I took Salsa 2 and 3 with Sarah, and she was hands down the best dance teacher I’ve ever had. The classes were fun and progressive, building on each other in month long chunks, and her skill and humor were 10/10.

We worked with Sarah over two private lessons on our first dance for our wedding and we are so glad we did! Sarah is an amazing instructor who not only helped choreograph our dance, but broke down and explained theory behind each move to make it easier for us to learn. (She also has years of experience working with couples and in the wedding industry and knows the most photogenic dance moves for photographers!) We had a blast learning from Sarah, practicing our dance in the months leading up to our wedding, and performing for our family and friends. Many, many thanks to Sarah for helping us create this cherished dance for us that we can continue to enjoy for years to come! If you are on the fence about going to Sarah for wedding dance lessons, just do it!! You won’t regret it.

Hiring Sarah was the best decision we made for our wedding first dance! With her expertise and patience, she transformed us from non-dancers into performers. Despite the short notice, she crafted a routine that perfectly matched our style and abilities. Her passion and creativity shone through every step, making rehearsals enjoyable and stress-free. She has a special way of teaching dance that made me and my now husband understand how to move with the song and remember the choreography on our crazy busy wedding day when our brains were moving a million miles an hour. It’s incredible and we’ll remember our dance forever :). On our big day, we felt confident and thrilled with our dance, thanks to her dedication and skill. Sarah not only choreographed a dance but also created unforgettable memories that we'll cherish forever. Highly recommend her for anyone looking to shine on their special day!!! We will definitely recommend Sarah to our friends and will sign up for a class in the future just to get to work with her again.

I have been two salsa classes. Sarah, the instructor was great, and blends the history of the dance into the learning. Very cool.

Sarah Riddle is a delightful instructor! She goes at the perfect pace and brings unparalleled energy and optimism to the class. All the other instructors I've had have been great as well. I've sampled many of the styles and loved them all.

My partner and I did private dance lessons to get ready for our first dance at our wedding. Sarah Riddle was our teacher, and she was AMAZING! She was super flexible when setting up appointments, and every lesson was so much fun. I was really nervous at about dancing, and now I’m excited and confident for our first dance!

I have had a lifelong dream of finally learning how to partner dance. After a number of disappointing experiences with a lot of dance studios and classes, this remained a pipe dream. I found Viscount Dance Studio a month ago - specifically Sara's Salsa I class - and my dreams have finally come true! I've learned more in one month than in the previous 30 years combined. Class is super fun, extremely easy to follow and most importantly, filled with really good instruction. My wife, who used to be a professional dancer (thus, my dream mentioned above) and is a very tough critic of dance teachers, has just started coming with me to Salsa II class, and she is already super impressed. I can't recommend Viscount Dance Studio enough. I for one will be attending classes here lots.

Started taking Salsa lessons at viscount more than 10 years ago, I still drop by once in a while to refine my leading skills. The salsa teacher Sarah is one of the most graceful dancers and a very friendly down to earth person. She is a musician too that takes her to a higher level of dancing and teaching. Viscount dance studio is my feel good place.

This is the first studio I've ever taken dance classes at, but I've had a very good experience! I was intimidated coming in with no experience, but found that the other students and teachers were very welcoming. I look forward to taking classes here every week.

Can’t say enough good things about the Viscount! My partner and I have only taken classes with the owner Sarah so can only speak to her classes but they are amazing!! She is energetic, knowledgeable, and makes anything fun. So glad we found this place, and that prices are very reasonable.

The instructors are really good about providing historical and cultural context in their classes and meeting every student with kindness and support for where they're at in their dancing. Its been so wonderful to spend time at viscount- the people here are the absolute best! 💃💃💃

I took Salsa-3 classes here and I loved it. Sarah is such a fun, experienced and knowledgeable teacher. I wasn’t new to salsa when I started here and the way Sarah taught some moves helped me brush up my skills and learn better. I would highly recommend this studio especially if you are starting out. You will learn from the best. I also love the community. I made lasting friends from my time here.

100% the best dance studio I've ever been to, and I've been going for over a decade. I have taken multiple styles of dance at this studio and each instructor and class has been an incredibly fun, confidence inspiring, and empowering experience. The studio is so clean, the owner is taking the right precautions with COVID-19 and is requiring all in-person attendees to be fully vaccinated, but they also offer zoom classes. I absolutely love this place and it has brought me joy for so many years!!

If you want to learn to dance, this is the place. My partner loves to dance, so I wanted to learn dancing so if she wanted the opportunity to dance, I'd be able to make it happen for her. I lack any musical talent, and was not good at drill and ceremony. I was worried this would be a disaster. Sarah, our instructor, took away the apprehension and made it simple and easy to learn. Even for someone with no talent. I am so excited to have gone here to learn to dance. I can confidently say, if my partner wants to get up from the table and dance, I'll be right there to lead her put to the floor and put a smile on her face. Cannot recommend the Viscount Dance Studio highly enough!

The Viscount is the absolute best! I have taken classes with Sarah for several years, and it has been the best thing to happen to me in my adult life. Her studio is very welcoming to everyone, she attracts wonderful people, her charisma is addictive, and she is an amazing instructor. Mention her name around the salsa scene, and you will hear nothing but the highest praise. If you want to learn or improve your dancing, or just have fun, you should definitely check the Viscount out!

I took my first salsa classes with Sarah. Sarah helped make each class as accessible as possible, which was extremely nice and thoughtful of her. Also she brought an enthusiastic and lively vibe to each of the classes and socials. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the classes and am thankful that she ensured that my initial experiences with salsa were so positive.

We’ve been learning how to dance since May and Sarah has made this experience really great. We learn something new at every lesson and have so much fun. The space is perfect and with Sarah as our teacher we’ve learned so much that we’ll actually know what we’re doing on the dance floor at our son’s wedding :)!!

Small space but great for social dance lessons. Despite being called a Ballroom this guys are more focused on the social dance style rather than ballroom dance competitive form. I was a little surprised how small the floor was for how many people in the class. Maybe 20 people or 10 couples could have squeezed in, but we had 30 people and it was quite tight quarters. The instructors are awesome though and clearly love what they do. Great pricing compared to many other studios, so I recommend this place often.

You can't ask for anything better for Salsa. Just walk by the window and you will see a room filled with smiles and laughter. Sarah gives not only great direction but feedback as well, something often missing in group classes. So bring in both of your left feet and prepare to have fun.

Two and a half years ago I made a decision to learn how to dance to the music I resonated with from the 20's, 30's and 40's. As I searched the internet looking for lessons the Viscount Studio amongst all dance studios jumped off the screen. Pictures of the studio, teachers, people dancing with smiles on their faces, before I knew it I signed up for my first lesson and I haven't stopped since. I was grateful that partners were not required or I would still be sitting at home. The owner and all the teachers are so friendly and welcoming along with being great instructors of their trade. The studio also offers workshops for a 'quick learn' or an opportunity to test the waters of another dance style without committing to a month long class. Oh there are socials! The socials are fun, low cost and a great place to practice what you have learned outside the class, with friendly feedback or help you wouldn't get dancing out socially. The truth of the matter is I could never say enough about this place-can you tell I'm hooked? Come dance with me.....

I’ve been taking classes at the Viscount since Jan 2012 and have taken Argentine Tango, Salsa and Swing (Lindy Hop and West Coast) series/classes. All of the instructors offer a warm, welcoming environment and the studio space is great. They offer a wide variety of levels for each type and no experience is required for beginning classes and partners aren’t required either. I took classes here on a whim and now recommended it to all of my friends or family that are interested in learning how to dance. If you’re looking friendly and welcoming atmosphere, this is the place. Dance on!

I love this place! If you're looking for a fun class to do, try this dance studio. The best class is the hip hop class lead by Selena. But all their classes are great. They take their time to show you the moves and work with you to learn them The smaller classes are better for that one on one action, so if you're a slow learner, the salsa classes get pretty large.
