I love this group of instructors and fellow participants. I've been doing Pilates for years and it keeps me young and strong. The classes are fun, challenging and the hour totally flies by! Every exercise is tailored to the individual's abilities and comfort levels. I highly recommend Total Body Pilates as part of your fitness goals. I look forward to every class!

Total Body Pilates is non corporate/franchise and thus very comfortable and welcoming. The studio is excellent and very well kept with new equipment. Kelli has a wealth of knowledge in body mechanics and very intuitive in helping achieve your personal goals. Very positive, very focused and very enjoyable to work with. Kelli is an absolute treasure! My mom and I started taking private reformer classes weekly in November 2022 and have consistently been going weekly ever since, now including my husband and sister as well. We are all a bit of a special case, and between each of us, we have a lot of old injuries or rehabilitation needs. Kelli always checks in at the beginning of each class and easily changes her lesson plan if one of us needs to avoid something that day. I have also taken group reformer classes on the occasion that someone from my group was out of town, and she is just as attentive and flexible in a group setting. I am truly impressed and grateful for her support and ability to keep us in shape and improving no matter what we have going on. We appreciate you so much Kelli!

Kelli is hands down one of my favorite people!! I met her when I started Pilates for the first time with her about two years ago. I had mixed feeling about Pilates and wasn’t sure it was for me as I’ve always lifted weights and done cardio instead. I am absolutely obsessed with it!!! She has been with me now through a broken ankle and hip surgery and I am stronger then I ever was doing the other exercises. Our workouts are never the same and always as challenging or easy as my body needs them to be. I actually quit physical therapy for both incidents because the knowledge and experience Kelli brings to the reformer is insane. I healed quicker and better with her. I cannot recommend her and Total Body Pilates enough. Plus I came out with a best friend who I adore!

Kelli does a great job with gentle instructions for beginners. I just had my first class with her, and it was also my first time ever using a reformer, and she made me feel so comfortable and supported. I am looking forward to making pilates classes a regular in my workout routine!

I was nervous to start and the cost can seem a little high but let me tell you…You get FAR MORE than what you pay for with Total Body Pilates. I have had ongoing health issues since 2019 and a surgery. All of which left me with chronic pain, muscle imbalances, and patterns I need to correct. Kelli is incredibly knowledgeable about body mechanics and pays close attention to my form. She listens and responds with alternatives when I am having difficulties or a pain flare up. She is encouraging in her instructions and corrections, offering helpful cues to help me correct my form and focus. Kelli has helped me learn to how to more efficiently and effectively use my own body weight and the equipment to continue to work towards my goal of being healthier, stronger and happier in my body.

I started private reformer lessons with Kelli in March 2021 having no pilates experience and have been so thankful for this past year. Kelli is professional, knowledgable and respectful. I was nervous to try something new but have been thankful for Kelli's patience, thorough instruction, guidance and did I mention patience? A year into my pilates journey and I am so grateful to have found a gentle, effective and fun way to exercise - my body is stronger than it has been in years and so is my mind! The studio is easy to find, plenty of parking, clean, inviting and I always look forward to my sessions.

I started with Pilates about three years ago when I was having trouble with my hip. My PT recommend I find something that is low impact exercise. It was life changing for me. The instructors are the best and are able to modify all moves to work with my body. I was even able to continue Pilates after having ankle surgery. They worked with me to do movements that included my walking boot. I have had nothing but the best experiences with Kelli, Kathy, and Amanda.

For a young women, she has accomplished more than most for her age. From a early age, she has taken responsibility for her actions in school, college and everything that has challenged her, including her passion for dance and now Pilate to improve efficiency of the human body. She takes great pride in seeing people making their bodies healthier and seeing a big smile on their faces when they leave each session.

I broke my neck a little over 2 years ago and have struggled with severe chronic, back, shoulder and neck pain since. I don't believe in taking any medications or pain killers unless absolutely necessary. Most of the time I've found that pain derives from weakness. Since I started training just once weekly with Kelli, I've already noticed a difference in my back pain levels. In fact I find that even before a session if I really hurt and dont want to exercise, I always feel WAY better afterwards!

I started out taking P90X two mornings a week and loved the classes and then I tried Pilates. I am addicted to both classes! I love how it has toned my body! I feel much stronger in my core! The instructors are very knowledgeable and professional.

I started Pilates with Amanda a year ago. My core strength was non existent. After a year of hard work, I can now do Planks and hold them. Amanda and Cathy are amazing instructors that help you work the whole body.
