I love Westform! As someone brand new to reformer Pilates I have felt supported and welcomed every step of the way by Michelle. Always feel like the classes have been thoughtfully curated and the space itself is lovely. Pilates has been a great way to cross train for all the things I love to do outside! So grateful to Michelle from bringing Pilates to Redmond!!

I’ve been going to Westform Pilates for about a month once a week and I already feel stronger and more toned. Michelle is a great teacher! She gives options to make exercises easier or harder so everyone can choose what level they want.

So happy that Westform Pilates is available in Redmond! I fell in love with group fitness classes, Barre, when I moved out of the area and have been hoping for years since I moved back for there to be something conveniently located in Redmond so my commute to and from would not be the same length as the class I was taking. I was a bit nervous to try Pilates but it has been so much fun! I am hyper mobile and some workouts can cause more harm than good but since Pilates is low impact it is helping to build strength and stabilize my joints. I also has surgery that killed my lower ab muscles but can feel them working during class. Westform Pilates is definitely worth the investment in yourself and Michelle is a great teacher

I recently started taking classes at Westform Pilates, and as a complete beginner, I’ve been amazed at how much I’ve enjoyed it! Michelle, the owner/instructor, is fantastic — she’s patient, encouraging, and really knows how to guide you through each movement so it feels both fun and challenging.
In just a short time, Pilates has made a big difference for me, especially with my back. I feel stronger, more flexible, and have way less tension than before.
If you’ve been curious about trying Pilates, I can’t recommend Westform Pilates with Michelle enough. It’s such a positive, welcoming space — perfect for beginners and anyone looking to feel their best!

Michelle is such a wonderful instructor! The Pilates classes are all different levels and while she challenges us, she also knows some people have limitations due to injury and other reasons, so there are options based on that. I love these classes and have been recommending them to all my friends to join me!

I’ve been waiting for years for Pilates to finally come to Redmond. Westform Pilates has been worth the wait! Michelle offers subtly powerful sessions that feel like part workout, part meditation and part physical therapy. In just a few weeks I feel stronger and notice a difference in my strength and posture! I love that each class is a unique, full-body experience.
