I use to come here and pay a $10 day use fee. They changed it to $20 which sadly I will never come back because of this. It's not a fair price. Rip off. Sorry not sorry.

Poor customer service. November 19th I went in and requested to have freeze put on my account for 3 months. December fees were charged to my bank account. December 27th I verified the freeze was scheduled for January - March. The club confirmed it was scheduled. January fees were charged to my bank account. I called the club most everyday to speak with the only manager who is able to make the request with their financial company. She was supposedly sick, but was at the club multiple times when I called but, "busy with a client". ABC Financial responded to one of my emails notifying me my account was "frozen January 7th. Payments would resume in April." They also informed me that, "[I] needed to go to the club and fill out proper paperwork". For starters, that's only 2 months of being frozen. The other, the staff member completed the paperwork on 11/19 & 12/27 to ensure my account was frozen. Today, the 11th of January, sadly I closed my membership due to the fact the manager "who could resolve this" hasn't called me back yet. Poor customer service. Avoid this place. Others have had financial issues with this company. Closing my bank account to avoid any other thefts from this company.

After being given the wrong information for signing up a family account, we are a month and a half of still trying to get our money back. They lost our cancellation form and we were charged another month. No one is capable of being helpful in the matter and every time I was told an owner would be there, they wouldn’t be. They have stolen our money and won’t refund it.

Excellent health club, has it all: 2 outdoor lanes for swimming, tub and pool for kids, bikes, screens, bar, hot tub in the ladies room and small weight room in there also. Nice clean showers. Nice staff. Tv and couches!!!
