This gym is absolutely amazing. I have always hated going to gyms because I never got help and felt like I was being judged. At The Yard Mike helps you with your form so you don't hurt yourself and takes the time to show you what to do in the class. I had foot surgery and Mike adjusted some of the moves for me so I can get the same workout as everyone else. I recommend trying a class at the Yard. My body is sore but I feel energized and ready to go again.

The classes are just amazing! All the trainers are great, the equipment is Top notch. Kishelle is absolutely amazing! Her classes are solid, challenging and fun. Kishelle will push you to your highest potential in class and help to gain your maximum fitness level. She’s by far the greatest asset to The Yard.

This gym is awesome! Fantastic trainers, fantastic workout, and a lovely community. I was in town for a while and looking for classes I could drop into, and I was grateful to come across The Yard. The workouts really challenged me mentally and physically and were a ton of fun. Plus, the attitude here is all positive. Everyone there seemed to support and encourage every person no matter where each person was on their fitness journey. I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town!

The yard does it right! 360 approach from nutrition up to proper exercise in each category. Real-time effective modifications as needed. In 10 short weeks I transformed my fat - muscle distribution and am loving it! Appreciate all the time and dedication the coaches put into this gym!

I've been attending classes here for a month and I was waiting to post a review so I had an accurate experience to review. Without a doubt 5 stars! I have the flexibility to join classes and get into the program with a small group of people or join the other side of the gym at my own pace. The coaches are truly the best and I enjoy the small class atmosphere to keep pushing through hard workouts. Their attention to form and safety is spot on from the first day folks to the long time members. If you're serious about fitness and health this is the place for you. I can attest as someone who joined out of shape and has seen improvement in the short time I've attended, this place is the real deal.

Incredible Gym. I recommend this place to anyone who thinks they don’t have enough time in the day. Two hours a week at this place equals 5-6 days at any other gym. I started when I was 20 weeks pregnant and came back when I was four months postpartum.
As a mom of two under two, this gym has made me stronger, has given me more energy to take care of my kids, and has done wonders on my mental health. After each workout, I can’t wait to come back!

The Yard is the best club in Bend, OR. The coaches are unbeatable. Dennis Dumas is such an amazing coach. He challenges us daily, motivates, helps with form, has your back on the bad days. I could keep going. Kishelle is the number motivator! She is so encouraging, when you are ready to quit she is there saying YES YOU CAN!! Chantel is so sweet and knowledgeable. She is always there to help. She will take her time to really make sure you are lifting, punching, kicking whatever it is, correctly. I’m so truly grateful for this crew and all they share with us! Come check out The Yard you won’t regret it, even when you’re sore.

I have always been very physically active in many forms from marathon running to CrossFit. The yard fitness is by far my favorite! The cardio coupled with strength training is amazing. NEVER have I sweat so much in a workout. The results are beyond what I’ve ever experienced. Dennis, Kishelle and Chantelle are amazing in knowledge and push. Safety and correct form are at the top of the list and encouragement to all is part of every class. Excellent for all levels of fitness. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!!

I’ve worked out most of my adult life in various gyms and fitness programs. The Yard is by far the best full body workout I’ve experienced. It is the perfect combination of cardio and strength training. Dennis and his staff are diligent about watching form and ensuring everyone is safe.
