Tristan used to be my husband's trainer at Intel. When Tristan started to train independently outside of Intel, my husband suggested that we take this opportunity and start training with him. This was a great chance for me as I wasn't working with Intel and with the great feedback from my husband, I was motivated to initiate my Gym journey with a Trainer my husband spoke so highly of.
I must say that since I was a complete novice when it came to hitting the Gym, I was slightly intimidated at first thinking it would be tough to get in the flow of things. I am 50 and starting at that age, I felt my body wouldn't agree. However, with my first free consult with Tristan, I was confident that if I was to start somewhere in terms of long-term self-care, there could be no better place but under the rich guidance of Tristan. He is super flexible, knowledgeable, intelligent, accommodating, understanding and honest. He answered all my questions with patience and left me with no doubts looming in my mind.
It has been 2 months that my friend and I are getting personal training with him. I have no words to describe that in these 2 months, I have learnt so much! I feel stronger and can feel the change each day. His training style is commendable in the sense that he will make you feel like you can do so much more. You surprise your own self my initiating self-challenges. He genuinely encourages you when he thinks you can do more and will truthfully tell you when you must go slower. He teaches you form; he identifies exactly what's wrong with your posture while you're exercising so that you are doing it right; he has a great sense of humor which makes you laugh while doing the most difficult exercises.
The training is so much fun and full of so much variety that it is over before you know it!!
I highly recommend Tristan if you are thinking of starting to get a Personal Trainer for your well-being. You will not regret it.
By the way, he also does group Trainings that I am looking forward to attending some day

When Tristan trains, he pushes me in incremental steps to ensure I'm not frustrated and still moving forward. He pays serious attention to incorrect form and movements which could cause injuries. He watches and corrects me when he sees it. He makes the shyest person feel comfortable about pushing themselves for their goals.

Tristan is excellent at evaluating a person's current physical condition as well as what is needed to get them back in shape.
The classes he offered pushed me hard but within reason, always coming up with a variety of exercises to reach the muscle groups the class was focused on. I never was bored in the gym when working with Tristan due to the variety of exercises all while accommodating my physical limitations, he always pushed me to challenge myself.
Tristan provided a set of exercises that I could do during travel which only required I bring one band with me. Exercise I could do even if the hotel did not have a gym. He provided 4 days worth of exercises that would work every major muscle group. These came in handy as I travel often.
I can't recommend him enough as a personal trainer. Go to his new facility and get connected, he will help you achieve your goals!

Tristan is one of the most committed diligent and friendly trainers that i have ever worked out with. His level of engagement and involvement is a motivation and inspiration. He has an amazing way of making the workout sessions interesting. challenging as well as fulfilling. He has a sharp understanding of how the nuances of form can affect different muscle group. He leads his trainings by example and never misses an opportunity to show how its done himself. He has comprehensive awareness of how overall fitness and good health is a complementary result of Exercise, Diet and Lifestyle. He is sensitive to any physical challenges and constraints and moderates the exercise to fit in individual needs. A great coach :). I have been working out in his guidance for about 6 months and have seen a significant improvement in strength and toning. More so my new found striving to train four days a week goes significantly to his credit. Thanks Tristan.

I've been training with Tristan for more than a year and it's been an excellent experience for me. I've been consistently taking his classes a few times a week and noticed improvements to my strength, stamina, and balance. Run, don’t walk to Tristan Deaves Training! I started my health journey with Tristan a year ago through group classes then to personal training and finally through remote consultation. He takes each person’s journey personally, no matter the discipline, and it shows in his results. I have suffered from many of the “itises” (tendinitis, bursitis, etc.) for the majority of my adult life. This made it very difficult to move freely and left me in continuous pain. I am off the pain meds and stronger than I have been in years and I cannot thank him enough.

Tristan is an exceptional trainer. I have taken his fitness classes at Intel. He designs his classes thoughtfully so that there is time to challenge oneself, to stretch and to see ones improvement.
When Tristan took over the Intel fitness center as the coach, he breathed new life into the gym. He started to offer many different kinds of classes, personal training sessions and would invite folk into the gym to show them the various exercise machines. So many new people started to use the gym as he made sure that it was a friendly and non-judgmental place.
Tristan was also instrumental in encouraging me to teach yoga and he went out of his way to tell folk in his classes about the yoga class that I had stated to offer. He did not have to do that but because he is a super nice guy and because he cares about other's wellbeing he didn't even think twice about it.
Tristan is a very nice human being as well. He is very encouraging and when you are training with him, he makes it such that you feel you are part of a high achieving and strong team. He celebrates your achievements and genuinely cares for your wellbeing.

Had the pleasure of working out in Tristan's classes over the last couple years. The classes are structured very well, hit all the right spots and very efficient. He always provides a detailed explanation of the exercise along with reasons why you're doing that exercise along with some needed humor and smile. He is always available to bounce fitness ideas off of to help provide guidance whether you are stuck in a rut or just looking for a quick alternative work out idea. I’ve been training with Tristan for nearly two years and love the results. I’ve become noticeably stronger and feel better. I pretty much dislike weight training but realize it’s key to good health and Tristan has managed to make it sorta enjoyable; I mostly enjoy his group classes which are always a good mix of strength and functional training. He also developed a personal weight lifting regime for me that gave me a substantially better workout than my previous regime. Throw in a charming British accent and generous use of words like “lads” and dry wit and you can’t help but enjoy his training (and results) even if you’re not a fan of lifting weights. Highly recommended!

Tristan is the best personal trainer I have ever had. He provides a comprehensive approach that starts with your goals. I had been working out for many years but plateaued in strength gain. Being in my 50s, I am not a young man :-). But Tristan has taken the time to listen to me, to understand my goals, my current physical health and age, and create a training plan that has lowered my bodyfat and increased my strength more than I had in the past 30 years on my own. He makes you work and want to come back for more, and the results speak for themselves. If I could rate 100 stars, I would.
