Our family has attended The Little Gym for several years, and we couldn’t be happier! The staff is warm, attentive, and truly engaged with the kids. They always provide age-appropriate activities that encourage both learning and fun while helping children build confidence and interact with others. We’ve also hosted multiple birthday parties here, and they are always a big hit—fun for the kids and very little work for parents, which is a huge plus.

We have had a great experience with The Little Gym. Our daughter will literally sprint into Teacher Jordans class every single week. Jordan does a phenomenal job of creating a welcoming and encouraging class. The class has a great structure that allows a ton of freedom to find your groove in the process. We have had a ton of really, really cool moments as parents here and its so fun to watch her take on these new skills with such confidence. It really is just a guaranteed good time.

My daughter has been a student at the little gym in lake Oswego for two years. We LOVE it. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience. The care and personalized attention she gets is phenomenal. Every teacher has gone over and above. Currently she works with Teacher Alan and her confidence and ability has grown tremendously. Thank you to all the teachers and the location. I would most definitely recommend.

The Little Gym in Lake Oswego is perfect for young families, offering parent-and-child classes for little ones and independent classes starting at age three. Each session features fun themes and a monthly focus, promoting steady growth in a clean, well-maintained facility. The gentle, professional coaches are great with kids and accommodating to busy parents. We can't speak Highly enough about Jasmine, AJ, Caitlyn, and Alia. Highly recommended! My boys really love the parents night out too- they attend together and it's a good chunk of time!

‏We had Teacher Aliyah for about a month, and she was an amazing, cheerful, and hardworking instructor. Unlike other teachers, she relied less on pre-recorded tapes and led the class using her own personalized approach, which was truly admirable. If I were to rate her, my score would be 5 stars! We really wish we could have continued classes with her for several terms.

Pretty frustrating to see that they force you to print and fill out a form to cancel your membership. I requested by email in February due to a family emergency. They have proceeded to pull membership dues for the last 3 months. Not one follow up or phone call regarding the fact my son hasn’t been in class in 3 months. They have high turn over rate with kids coming and going and making up classes. Not great for kids learning. I found the other parents to be at times pretty miserable in not understanding basic childhood development like kids needing to learn to take turns and what sides to enter. My sister in law attended one class almost got in an argument with another parent because she felt my son was too close to her child. I was hoping for more socializing and community and don’t feel I got that. They do have event where they try but the could do better in the actual class experience. Finally, class sizes are too large. They don’t actually care about your kids. And make is challenging to withdraw.

I can’t say enough good things about the little gym. We’ve been coming for several years now, through multiple of their classes, and it is truly the highlight of our week. All of the teachers are so amazing with the children and keep each class exciting and fun. The gym is clean, has tons of variety, and the skills they teach are so well thought out. You won’t regret giving them a try!

I’ve been taking my oldest granddaughter to Little Gym Lake Oswego for about 2 years. Her gym experience has been great. The core senior staff here is excellent and very skilled. She absolutely loves her teacher/coaches. Turnover below the senior staff seems to be the norm here however.
My 3 star rating is due to the business side of the little gym. Recent change in ownership has resulted in radical, un-communicated modifications to make up policies. When I asked if I could donate my accumulated make-ups to a needy child and was informed they have no such policy this was the final straw for me. Make no mistake this is a ‘health club’ business model. Unsustainable and short sighted. I’ll be looking for other programs for my grandchildren.

We had our daughter’s 5th birthday party here and wow, was this an amazing venue for that. I would give them 10 stars if possible. They had 3 instructors run the kids through various games and activities, decorated the room for us, and made sure it was a special day for our daughter. The kids were all smiles throughout and we received so many compliments from other parents about what an awesome party it was. Thank you for caring so much and making the party such a success!

The staff was exceptional!! Even before we had booed the event they were extremely helpful and responsive. They took into account not only our individual needs, but each of the kiddos that attended. I really enjoyed that. You have the opportunity to have as much or as little structure as you would like.

If you are looking to have a party, this is the place to go! They will set up decorations and even do the break down and clean up! I love how they even asked for my son’s favorite color and decorate accordingly.

When my daughter left she had signs of a concussion, but The Little Gym staff didn't mention any of the symptoms to us. Nothing was said when we picked her up. The signs continued to worsen and my daughter ended up being ambulanced from an Urgent Care to an ER. After I talked to The Little Gym manager over the phone to ask what happened they followed up with a text promising to check the cameras. It's been months and we never heard from them. This group clearly has no concern for the well being/safety of my kid, and I wanted to share this experience with other young families as it could be or perhaps is a recurring theme at this location. I imagine they are more concerned with some kind of liability risk than they are about the kid who got hurt at their facility.

Both of my kids love it here! Teachers are great as they are very friendly and full of energy. Love that they remember all of the kids names. Super impressive. My son just did his birthday party here and we loved it. Everything went smooth and all the guests who came for the first time loved it as well. They might need to start expanding the parking spaces as it can get pretty packed and sometimes its hard to find parking.

But overall, love it! I highly recommend this place. All the great, friendly staff makes it a even better experience.

I took my daughter here for a year. Classes were canceled starting in March, which I understand. We paid for March and April, but after the fact, I was told we weren’t going to get makeup classes for the canceled classes. I paid in good faith that I would get those classes as makeups when they opened back up. I will never make that mistake again. I would be very weary about thinking you are going to get the classes you paid for. They will find a way to worm their way out of having to honor their end of the contract. I tried speaking with the owner, but she never got back to me.

My daughter just had her birthday party here and we love it. The interaction between instructors and the kids was great! My daughter asked for a Frozen themed party and the instructors were able to integrated the storyline into all sorts of gym activities. She had a great time, as well as her friends. The teachers were also very professional handling the cake and snack time later.
We'll have something sweet to remember for many years to come :)

Both my daughters and I LOVE The Little Gym of Lake Oswego! The owner is warm, family orientated and cares about your individual circumstances. The staff employed are always respectful, fun, experienced, engaging with both adults and children and dedicated. It’s great to see each week my girls strength, technique and skill levels develop. The environment has all you need to learn gymnastic fundamentals as well as an intimate, non intimidating, colorful setting with each class taught around themes and values. I love how easy it is to book a make up class! We all love free play.
