I've worked with Jeremy for the last 8 months and have made huge improvements in overall mobility and significant gains in strength. On our first consultation, I told Jeremy i wanted to learn how to workout smarter, so i could workout harder. I knew the basics but was horrible at pushing myself and knew nothing would change unless I got a trainer. Jeremy was very patient, attentive, and a great listener. He observed and tested my capabilities and spent months patiently fixing this old dadbod, and managed to get me stronger than ive ever been before in my life. Id recommend Jeremy 100% to ANYONE needing a personal trainer.

Jeremy was recommended to me by a friend for the fascial stretching he offers, a type of fascial stretching I had never experienced before. During the fascial stretching session, I was uncertain if it would have much of an effect as it felt quite gentle and was without pain. It turned out to be hugely effective! Having been a recipient of much chiropractic care, it left me with a sense of deep relaxation and of postural integration and balance that exceeded the results of getting a chiropractic adjustment. What is remarkable is that this change in my posture and awareness of this new sense of postural integration has lasted far beyond the duration of the effects of a chiropractic adjustment, in my experience.
I also was very impressed with Jeremy's approach to educating and empowering his clients. During the session, Jeremy was able to identify the cause of some knee pain I'd been having, demonstrate the issue in terms of my limitation in range of movement, and educate me on which muscles were restricting my movement. I very much appreciated his post-session email with a video link for specific stretches to do for my particular muscular imbalance. After doing the stretches in the video for a few days, I'm already seeing measurable, gradual improvement in my range of movement. This is an extraordinary amount of benefit from a single session.

Jeremy is awesome! I’ve always struggled getting into a set workout schedule/plan and Jeremy has been a great asset in my personal journey with fitness. I struggle with keeping myself motivated and Jeremy is excellent on keeping me focused and pushing further than what I thought I was capable of. Not only am I getting a great workout, but I’m also being educated at the same time on why certain exercises are being done and being taught how to use proper form.
I highly recommend Thor’s Haven to anyone who is curious on making a fitness journey. There is something here for everyone and Jeremy does a great job with making you feel comfortable.

I’ve been training at Thor's Haven fitness and recovery and I have to say, it’s truly been a game-changer for both my strength and recovery. The focus on personalized training really sets this gym apart. My personal trainer is absolutely amazing—he truly takes the time to listen to my goals and concerns. He’s built a workout plan that aligns perfectly with my fitness objectives, but at the same time, he makes sure it’s at a pace that’s manageable for me.
What I really appreciate is how he tailors every session to my needs, and whether I’m pushing for strength gains or focusing on recovery, I always leave feeling like I've accomplished something.
