programming is amazing, community is something special, and I am thrilled to be apart of it all!

I recently moved to Bend and was concerned about finding a gym where I felt comfortable and part of a community. I'm thrilled to have discovered The House! The coaches are outstanding, provide excellent motivation, and the other members are incredibly welcoming and supportive. As a beginner lifter, I was initially nervous, but now I'm hooked! The workouts are challenging yet adaptable for all fitness levels. If you're looking for a fun workout in a great environment, I highly recommend checking this place out.

If you're looking for a true Strength Training Gym with coaches who put big emphasis on form and mind-body connection, then this is truly your home. The programming is thoughtful, approachable, and doable at any level. There is always a proper warm up sequence prior to any major lifting and accessory work weaved in to make sure no stone goes unturned. The class size is kept small so each person is able to get individual attention to ensure they are receiving the most potent workout possible. The community is engaging and so welcoming. Doesn't matter where you are at on your fitness journey, each member and all the coaches are there to support you, lift you up, and give the most killer hour of your day! Your body NEEDS this!

Best community in Bend!!
If you haven't worked out at The House, then you really haven't worked out. The House is above all else a community. But equally important is the fact that this is the highest quality work out you can get from any gym in Bend.
Stop by for a workout, and I guarantee you'll be back soon.
There are no other gyms in town that do comparable work outs with the same attention to both strength building and cardio fitness.

The House is incredible! Mike is the best coach I’ve ever had and his programming has helped me achieve goals!! Excellent programming, expert coaching, and spotless facilities. In town for a work trip and needed to keep up with my training for an event. Not only did I get considerable gains, but Mike noticed my form issues right off that bat and gave me some simple cues to correct. The clients were very welcoming as well. Before joining The House I was a ClassPass user hopping around to different gyms to try and fulfill all of my fitness goals. It’s been awesome to get everything I need at The House under one roof. Strength and high intensity/cardio, challenging workouts, smaller class sizes, form adjustment and community! Thank goodness for The House! I've been looking for a place to lift heavy weights and get a solid balanced workout with community (rather than at home or doing my own thing at Larkspur or Juniper), and this community is better than I ever dreamed. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or totally new to gym equipment, you'll feel at home here. Mike and Jenna are incredible coaches and give clear direction and helpful posture adjustments if desired.
There are many HIIT-type gyms in Bend, but this is different. Each day of the week has a different style and focus, which allows me to diversify my fitness needs all in one gym, without having to hop around from location to location for different styles of training. I so highly recommend this place.

Best strength and conditioning gym in bend. elite coaching and guiding. Correction done with encouragement and positivity. Motivating environment, very sweet and friendly members, challenging but doable workouts. W Two torn meniscus and surgery on 1 knee in last 18 months, I can tell the small tweaks in body position, awareness and alignment Mike provides have helped so much. No pain.
6 weeks in; and 2.5 months postpartum I feel awesome and stronger than I have in a long time. Love the variety of workouts; he hits it all. Honestly they could be charging more ☺️, bc it’s that good.
